Once again, i am contacting you about my permanent gift "block" that i bought and paid for from my money from winnings on your poker tables. It was a special ' you ' offered " years ago " and one of " your " employess removed it!

i do not understand why someone at your establishment is in capable of understanding this and not "putting" it back so i no longer have to deal with men harassing me while i'm trying to just play poker on your site!

i am respectfully requesting to have back that which " i paid for from my winnings years ago "!

i will start finding board members and letting them know of this issue is it is not rectified immediately!

My wife wanted to try playing on PokerStars with my friends and me. So, we created an account and I tried to transfer $9.00 to her new account.

PokerStars froze my account and her new one then proceeded to request proof of identification and financial documents that would make an identity thief grin.

They state this level of scrutiny is for significant amounts. $9.00?

Needless to say we did compile and they will most likely take the little bit of money I had in my account.

I am now looking for a class action law suit to join.

My account is frozen for no reason just because i wanted to delete a card that im not using anymore so i have money there can't login anymore there im not sure whats going on for no reason.

I had this pokerstars account for long time never had problems with it until now

Its taking too long for them to deal with the problem i just want the money what i have there.

Hi… my name is debasish das. My username is greenify2222. I created a new account 3 days back. I deposited rs.200. But as I deposited they blocked asking kyc. I gave my all documents i.e., pan card, aadhar card, voter card, bank statement, ration card everything. They again asked for a pic of me holding aadhar. I also gave them that. Now they are asking a pic holding pan. And again asking for my bank statement which I already gave them. I think this is going to be a never ending verification process. Please stop this nonsense in name of legality.

I've been trying to resolve this on my own..but I feel they're not being reasonable . I sent in my Ontario drivers license my Mastercard and banking info none was good enough..I've been playing for 20 yrs and never had a issue cashing out...I cashed out 3 times in one week which triggered all this. They allow me to deposit but not withdraw...on 888 I joined and cashed out no Hassel so l believe they're having fun at my expense

I've been having issues at the casino both on the poker app and the website. Slots specifically, they are not paying correctly and will colapse during play. I tried reporting this as I know other players having the same issues and their CSRs just closed the chats. One of them even told me to stop complaining.

They didn't want to send me the transcripts and told me they are the only way to contact the company even though there is a support email which they also told me didn't exist. I have emailed them and their response is that they didn't find any issues even when I sent screenshots showing the games stuck and other shutting down with a pop up message that said the game was closed due to an error. After restarting the app, the games didn't resume.

They don't seem to care, I wonder if the owners are aware of the horrible service their employees provide, they basically do whatever they want. I may be disputing all deposits and will make sure to post this info on every single casino blogg.

Rife issues-

Their RNG is not congruent with other USA websites.

Their representatives are abusive (verbally) - negligent - and rude.

Their software locks and freezes and they dont always follow throught with rebates despite saying they will.

I have exhaustive chat logs where their reps lie and say thigns that arent true- just discoonect the chat during inquiry and accuse the questioner of spamming so they can log a disconnect.

It is now a known fact that PokerStars uses bot "accounts" programmed into their play money games, as well as using "action cards" which are intended to get players to go all-in more often.

By allowing fish to win awful hands now and then, they can bust the large majority of decent players, and enormously increase their play money sales. It's simple. Funnel chips into as few accounts as possible to increase play money purchases as much as possible. This is flagrant fraud, and is why PokerStars (papermoney) has one of the most infamous reputations as a joke.

After creating an Ontario account and depositing money, poker stars conveniently locked me out my account then sent me an email instructing me to log into my account and upload images of my ID and utility bills.

I have been trying to contact someone at PokerStars to explain that I can not log into my account thus unable to upload required documents but, the only communication I’ve managed to process is with a stupid AI system that keeps replying to me with the exact same message regardless of what I send: “please log into your account and upload documents”.

They have invested 0 in actual customer service and I can just imagine there will be 100s if not 1000s of people with the exact same problem as mine with possibly millions of $$ kept by the stars for absolute no reason without offering any remedy.

I have absolutely no idea what should be the next step. This clearly is a scam and pokerStars is getting away with it.

I have provided my banking information at least 10 times via bank statements, direct deposit forms. Poker Stars has withdrawn money from my chequing account over 40 times and now they are not allowing my withdrawal saying that account numbers do not match. I have contacted their support email and all they do is respond with form emails. No one answers my questions. It seems to me this is such a scam as many people have the same issue. They simply do not want want to refund any winnings and no one at there end answers a call or responds with any intelligible answer.

I'm unable to "change" the table limit "i" want to play on because your employee locked me out of being able to change the table limit, I want! Such childish behavior from an employee on your part to have such "power" and abuse said power! What I don't understand is that i've written before, and it still hasn't changed? Why? "I" did nothing wrong! He is acting like a petulant child who is throwing a hissy fit! I would greatly appreciate someone taking the time to actually respond to all my messages!

I made an account with this app and deposited money and started to play a game when my account got restricted for no reason! They sent me this email telling me in order to lift the restriction I’d have to send them photos of my license my social security card, mail that showed my address, the card I used to deposit my money and also a bank statement showing the account is mine, and a personal photo of myself! I immediately emailed these people back and haven’t received a response which is so typical coming from scam artists! Here was my response to their email-

I am not sending you my personal information as you should’ve requested this information when I signed up for an account. Furthermore I want you to close my account and REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO MY CARD I USED TO MAKE THE DEPOSIT ASAP! If you refuse to refund me my money and close this account, not only will I contact law enforcement due to you stealing my money-I will also be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint and my bank to file a dispute for the charge!

I’ll be waiting for a confirmation email showing the refund!

Just played Jackpot Poker and my large winning put me in 1st place in my league then it fluttered and put me in a different league and I dropped to 26th place, but my BIGGEST peeve is that say I want to close my hand because someone made a huge raise but I have no way of closing my hand except to let the timer run out or to switch tables. This is getting real old. Please HELP!

Best thing thay can do is shut down, these fn fixed hands every tiemthe person with tne biggest pot ion the table gets the winning cards never ever ever ever ever fn fails because these hands are so setup and fixed, and as far as I can tell these are robot players that cannot lose ever, week after week I been getting the same pathetic cards because the deals are so fixed and the 2 cards are a big come on play and again the river wins 99% of the hands after all the betting is in, and the person with most chips wins what difference does caps make its a complaint not a complement, stupid question, and obviously you dont want to listen to complaints, like joerstars your a fixed site.

Pokerstars blocks your withdrawal to steal your money. They do not provide the bonus they offer. Beware of their scam. You'll be on the road that's how much they'll push to into playing. No gaming ethics, no responsibility. They are not even letting me withdraw my money. They blame me for losing when they clearly didn't let me withdraw. They said if I'll withdraw my money, they'll confiscate my winnings and bonus. And I never received the bonus as promised. They forced me into playing by putting fear of taking away my winnings and bonus. I got scared and tried to withdraw my deposit of 1278$, they refused that under threat of confiscation. Now I have 100.05$ and they are not letting me withdraw my money and have closed my account (even though i want that) but they are not returning my money. I want my money back, and don't want to be associated with them.

I recently joined pokerstars on 12/30/2022 because their website said that they'll match my bonus for 600$ with 3 deposits. Because of this, I deposited 500$ but they never provided the 500$ bonus match and continued to give me confusing information on the email. I requested live support which they don't offer. So, I wanted to withdraw my money and they wouldn't let me withdraw saying that I will lose all my bonus and winnings if I withdraw my deposit and they forced to keep playing for redemption points.

I stayed up 3 or more nights wanting to complete this and withdraw my money. I made 3000$ and wanted to withdraw my 3500$ as I worked hard and wanted to keep my winnings to sustain my living. But they continued to block my withdrawal and forced me into compulsive gambling by threatening to keep my money. Then I had to deposit another 750$ on 01/12/2023 to recover my 3500$ I lost because they wouldn'tlet me withdraw. Now I've lost my own deposits of 1278$ and my winnings of 3000$ total 4278$ because they wouldn't let me withdraw and forced me to keep making redemption points against my will.

I emailed them number times about this but they fail to respond. I want a file a claim for cheating by blocking my withdrawal and making me lose all my money when I wanted to be responsible to withdraw, they imposed irresponsible gaming by blocking my withdrawal and by threatening to confiscate my bonus and winnings.

I have sent them many emails but they haven't responded and continue to block my withdrawal.

Please help me get my 4378.05$ back from them. 4278$ loss they forced me to play irresponsibly and 100.05$ which they are not letting my withdraw.

I have been with poker stars for years and have decided I no longer want to be associated with them and tried unsuccessfully numerous times to withdraw my funds. They have a pattern of doing this, many ways to deposit but only one non-working method to withdraw. You can't call them; they just keep running you around in circles hoping you will give up. Getting info such as location and address seems impossible. Direct deposit to my bank is the only option offered, I filled in the info required by my having my bank tell me over the phone the bank sort code and branch code. Poker Stars claims 3-5 days if everything is correct to complete transaction and then claim some of the info provided is wrong but won't tell you what is wrong and wants you to re-enter the info just to get the same result. When I closed my Draftkings account they mailed me a cheque that I received in 3 days like the reputable company that they are, Poker Stars are the opposite of this and should not have the right to bully their clients with this nonsense, please help!
