Puma Pathetic service from puma, refund denial & non-compliance with central consumer protection act 2019.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I ordered a jacket but received a completely different jacket, but Puma is not giving a refund, they say we have shipped the correct product, but if they do so, how I received different product? As per Central Consumer Protection Act 2019, Even if you shipped the correct product but consumer has not received correct product it's your duty to give refund if asked by consumer and there are many decisions of consumer forums of similar types of cases, which results fines & penalties to e-commerce platforms.

This caused me mental agony.

So, Kindly issue my refund or I have to go consumer forum for protection of my consumer rights.

Thanks,

Badal Kumar

Puma - Clothing

I am a fan of Puma, and prefer it over all other similar brands, I actually prefer buying sneakers from them because of their reliability, durability and just generally they are aesthetically pleasing .However I bought a shoe with such qualities 2 days ago at Sportscene, A Kosmo Rider Lost spaces (Granola Pumpkin Pie), I must say, it was just...

Puma Missing item, wrong address, terrible packing and customer service

If I could give zero star, I would! I had never experienced such bad customer, shipping and packing services like this before. Ordered 5 items in one order and only received 4 but I was still charged for 5 items. When I returned the order, FedEx people told me that the original packing was a total mess and would fall apart if I didn't change the box, so I had to spend money to buy a new box at the FedEx office so they could process the return. Then I called Puma customer service to place a new order but they messed up with the shipping address, my unit number was missing, however they couldn't do anything to it because they said the label had been created. Then I called FedEx and was told that only shipper was authorized to change the address. Called Puma again, the call got cut off when I was speaking with a representative and I never received a call back. Called Puma one more time, they told me their system was done so they couldn't do anything. Puma is just a scammer company! Will never buy anything from them again!

Puma Poor quality of puma sneakers and poorest post sales management

Last year I was given some Suede sneakers that you can see in the pictures that are attached in this email and which I recently debuted. Unlike all puma sneakers I'de used before, these ones started to unglue after two or three days of use and now, with about 7 days of use, they already have a hole in the insole in the heel area.

Bacause I didn't have the invoice, I contact the Puma directly and they told me that they cannot accept claims without proof of purchase.

It´s a shame that this company act like a street sales.

Do not buy Puma sneakers!

Puma Return and service

They’re return policy is the worst and as I told the third person I’ve talked to since I’ve not received my refund that was sent back and delivered to their warehouse on 6/29 that this is 2023 and they’re running a business like it’s 2000. Just an FYI they told me that they have up to a total of 10 business days to even start processing the returns which doesn’t include weekends or holidays. So, Monday 7/17 will be the “tenth business day” before they start the process then I have to wait for my card company to apply it. My order was almost $600 that I’m still waiting on a refund. The last customer service agent started telling me unrelated stuff and I had to shut her up about people return cat litter in boxes as refunds so that’s why they started doing the ten day processing. Literally the worst customer service ever in my life.

Puma Puma's Website and Customer Service Fail to Deliver: A Frustrating Experience

I recently tried to order some shoes from Puma's website, and boy was it a frustrating experience. I thought I had entered my security code correctly, but apparently I made a mistake and the website put a hold on my card without notifying me. When I called Puma's customer service, they just gave me the run around and told me to call my bank. But when I called my bank, they told me to call Puma. I was stuck in a loop with no product and no money.

I decided to try again, since it was Black Friday and there was a sale going on. This time, I made sure to enter my security code correctly, but the website still put a hold on my card. I was beyond angry at this point, with two holds on my card and no confirmation of my order. I spoke with a supervisor and even called my bank on three-way, but things still weren't straightened out.

It's now Wednesday and I'm still dealing with the fallout from this experience. I've been put on hold by Puma for hours and I still haven't been able to order my shoes. I had to jump through hoops with my bank and Puma just to get what I wanted. I'm so angry and frustrated that I don't think I'll ever order from Puma again.

The customer service was terrible and the website clearly needs some maintenance. It's a shame, because I really wanted those shoes. But I guess I'll have to look elsewhere for my athletic wear needs.

Puma Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from PUMA US: Melo MB.01 Be You Basketball Shoes Review

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from PUMA US. I got my son a pair of Melo, MB.01 Be You Basketball Shoes a few months back, but he only started wearing them for his basketball team in the past month. And let me tell you, these shoes are falling apart already. The insoles are tearing and there are holes in both pairs. And get this, the insoles are glued in so they can't even be replaced. My son's been getting blisters from the holes and he's only worn them less than 20 times!

So, I reached out to customer service multiple times, but it took them a whopping 15 days to get back to me. And when they finally did, they basically said tough luck. They only accommodate for products that are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue. They don't provide replacements or refunds for items that have experienced normal wear and tear. They even went on to list a bunch of factors that could affect the quality of the shoes, like how often they're worn and environmental factors. Like, come on, man. I spent $135 on these shoes and they can't even send me some new insoles?

Honestly, this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. This was our first purchase with PUMA and it's definitely going to be our last. I'll be going back to NIKE for all our shoe purchases from now on. I guess this is why PUMA can't compete with NIKE. They just don't care about their customers. It's a shame, really. I worked hard for my money and it feels like I just wasted it on a subpar product.

Puma Puma's Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays: A Disappointing Experience

I ordered from Puma's website and my package was supposed to be shipped the next day. However, it took six whole days for the tracking number to show any movement. I was worried that my package was lost or forgotten about. I tried to contact Puma through email and phone calls, but they didn't seem to care about my concerns. They told me that my package was on its way and that I was being dramatic. I had to send them screenshots of the tracking information to prove that my package was not moving. Finally, they admitted that my package was still in their loading dock covered in dust.

I was very disappointed with Puma's customer service. They didn't seem to care about my concerns and didn't offer any compensation for the delay. I had to reach out to them multiple times before they even admitted that there was an issue. Even then, they didn't seem to know what was going on and didn't follow up on previous conversations.

Overall, I will not be ordering from Puma's website again. Their lack of communication and disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I may even think twice about shopping at their physical stores in the future. It's a shame because I really like their products, but their poor customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Puma Puma's Terrible Customer Service: My Disastrous Experience

it to anyone.

My experience with Puma was a complete disaster. I was so excited to finally get my hands on a pair of Espera style shoes, which are no longer available in Canada. I had saved up for almost two years to splurge on these shoes, as I had owned a pair 8 years ago and absolutely loved them. I'm not rich by any means, but I was willing to spend the money to get the shoes I wanted.

Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I was sent the wrong style of shoe. I contacted Puma to try and get the issue resolved, but I was given the runaround. First, they told me that the warehouse was out of my style, so they sent me something "similar". When I insisted that I wanted the shoes I ordered or a full refund, they offered me an alternative shoe. I agreed to this, as long as I received the style I wanted in any color. However, I was then told that the style I wanted wasn't available in any color, despite the fact that the website claimed to have it in stock.

At this point, I offered to return the shoes for a full refund. However, my requests were ignored until I filed a complaint with the payment company. Even then, I was only offered a small refund if I kept the incorrect shoes. Any further requests for a full refund were ignored.

I am extremely disappointed with Puma and would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers at all. I will never buy from them again.

Puma Puma: A Racist and Sexist Company - My Terrible Experience

Puma is a company that I would never recommend to anyone. My experience working there was terrible. The supervisors, who were mostly white men, would make sexual jokes and show inappropriate pictures all day long. It was disgusting and made me feel uncomfortable. They didn't care about the #metoo movement and thought it was okay to harass their employees.

The company also had a problem with racism. The black and Spanish workers were treated like trash and were given all the hard work to do. Meanwhile, the white management would stand around and gossip all day. They were so lazy that it was ridiculous. They would even hide out in the back on their phones, texting and talking about video games and killing people.

When I reported the sexual harassment, there was no valid investigation. Instead, they blamed the black and Spanish employees. Puma only did damage control and covered up the white man's disgusting behavior. They felt like it was appropriate for a white male supervisor to come to work and show us pictures of himself in his underwear. If that was a black male supervisor, he would have been fired. He even showed the picture to minors at the job, and Puma never even contacted the minor's parents to let them know a grown man had shown their teenager inappropriate pictures.

Puma is a racist company, and my experience is not unique. Eight employees feel the same way. Eight employees would not lie about being sexually harassed. When a store goes through over 15 different supervisors in two years, there is something seriously wrong with the manager and the company.

Typical white people, they victimize you and then play the victim. Slavery has been abolished, and it's time for Puma to stop using sweatshops to produce profits.

Puma Puma's Poor Customer Service: Charged Twice for Shoes and No Help from Representatives

I had a really bad experience with Puma today. I ordered some shoes but didn't get free shipping even though I was only one penny away from the $35 mark. I called customer service within 10 minutes of placing the order to see if they could help me out. The person I spoke to said they could cancel the order and I could reorder the shoes with some socks to get the free shipping. I did that, but I never got a cancellation email. So I called back about 5 hours later to make sure everything was okay, and it turns out the first person never cancelled the order. Now I've paid for the shoes twice and I have to wait to get them in the mail and then return one of the pairs to get my money back.

I talked to a few different people at customer service, including a manager named Randy, but they all just kept telling me the same thing - that it was too late to cancel the order. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get this sorted out and got absolutely nowhere. They offered me a refund for the shipping cost, but that doesn't really help since I didn't even need to order the second pair of shoes in the first place.

I'm really disappointed with Puma and I don't think I'll ever order from them again. I've ordered lots of things online before and I've never had such bad customer service. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of thing, especially when it's not my fault.

Puma Puma's Confusing Order System and Poor Customer Service Resulted in Lost Money

Puma is a company that sells sportswear and shoes. I had a bad experience with them recently. They don't send e-mail updates on every order/return, they delete the order history online so you can't look it up, split up the purchases and returns in 100 different ways on both bank account statements and e-mails, and mess up the orders/received items and returns/refunded money. This way, they make it super confusing for people to track what's going on and to dispute it with their bank so PUMA end up stealing money.

Here's what happened to me:
I ordered some items from Puma, but I didn't receive all of them. They sent the missing ones again (The ONLY right thing their customer service did for me). I used a 40% coupon on those items. I wanted to exchange some items for a different size, but they only allow returns and no exchanges. Customer service promised me they would later apply the 40% on the new order of the same items in different size after I make the order. Of course, when I called to get the 40% applied, they didn't allow it.

I made returns on that order and I was only refunded for some of the items. Although at this point it sounds so simple, they had made me already sooo confused on how much money I was supposed to get back with all the weirdly split transactions and refunds. The update emails did not match the money amount on the transactions in my bank statements. I waited 2 months until I decided to contact my bank for fraud. I got my money back but eventually somehow Puma was able to dispute everything and take the money back. And of course, I had no concrete evidence of anything to show to the bank because of how confusing Puma made everything and how little access I had to what was actually going on. Through the bank fraud dispute they were able to take back even more money, so in the end, I ended up getting 0 refund for about $200 of things I returned.

The items themselves are decent quality, maybe a bit overpriced. I think Puma needs to improve their customer service and make it easier for customers to track their orders and returns. It's not fair that they make it so confusing that people end up losing money. I hope they can fix these issues in the future.

Puma Puma's Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refund: My Disappointing Experience

I'm a big fan of Puma, and I recently made my first online purchase from their website. I ordered two pairs of sneakers for a total of $258. When I received the shoes, I found that they were too tight and didn't fit well. So, I immediately initiated a refund claim and shipped the shoes back to Puma via Fedex.

After a few days, I didn't hear anything from Puma, so I called their customer service agents multiple times. One agent named Alexander told me that the shoes were expected to arrive on November 20th, and he said that the refund would be processed by December 4th.

However, I still didn't receive any communication from Puma after that, so I called again on December 5th and spoke to a customer service representative named Valerie. After insisting that she process the refund, she finally did so on December 4th, and gave me a case number of ***.

Valerie told me that I should receive the refund within the next four business days, but even after 12 days, I still hadn't received it. So, I called Puma customer service again on December 17th and spoke to a lady named Isis. She was very rude and unhelpful, and told me that it would take 5 to 10 days for the refund to be processed. I was surprised because Valerie had told me it would only take four days.

I was very frustrated with Puma's poor customer service and the delay in receiving my refund. I told Isis that I would never shop on Puma's website again because of their pathetic service, and she had the nerve to tell me to go ahead and not shop there. I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional she was.

I'm now requesting that Puma immediately refund my money. If they don't, I will be forced to take legal action. It's clear that Puma doesn't value their customers, so I'll be taking my business to other brands that do. My order number was ***-US*** and I ordered on October 30th, 2019. The order status is currently listed as "Returned".

Puma Poor Customer Service Experience with Puma.com: Disappointing Response to Shoe Failure Query

I recently purchased a pair of Puma running shoes, model ***-06, from DSW in late November 2021. Unfortunately, I experienced a strange failure with the shoes and decided to contact the manufacturer for more information. I used the contact form on their website, us.puma.com, on January 19th, 2022. The "heel counter" had shifted and bent inward at a dimple, which I had never experienced before with any other running shoe brands such as Reebok, New Balance, or even a former pair of Pumas. I was unsure how this happened and could not find any general information on the web to repair it.

I wanted to find out if there were any options for repair or warranty, or even if someone at the company knew about it. Maybe they had a defective batch and would want to know? After all, they were only a couple of months old and had only been used a couple of times a week at the gym since my older pair was still serviceable for outdoors. I would have understood if they said no to repair or replace, but I really wanted to know what happened.

So, I filled out the contact form and waited for a response. Unfortunately, the bots asked me for all my information and initial question, but the chat box that popped up ignored my category of question and wanted to offer me a menu of ordering-related assistance. I clicked the option to get a person, but the 'person' that responded seemed like a bot too. They could apparently see my name and info but NOT the original question.

I was frustrated and confused by this point, but I still tried to clarify my query. I told the 'person' that I purchased the shoes at another store but was trying to get product info and options. However, I got a canned paragraph on normal wear and tear invalidating any warranty, which was not my query. They also suggested that if I took the pair back to the store, they would 'be happy to address my concern', but that was not possible since it had been over 30 days since purchase.

In the midst of the exchange, I actually typed to clarify that I wanted to know if I should be considering it a fluke or a signal of overall quality. In other words, should I buy a new pair from them or someone else? Unfortunately, the responder did not seem to care about my concerns and never helped me understand what happened to the shoe in the first place.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Puma.com. If the responder was a real person as they had indicated, they seemed not to care a bit that I might buy a different brand. I let them know that they had been very unhelpful in determining my next shoe brand purchase, which would not be Puma.

In conclusion, I wish I had checked Sitejabber before contacting Puma.com. It would have saved me all the time with the bots and having to write this review to warn others. I hope that Puma.com can improve their customer service in the future.

Puma Unpleasant Work Environment at Puma: Child Molester Supervisor and Racist Company Culture

Puma is a store located on Clarksburg Road in the Clarksburg Premium Outlets. Unfortunately, it is not a pleasant place to work. The supervisor, Brian Ward, is a pervert and a child molester. He has shown naked pictures of himself to his employees, including minors. He also makes inappropriate sexual jokes with his gay colleagues. Despite his unpleasant behavior, he is a bisexual man who is as sweet as sugar. However, he has a terrible body odor that smells like dirty things. He hates anything that smells good and has an ugly daughter who is a thief and a liar. She steals everywhere she goes, even in church. Brian is proud of his six-year-old daughter's thieving skills, but she looks like a devil child and always appears dirty.

The store manager, Marc, is no better. He only hires young girls to look at their butts, and he is a creep. He lies to get employees fired, and he always supports Brian's inappropriate behavior. The company is also very racist, allowing white men to sexually harass black and Spanish employees. They also follow black customers around, accusing them of stealing. Taylor, an employee at Puma, is one of the worst workers. He is slow and cannot understand simple tasks. He is always late and drunk for work and wants to be a model despite his dirty appearance.

Andrew, another employee, is a crackhead who only showers once a week. He comes to work drunk and puts on deodorant in the bathroom. He smokes crack and cannot gain weight. His girlfriend looks much older than she is, and his mother is bipolar. He is also a compulsive liar and tells lies for no reason. Neffie, another employee, is racist and puts Spanish people into categories depending on their country of origin. He thinks that Mexicans are the lowest of the Spanish people. He is always late for work and smells like dog feces.

The company is very racist, and the white male employees are all gay and sleep with each other. They act like high school girls in heat and are constantly in each other's faces. The store is not a good place to work, and customers should be careful around Brian Ward, who is a child molester.

Puma Puma Online Purchase and Return Nightmares: A Warning to All Shoppers

Puma, oh boy, where do I even start? Let me tell you, I had a real bad experience with them. I spent a whopping $106 on a pair of shoes, and let me tell you, the quality was just not up to par. I was so disappointed that I decided to return them to the Puma store here in Houston. But guess what? They don't take items purchased online back at the store. Can you believe that? I was so frustrated, but they did email me a return slip, which was nice of them, I guess. But here's the thing, the return slip didn't give any instructions on not putting it in a drop box. So, I did just that. And guess what happened? The item was left on an unmanned counter by FedEx because it was a ground package and not air. How was I supposed to know the difference? It's not like they told me. They said there was a disclaimer online, but come on, who reads those things? It wasn't included in the email or on the form, so how was I supposed to know? And to make matters worse, they won't even put in a claim. It's not their policy, apparently. And FedEx says I have to get them to put in the claim because their name is on the return slip. What a bunch of run around garbage, am I right? I wouldn't recommend purchasing their products online. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It stinks.

Puma Puma Online Shopping Review: Sizes Inconsistent, Poor Customer Service, and Slow Refund Procedures

Puma, oh boy, where do I start? The sizes are all over the place, I never know what I'm going to get. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like they don't even care about their customers. And let's talk about delivery times, atrocious is an understatement. I ordered something and it took forever to get to me. And their online experience? Pathetic. It's like they don't even try to make it user-friendly.

But the real kicker is their refund procedures. They are so slow, it's like they don't want to give you your money back. I made an order and got an order number with my details via email, but when I tried to find the order linked to my email, it said it couldn't find it. What kind of nonsense is that? And to make matters worse, I made the order on my account and it's not even reflecting in my account.

I've had to change my password so many times because the site keeps telling me I have the wrong password, even though I keep changing it to the exact same password every time. It's like they're trying to make it difficult for me to access my account.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy from Puma online again. I'm just so disappointed with the whole experience. All I want is my refund for my last purchase and to be done with this company. It's just not worth the hassle.

Puma Puma Shoes: Disappointing Quality and Customer Service

I bought these shoes from Puma's website about a year ago, but I don't wear them too often because I have other shoes for work. However, I noticed that the soles are not real and the shoes have started to crack. I reached out to Puma's customer service, but they didn't want to take responsibility for it. They said that it's normal wear and tear, which I don't think is fair because the shoes are still in pretty good condition overall. I was disappointed that they wouldn't do anything to help me out, so I wouldn't recommend buying from Puma if you want shoes that will last.

Their response was pretty frustrating too. They basically said that they can only help if there's a manufacturing issue, but not if it's just from normal use. I understand that there are different factors that can affect the quality of shoes, like how often you wear them and what kind of environment you're in, but I don't think that excuses them from selling shoes with fake soles. I think they should stand behind their products and offer refunds or replacements if something goes wrong, even if it's not their fault.

Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with Puma and I won't be buying from them again. I think there are other brands out there that are more reliable and customer-friendly. If you're looking for shoes that will last, I would suggest doing some research and finding a brand that has a good reputation for quality and customer service. Don't waste your money on shoes that will fall apart after a few wears.

Puma Puma Order Delay and Poor Customer Service: A Frustrating Experience

I've been waiting for my Puma order for what feels like forever. It was supposed to arrive in just two days, but it's been six days and still no sign of my package. I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see what was going on. They told me that my package was on its way back to them because I forgot to include the floor level in my delivery address. Oops, my bad! I quickly sent them the correct address, but I haven't heard back from them since. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but no response. It's really frustrating because I checked the online tracking and I gave them the correct address before the package even left the state. In fact, the processing warehouse was right near my house. I could have just driven there and picked it up myself! But now, my package is all the way back in its origin state, and I'm out $250. I haven't heard anything from Puma since, so I'm getting pretty worried. If I don't hear back from them within the week, I might have to contact fair trading. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Puma. I was really excited to receive my order, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever get it.

Puma Puma's Lack of Customer Service Disappoints: Review of Shipping Address Mishap

So, I recently made a purchase of two pairs of Puma shoes from us.puma.com through EBay. However, I made a mistake and entered the wrong shipping address. I immediately contacted Puma customer service to request a change of address or cancellation of the order so that I could correct the mistake. Unfortunately, I was informed that neither of these options were possible. Even though the order had not yet been shipped, Puma was unwilling to make any changes to the order.

As a result, my shoes were shipped to South Carolina instead of New York where I reside. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and satisfaction from Puma. I expected more from a company that I have purchased from in the past. It seems that Puma is more concerned with their own convenience than with the satisfaction of their customers.

I even contacted Puma's corporate office to see if they could help me, but I was met with the same response. It is frustrating to think that a simple request to change a shipping address could not be accommodated by a company like Puma. It is a clear indication that they do not value their customers and their satisfaction.

I have always loved the style of Puma products, but their bad business ethics have left a sour taste in my mouth. It is a shame that I will not be ordering from them again. I hope that Puma will take a closer look at their customer service policies and make changes to better serve their customers in the future.
