They failed to pay our property taxes and a lien has been placed against our home. We are now being threatened with foreclosure. They deducted $1444 from our escrow account but given no explanation as to our moneys whereabouts. We can not get through to anyone in their escalation department. We have called and left messages numerous times since mid May and have yet to receive one returned call.

Since june of 2020 I have been having issues with homeowner insurance. They said I didn't have any but I did and have the proof that I emailed around 3 time. I kept getting told they see the error and that it will be fixed, the next 2 months pass I continue to get a letter stating I don't have insurance. Nothing is done. Now by november a customer rep saw the problem, it was a typo of the address! No one saw this for all these months! Now I have not been paying my new payment of $3, 373.22 from $3, 056.35 which is a difference of $316.87. Now why should I pay that when plaza was wrong. Now the money for the policy was returned. Now I get a escrow refund of around $2, 900. Why did in get a refund? I thought everything should go back to normal. Now my payment is $3, 048.85 for feb. And march, now in april it goes back up to $3, 108.44. When is this going to end? Your numbers are wrong and I have all the proof! Need an answer asap! I have been trying for years to get a loan modification which I did but after making the payments on time, they then denied me. I was also sending in the monthly payments on time. They started holding my checks and after months they would send them back asking for the reinstatement amount.
Now I have someone helping me with money so I could pay this mortgage off. Now they are giving me problems on getting a payoff amount. I requested it three times and each time they said it would be emailed to me and as of today date I haven't received anything. They said they can't give it to me I have to call their attorney, and the number they gave was incorrect. I feel I'm getting the run around. I need help to prevent them from taking my house that I work so hard for.

Mortgage payment has went up every year for no reason. When calling they act like you are stupid and says it went up do to taxes or insurance. I have made sure I keep low cost home insurance and check cost of taxes yearly. I have even put the full cost of taxes in my escrow so my paymnet would not go up. They mailed my escrow payment and raised my monthly paymnet over $100.00 now this year it has went up $168.00. I can not wait to refi and get out of this blood sucking company. They are just making money off people damn money scheme! Stay away from this company!

I'm currently in the process of obtaining an fha loan and plaza mortgage is the underwriter for the loan. I've had my closing date change 4 times. I was set to close yesterday and my locked in rate was going to expire as well I get a phone call saying I cant close and that 2 new conditions were added. One of them was that they wanted me to pay off my credit cards and close the accounts before we could proceed with closing I'm not sure as to why they would ask me to do this I've had one of my cards for 3 yrs and has never went delinquent once over that span of time I also have another one in good standing as well that is 3 months old closing them would drastically affect my credit score i also had these cards before i applied for a mortgage and it was never brought to my attention over the past few months that my cards would have to be closed before I could close. Also every time they changed the closing date they had more and more conditions to things that aren't even neccessary and is it normal for a mortgage company to ask for your bank account info to log in and look at different transactions they asked for my username and password to look up money transfers from my savings into my account
