Petronas Loyalty points

I have at least 933 point on November 2023, and I'm super upset that PETRONAS deduct at least 480 point after I didn't redem during the last 3 years. Deducted on Dec 23. Very upset that I've been collecting points around a decade already but PETRONAS auto deduct my expired loyalty points..!. How customers can stay loyal? It's okay I'll revert back to esso/petron etc.

Petronas Pump 10 setel (left hand side) parit panjang, kedah

30 November 2023.Not functioning pump 10 setel on left hand side.At first not pumping then after that not stoping although already full. Fuel leaked all over car but staff just point put to air and water station with small short water hose. Not even provide help or soapy water to clean up.Waste quite alot of money for the leaky gas as I am not from a wealthy family. Not friendly staff and just dont bother to check about the pump.Who know how long already the pump not functioning.

Claimed loss: Usually full tank up until 50 but due to unable to stop the fuel due to malfunctioning pay up tp 58 which is usually not the usual amount

Desired outcome: Refund and recheck pump. Proper customer service.Check whether the pump is not function right after the even not just put some cone.They can just say I just dont know how to pump

Petronas Service/Amenities On Surau

Hi

I would like to complain on the amenities being removed such as prayer mats.. Carpets etc which had been donated by regular patrons of the petrol station at jalan yahya awal johor bahru for the facilitate of public to use.

Carpets or prayer mats were donated by member of public for those having issues with their health such as knee or joints pain while kneeling or etc to lessen the pain.I hereby deeply saddened to see the current state of plain tile provided by the petrol kiosk for prayers purpose.

I hereby doubt any of the amenities would cause any harm nor any misadventures to the public. I hope my issue will be highlighted to the said petrol kiosk and improvement would be seen in the near future. Thank you.

Petronas Staff rude attitude

2 September 2023, semasa membeli minyak di Petronas Layar, Betong. A female staff approached sebab duit koyak. Saya bersetuju untuk menukar duit yang koyak tersebut tetapi beliau sebaliknya membalas dengan bahasa sinis. Mengatakan "duit koyak pun mahu jual" dan terus berpaling. Saya berasa tindakan dan bahasa pekerja ini sangat kasar dan tidak mesra.

Petronas Service

I just went to your pump in P16 putrajaya. Now, when iget to the counter, I clearly said pam 15, kuning, 3 ringging. Not 15, 3. No. I believe that is clear! Then when that guy finish he ask ke 5 kn bang? I said 3. In my mind its ok if there is extra i can get in there take something and pay the extra money which i owe them. But when i get there he said he have to void the sale. I am scorching hot, the line is long, u can feel how annoy i am. But then rhat 1 person idk if he is a manager or not, come to me arrogantly asking me if i would like to pay with my card the item that i Have picked. I dont answer him and extended my hand to take my card he then chap his tongue and roll his eyes at me? Are u [censored]ing serious? He got to feel annoyed by me? Is this how u teach your staff? I went to your company and spend money daily and one [censored]ty day tour stafff behave like that when its obvious his fault. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGIZE. I GOT AN ANNOYING FACE FROM YOUR STAFF. WWOWW...

Petronas Primax 95 Pump not giving right volume of purchase

Hi Great Petronas, Kindly look into it on 20th Jun i paid RM 50.02 worth of fuel.

After filling up I notice my usual volume is different as compared to other stations which I usually get the correct volume. This spark my curiosity and as i assume it was correct this station where i normally fill up is somehow tricking the pump for its gain. Kindly address this or i may seek compensation as the amount of volume i lost is a lot in a month. attached screenshot of comparison of 2 receipt from 2 different pump station.

Petronas I have not received my refund yet

On 26 May 2023, I paid Rm20 using my debit card at PETRONAS Bandar Saujana Putra but when I take the nozzle to put the gas. The gas not coming out from nozzle. So, I put back the nozzle and go to counter to ask the staff.
But then he comforted me by saying I will get my refund within 2-3 days because I put back the nozzle so PETRONAS will consider I cancel that.
I have explained to him that is not my fault.
The amount deducted sounds very small but still my money. Obviously not my fault at all. The cashier is careless.
Kindly help.

Petronas Petrol filling nozzles do not auto shutoff when car tank is full

I was refuelling my car today 23 May 2023 at Petronas Service station KD1, just across Thomson Hospital in Kota Damansara. Time of incident approx 1800hr. Auto-shutoff function does not shutdown the refuelling process, thus fuel was spewing out from the car tank when it became full. I have to manually shut down the refuelling nozzle. Service nozzle #7.

This is not the first time it happened. About 3 weeks ago similar incident happened at nozzle #12 at this same station! I complained directly to the manager then, but he said he'll have it fixed. Apparently quite frequently happening at this station!

Desired outcome: 1. Change all faulty nozzles immediately as fuel spillage is a safety hazard. 2. Compensate loss of fuel due spillage.... Refund!!

Petronas No yet refund money

Petronas pitas pada 17.4.23 waktu 14.16 petang telah menolak duit saya dari hari tersebut sehingga kini belum mengembalikan dalam account saya. Lapor telah pun di buat pada cashier selepas mendapati wang tersebut masih belum di kembalikan. Meminta saya untuk kembali ke station lepas raya waktu bekerja. Dalam hal seperti ini sepatutnya pihak petronas harus lebih teliti tentang isu refund/return wang kerana isu seperti mungkin sering kali berlaku kepada sesiapa saja. Sekiranya pihak tak dapat kembalikan dalam bentuk wang boleh tukar dengan minyak diesel. Jangan buat orang menunggu2 dan pihak bank tiada kaitan dalam urusan sebegitu sekiranya bukan daripada pihak bank company tersebut.

Petronas Home gas delivery

Dear Mesralink,

After Petronas removed Gas Mobile App I received an sms to call [protected] for a Petronas gas order and today I call in for gas order support. I called in at 2.45 pm to order gas and the agent on duty Miss Ika attended to my call and checked my address it's in the area Petronas will send my gas order. She also inform me that Petronas gas will send to my house between 30min to 4hrs by today dated 3-4-2023 with order number [protected] with RRP29.80 as so I waited for my Petronas gas delivery.

At 3.33 pm Petronas agent Miss Ika called me to inform me that Petronas gas agents do not send to my house as it's not in their area but they only send within Bandar Kinrara 3. She then suggested 3 agent numbers to call for Petronas support, first 03-[protected], and if Petronas gas supplier cant support the I am to call [protected], and if Petronas gas supplier cant support then call [protected]. Please take note my address is 05-04 Block G, Seri Kasturi Apt, Jalan BK 3/7, Bandar Kinrara, 47100, Puchong, Selangor.

Please check my Petronas card number [protected] / [protected] as Petronas loyal customer, I think Petronas don't want to supply gas to lower-income people like me as we live in walkup apartments and Petronas only send to higher people as they live in the landed property as your agent confirm that Petronas send to the customer in BK 3 but not to my house!

Please answer my questions -

Why send me the SMS to order a Petronas gas on my mobile ?

After my call agent confirmed that my house is at the delivery address but later called to say it was not.?

What is the status of my Petronas gas delivery order confirmed with the order number [protected] that is supposed to be delivered by 3-4-2023?

Why this issue has been going on from Petronas gas app until now as for this e-mail trail?

My area Petron is active and can change my loyalties from Petronas to Petron. ?

Petronas Purchase Petrol Ron95 (petrol poured not accurate)

I had poured petrol ( Petrol Ron95) at Petronas Lebuhraya Sultan Abdul Halim on Sunday (12th Mar23) at noon for RM35 (Pam5), my existing petrol was showing 2 bar (driving Proton Iriz), by right it should be full tank but it only went up 3 bars, shows 3XX plus kilometre (Suppose show 5XXkm). The petrol that went into tank definitely not the right measurement and hope the company personnel can look into it. I required to fill up petrol again in BHP (RM20-went up by 3 bar) while coming back from Penang. This is first time encountering this kind of issue.

Desired outcome: I need the company to look into this matter seriously, it is a busy petrol station, so many customers are busy using the service before exit to the toll, it totally not acceptable for each customer not getting the service paid for.

Petronas Petrol station place unnecessary barrier at entrance causing my car to crash into it

On 12th March 2023, 9.10pm, I was turning into Petronas KIOSK AHS, Lot 10446, Jalan USJ9, Subang Jaya to fill up petrol. As I was turning in, suddenly I hear a crash. It turn out to be a metal sign board place on the road leading to the pumps.

After parking my car at the pump, I check and the front of my fender was dented and scratched. I saw on the road the No Parking sign board on the road that was knocked down by my car.

I approached the counter and ask for explanation why a sign board was placed in the middle of the path entering into the petrol station.

The staff told me that it was his boss instruction to prevent people eating at the roadside stalls beside the petrol station from parking.

It was dark and the back of the signboard was black which was facing me with no warning or blinking lights to warn customer entering into Petronas. The staff told me the front of the signboard can be seen clearly but it was pointing the other direction.

This is dangerous for customers like me because when we enter Petronas we assumed Petronas has highest safety standard so how can Petronas allowed any vendors to place obstacles on the road endangering motorist?

I call the owner at [protected] (number given to me by the staff) three time but no answer.

I told the staff to remove the obstacle but he refused saying it is his boss instruction.

I am claiming damages to my car front fender to knock back and respray estimated cost RM450.

Petronas Cashier not sincere

Last Sunday (26/02/2023) I went here Petronas KM4 Jalan Salleh, ZHZ Niaga lot 1311 Bandar Muar 84000 Johor to pump the petrol.

After paying and the receipt from the Cashier (Ahmad Naim Bin Shaari) and found out the point was not displayed in it. I went back the counter and look for the cashier and ask about my point, and he said there was no point in the receipt, and took my card to print the point. I come often to this petrol station and wonder why it doesn't show up in the receipt?

Then, I asked another girl, and she told me that the cashier forgot to key/scan my card. So the point would not enter.

In the end, the male cashier still not admit his fault. Please train your worker how to do the cashier and be sincere.

I asked the girl cashier for her supervisor's number, and she said her supervisor would definitely call me back. But so far I haven't received it. Is the supervisor working?

The station number [protected] work? Have call few times, Communication is totally disconnected.

Desired outcome: need a Apologize. How tp get back my point

Petronas Petronas stations at Bukit Indah, Johor Baharu

I am a regular client with Petronas and I am staying near the above petrol station. For the last 2 weeks I have been going to this petrol station, beside Kek Siong electric dealer to pump air and both the pumps are faulty. One on the left has the reading very high 300 and cannot be reduced. The one next to it has the cable no nozzle. Today I went and the left one is still the same and the right one has the tube leaking. As such, I couldn't pump air. I went looking for another one further out and I couldn't find the air pump. I had to go to the shell service station to pump air. I could be contacted at [protected] and I am a Meara cardholder and my e mail is [protected]@hotmail.com. I hope they rectify the above pumps as soon as possible. Thanks as such

Petronas Rude staff | Petronas Batu 6 Gombak

On Sunday, 22 January 2023, there is a malay male staff working in this station name tag 'SAFUAN' that are very rude to the customers. He don't greet his customer properly and always showing sour face. This guy is so rude and if he carries on with this attitude I will have to teach him a lesson. Please get rid of this kind of staff that can bring down the Petronas's reputation and images. I am very disappointed with the insolent treatment of this petronas staff. At last thank you to his supervisor Azki that are very professional to handle and de-escalate this situation in a very good manners.

Please follow up on this issue as soon as possible and act accordingly.

Petronas Staff With Language Border

On 27 NOV 2022 around 12:10AM, at Petronas Toll Skudai Northbound. There 2 Bangladesh staff working on that shift. One wearing a hat is very attentive to customer. Another one is withhout hat is not very attentive to customer. I was about to reloading my Touch&Go with RM 50 & petrol with RM 20. But that Bangladesh staff ignored me after I gave him money, I still have not finished my talk or request. When i called him, he is ignoring me & just topup my Touch& Go. Luckily another staff with hat is attentive, take my request for the petrol. My advice to the Petronas company, please don't use foreign worker. Even though they are cheap, there are language barrier problem & they are not very attentive like malaysian worker. Their service will only annoy your customer, be smart if you don't want to lose your customer due to the bad service.

Petronas Service

Dear Petronas,

The staff working in this station are very rude to their customers. They don't greet their customer properly and are always showing a sour face. There is a MALAY male staff with spectacles, that works in the mornings that is extremely rude and if he carries on with this attitude I will have to teach him a lesson. Please get rid of this people as they are not qualified and these clowns are giving Petronas a bad name.

Petronas Produk tidak berkualiti / minyak diesel petronas tercemar

Pada 16 Oktober 2022 lalu jam 12.32pm saya Mohd Adha bin Mat Esa telah mengisi minyak Petronas Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 with Pro-Drive-B10/B20 di pam no 2 Stesen Petronas Segamat, Lot 3618, Jalan Genuang, Segamat, Johor menggunakan aplikasi Setel (No Kad Mesra: [protected]). Dalam perjalanan pulang ke Perak, enjin kereta saya telah mengalami masalah mati tiba-tiba. Kereta saya terpaksa dihantar ke bengkel di Batang Kali, Selangor menggunakan perkhidmatan towing insuran dan terpaksa menanggung caj tambahan RM130, Hasil pemeriksaan di bengkel mendapati minyak Diesel kereta saya berwarna jernih dan kelihatan cair. Perbandingan dibuat dengan sampel minyak Diesel stesen Caltex dan Petronas Batang Kali mengesahkan terdapat perbezaan ketara di mana saya mengesyaki terdapat pencemaran minyak Diesel yang diisi di Petronas Segamat Jalan Genuang. Tangki bahan api kereta saya kemudiannya dikosongkan oleh pihak bengkel dan diisi dengan minyak Diesel baru dan kereta saya didapati beroperasi normal.

Petronas The Service

Hello, i want to make a complaint about service that i got on Tuesday, 18 Oct 2022, time about 3.30 pm at Petronas Rompin, Negeri Sembilan.

I was there to fill my tank and after my father has paid, it was not work and i co tinue to ask to the worker there. But her response was rude to me and said it was my fault for take the nozel to fast with angry face. Not enough, my father paid RM20, but only got RM10 of petrol. Again, she with the veil one said it was my fault.

I just need some respect, and my point is if i ask nicely then there is nl reason to be rude.

I am so disappointed with the woman and the service that she gave totally disrespect me .

I do not have any evidence since it happen so fast.

Desired outcome: It would be great if you can ask her to be on other position.
