I have both good and bad - first of all, the cleaner works fabulously! It is a horrible mess to clean. The real issue now is the hose. The metal wand keeps retracting into itself as we vacuum. The length of the hose is great...lots longer than regular cleaners, including my rainbow. Oh and I NEVER did get the scents we were promised...the salesman didn't even have any full bottles for the demo! And we refused to let him take our rainbow or Dyson. Gave him some vacumm cleaner parts instead. I like the way it cleans, but is less than 2 yrs old...should NOT be having these issues with the wand

Good luck getting one fixed. Got mine and after 6 months it broke and now I am stuck paying 2000.00 for a piece of junk. They charged me 98.00 for parts that came in to be the wrong parts and told me a year ago they would get new parts and put on for me. They have never returned any calls or never open at the office. THEY ARE SCAM... DO NOT GET A VACUUM FROM THEM . They are junk and will brake with in a year .

I have a power head that I can't get apart. Removed almost a dozen screws but it still won't separate to replace belt.. I looked in the box for a manual NOTHING. Looked for a U-tube instruction Nothing. It's like they do not exist. Frustrated ! Won't work and cant find the secret to splitting the power head?

I have had mine for five years. I got it because of severe allergies. We live in Central Washington in the middle of the apple and pear orchards, so there was really nothing I could do. I had two sinus surgeries from continuous sinus infections from the allergies. Anyway, I have two daughters with LONG wavy hair! They use, on any given day, about 20 bobby pins PLUS at least 2! of the thick, no-clasp hair bands! GAH! Anyway, when I vacuum, I vacuum up at LEAST 25 bobby pins and 4 hair bands, weekly! I NEVER had a problem! It was crazy! (I did not vacuum in their rooms anymore after 4 months of this nonsense! Ha!) Yesterday, I vacuumed up an ink pen that was hiding in the deep carpet under the sofa! :O I was able to just get it out at the handle! Holy nuts! I was REALLY worried because of what I had paid! Crikey! At any rate, I LOVE it!

Bought ours in Feb 2015. Has been sent back to the factory twice because it lost suction. The power head unit is broke, it will not stand straight anymore. We have replaced both side latches on our unit. Tonight one of the new latches broke as I was carrying it down the stairs. Yes, all of the dirty water went all over our white carpeted stairs and freshly painted walls. It is not able to retain suction when cleaning up dog hair, we have to unclog it all the time! We are sending it in for repair and then selling it for another Dyson. We should have known better then to buy from a door salesman!

Vaccum is awful thank God i kept my $50.00 Dirt Devil and old Hoover, I have had it a year and used maybe 10 X it doesn't pick up any better and they told me how great it was for pets ! What a joke you have to compleatly empty and clean the whole vacum and hose when you are done on it stinks like moldy old sneakers. If you have cats the litter turns into hard clay that you have to chisel off. The sales person said it would be great for me with pets Lie! Its so hard to clean I dont even use it it just sits there what a waste my $50.00 vacum has worked 4 years and my hover at least 10

I bought one a fews years back. It is a great vacuum. It really works well. Don't us it dry. You must clean it after use. The sales persons were not very good but the training person was my son... So Yes I'm a fool... It really is good but way to pricey... So 4 years now and it sounds different... I took it to the place where there located & said it needed the center part unscrew & take the hair off. Didn't charge me but I also had the tub part stuck to the rolling part so they were going to charge me $20 for that. Why charge me to fix that? Which cost less? Not a very good company. I thought there was a 5 year warranty.

I allowed a small group of these salesmen into my home, at first they were really nice and cordial, then the guy who gave the demonstration wanted us to sign "this little piece of paper" was a contract to buy for over 3000 dollars, when I told him I couldn't afford this item, he wanted to leave it and receive full payment at tax time, of course with about 500 dollars in interest, when I told him I couldn't do that either he became angry, told me that my children wouldn't be able to go to school because of "illness" and I didn't care about them or I'd buy this product. Well short of this story is 1 day later the police, ambulance and all the end in our little town were sent to my house by a "concerned" individual that reported that I had a 12 year old that had stopped breathing. What kind D of Mickey Mouse bull... is that!

It's really pisses me off that they don't give you the price... instead they want to give you bunch of ###.
MRSP $3900 and he was willing to give it away for $2750 or some magic financing plan for under $100 a month... for god knows how long.

I currently work for pro aqua and I think for the price people are paying way to much for what they are getting. Not to mention the fact that not all the machines that are sold are actually new. Some are used machines being sold as new.

I bought a pro aqua and within just a few months the little nub that keeps the wand standing up was gone.It broke off.Cheap plastic.I called the syracuse office and exchanged words and was told I had to bring it to them..an hour away and I had to pay for the labor to fix it.Mind you its only about 6 months old.The ### I talked to after we argued about who was respnsible for labor on a cleaner not very old ...told me to stick the cleaner up my f... ###.This is no stretch of the imagination. That is exactlly what he said.A year later it is still broken and it doesnt have very good suction. It sounds like the power head is not running very fast even though its on all the way.As someone else said on here the water backs up in the dry hose and its constantly gross inside.I had a rainbow for 15 years and only had to replace the motor once after 10 years. Also the hose is so thin on the proaqua that when I vaccumed it picked up a toothpick and it went right through the hose so now I have a hole. I paid $2500 and its a peice of ###.It is about $1000 more than a rainbow and is a horrible copy cat of the rainbow. They need to tslk to rainbow and find out how to make a real cleaner. As for being an air cleaner that is the biggest crock of ### I ever heard.Yeah dump in the air freshener and it might last 10 minutes if you are lucky. They sure know how to BS people

I have had a pro aqua vacuum for only five months. It is used 80% of the time for sleeping. I have bad asthma. I take very good care of this prouduct with financing to the tune of 3, 000 dollars. The person who sold me this prouduct in Benton Arkansas has their phone disconnected and Ido not even know how to get a hold of the company. I assume the motor is shot already as it will not even turn on and have tried all outlets in my house. Please let me know how to contact the NYcompany so I can get this product replaced as it has a five year warranty or so I was told. I need a phone number and address of where to mail it back to. If it is not fixed I will forced to stop payment and ruin my credit due to this 3k vacuum. contact me at jmurphy7669@yahoo.com
