Personal Creations Disappointed and Frustrated: My Experience with Personal Creations

So, I usually do my research before ordering anything online, but my friend told me about Personal Creations and how great they were, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered some personalized Christmas ornaments for my kids, nieces, nephews, and a co-worker on November 30th, 2020. I got an email saying that my order had been shipped out on December 3rd, 2020, and they even gave me a tracking number.

However, it's now December 19th, 2020, and I still haven't received my order. According to the tracking number, it was supposed to be delivered by December 11th, 2020, but I can't seem to track it down. I tried contacting them through live chat and email, but I didn't get any response. I finally got through to someone on December 15th, 2020, after waiting on hold for 40 minutes. They told me that my order had been shipped out by USPS on December 3rd, 2020.

It's too close to Christmas to order from another company or go to the mall (which is 45 minutes away from me), so I'm stuck without the ornaments that my kids, nieces, and nephews look forward to every year. It's a tradition that I started 19 years ago, and now this company has ruined it. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I will never order anything from them again.

Personal Creations PersonalCreations Review: Poor Quality Products, Terrible Customer Service, and High Shipping Costs

I recently purchased some items from PersonalCreations and unfortunately, I was not impressed with the quality of the products. To be honest, I could have gotten better quality mugs at the dollar store. The wooden boxes that I ordered as a gift for a special someone left me feeling disappointed as well. The quality of the wooden box was subpar and it looked like it was painted by a child. The defects on the box were covered up with a different color paint, which was quite noticeable. The personalization on the box was also crooked and off-centered. I was left wondering if this business is run by an elementary school student. It seems like the products are not checked by anyone to ensure customer satisfaction standards.

To make matters worse, I paid extra for a special gift box, but instead, I received my products in ripped bags and boxes. It looked like a gift that had been ripped open and then reboxed and shipped to the next customer. To add insult to injury, my gift card contained inappropriate drawings on it, which was quite embarrassing.

The shipping cost was also quite high, and I did not receive my products on time. When I reached out to customer service, they were very rude and acted like I should be happy with what I received. Overall, I would not recommend PersonalCreations to anyone. I give them a -20 for their poor quality products, terrible customer service, and high shipping costs.

Personal Creations Personal Creations: The Ultimate Destination for Personalized Gifts and Top-Notch Customer Service

Personal Creations is the bomb! I've been shopping with them for years and they never disappoint. Their products are always on point and the shipping is always on time. If you're looking for a gift that's personalized, you gotta check them out. They have a wide variety of gifts that you can customize to your liking. Plus, they have partners like Shari's Berries and ProFlowers that are just as awesome.

One time, I waited until the last minute to order a gift and I needed it to be engraved too. I was freaking out, but Personal Creations came through for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my gift on time. Not many companies care about their customers like that. It's nice to know that there are still some companies out there that value their customers.

The only thing that I would change is that they include their catalog with the gift when they ship it to the recipient. I mean, it's good business sense, but I don't want the recipient to know how much I spent on their gift. I've never tried, but I bet if you asked them not to include the catalog, they would do it for you.

Overall, Personal Creations is the bomb dot com. They have something for everyone and their customer service is top-notch. If you're looking for a personalized gift, you can't go wrong with them.

Personal Creations Personal Creations: Exceptional Customer Service and Delivery Experience

This merchant is absolutely amazing! I was waiting for a package to arrive on December 19th, but it didn't show up. I waited until the next day, December 20th, thinking that maybe it was delayed due to the holiday shipping. When it still didn't arrive, I decided to contact Customer Service. The customer service rep was very friendly and asked for my order number and confirmation of address. She apologized for the package not arriving and told me that Personal Creations had promised delivery by the 19th, but they had failed to deliver on time. She immediately refunded the shipping fee of $11.40 that I had paid and then told me that they were going to place the package on next day FedEx at no additional charge to me.

The next day, I received a phone call and an email from Personal Creations confirming that the package had been picked up and giving me the tracking number. On December 23rd, I received another phone call from Personal Creations letting me know that the driver was nearby and asking if I had any special instructions for the driver. I was blown away by the level of service that I received from this merchant. It is clear that they take customer service very seriously and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy.

I would highly recommend Personal Creations to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly care about their customers. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future!

Personal Creations Disappointing Experience with PersonalCreations.com: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from PersonalCreations.com for some graduation banners. I ordered a total of four banners, three for high school seniors and one for my youngest grandchild who is promoting to middle school. I placed the order on April 24th and was given a delivery date of May 26th. However, I did not notice the disclaimer that stated the order may not arrive by the delivery date.

As expected, May 26th came and went and I did not receive my order. I did receive an email stating that the factory was up and running again, but I was not aware that it had been closed. I understand that there is a virus going around, but I thought they were operating with reduced staff. When I called to inquire about my order, I was simply told that it was being worked on. Finally, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped and there was a tracking number. However, the tracking number did not lead to anything. When I called to inquire about this, I was told that there was nothing they could do as it was now out of their hands.

After waiting for what seemed like forever, I can now see tracking numbers that state that the order left Woodridge, IL on May 24th. Finally, on May 30th, the order arrived in Fontana, CA. However, as of today, June 4th, only one banner has been delivered. All of the addresses are in Southern California, so I am not sure why it is taking so long.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PersonalCreations.com. It was a waste of my money and energy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Personal Creations PersonalCreations: Disappointing Delivery and Customer Service

I recently ordered some personalized stockings from PersonalCreations and I have to say, they look really cute! I was so excited to receive them in time for the holidays, so I paid for expedited shipping. The website said that my order would be shipped out within 2 days, and they took the money out of my account right away.

However, things started to go wrong when my package didn't arrive on the promised delivery date. I was supposed to receive it by the end of the day on Friday, but it never showed up. Then, the website said it would arrive by the end of the day on Monday, and then Tuesday. I was starting to get worried, so I tracked the package and saw that it hadn't been updated since December 14th.

I called UPS to see what was going on, and they told me that the package had been sent to regular mail on December 14th. This was really frustrating, because I had paid an extra $28 for overnight delivery! To make matters worse, my entire family from Texas is coming to visit me on Friday night, and now I don't have the stockings that I ordered.

I tried to contact customer service, but it was a nightmare. The online chat kept telling me that I was number 53 in line and that someone would be with me in 32 minutes. The time kept going down, but I was still waiting after half an hour. When I tried to call customer service, it was the same thing. I was on hold for an hour and a half and no one ever picked up. The music was terrible, too.

I am so disappointed in PersonalCreations. They took my money and promised me something that they couldn't deliver. I hope that the owners of this site feel ashamed of themselves for lying to people during the holidays. It's not fair to take advantage of people who are trying to buy something special for their families. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Personal Creations Frustrating Experience with PersonalCreations: Billing Address Requirement for PayPal Users

I recently had an experience with PersonalCreations, which is part of ProFlowers.com, and I have to say it was a bit frustrating. I placed an order and paid with PayPal, which was no problem at first. However, two business days later, I received an email stating that my order had not been processed because my billing address was not in the USA, even though my shipping address was. I replied to the email, explaining that using PayPal makes a billing address pointless and that they shouldn't even ask for one. It seemed like a simple fix, but it turned out to be a bit more complicated than I anticipated.

After a couple of days and a few more emails, I was instructed to change the billing information through their site. I did so, using an address in New York. However, the next day, I received another email stating that the order still had not gone through because I had only changed the "account" billing address and not the one associated with the order. I had no idea there was a difference between the two, and it was frustrating to have to go through this process again.

Finally, I was told to call the company, which I did only because time was running out to get the gift received on time. The person on the phone took down the New York address, but then I was told they had to speak to a supervisor. After that, I was told to re-do the whole order online since the original billing address with PayPal was different. At that point, I decided to cancel the order and take my business elsewhere.

It's disappointing that PersonalCreations hasn't entered the 21st century of online processing yet. It seems like a simple fix to allow PayPal users to bypass the billing address requirement, and it would save a lot of time and frustration for customers. Hopefully, they will make this change soon so that others don't have to go through the same experience I did.

Personal Creations Disappointing Experience with PersonalCreations: Hidden Fees, Shipping Issues, and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with PersonalCreations. I was excited to order a gift for my friend's birthday, but the whole experience was a mess. First off, the website advertised free shipping, but when I went to check out, there was a shipping charge added. I clicked on the little question mark next to it and found out that the free shipping was actually a "shipping rebate." And on top of that, there was a handling charge that brought the total up to almost double the price of the item I was buying. Not cool.

But I decided to go ahead with the order anyway, and that's when things really went downhill. The item was guaranteed for delivery on my friend's birthday, but when I went to track the package, it showed that it was never delivered to UPS. I called customer service and they blamed UPS for losing it. They said they would put in an order for a replacement and have it to me in a week, but by then it would be too late for my friend's birthday.

To make matters worse, the customer service rep explained the "free shipping" to me and it turns out it's actually a scam. You have to sign up for freeshipping.com and pay a monthly service charge to get a refund on the shipping from this order. No thanks.

Honestly, I'm so frustrated with this whole experience that I'm calling back right now to cancel the order and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Personal Creations Misleading Shipping Ad and Frustrating Customer Service Experience at PersonalCreations

So, I was browsing the PersonalCreations website and noticed a link for free shipping. I clicked on it and was happy to see that no promo code was needed. I decided to make a purchase of $200 and entered my Groupon code. However, right before confirming my order, I saw that there was still a $20 shipping charge. I was confused and called customer service for help.

The representative I spoke to seemed to have no clue about their shipping policy. It took her about 10 minutes to find the policy on her end and she read it to me word for word. I was frustrated because I couldn't believe that she didn't know how their shipping policy worked. She also couldn't find the link to the coupons page where I found the free shipping offer. I had to spell out the URL for her and even had to explain where the backlash key was on the keyboard. It was a bit of a hassle, but I eventually got her to enter the URL correctly.

After all of that, I was pretty aggravated and asked to speak to a manager. I explained to the manager that the representative had no clue about anything and that the shipping ad was misleading. I told them that I wasn't going to pay $20 for shipping after the frustrating experience I had with customer service. I was disappointed that they didn't credit me the $20, especially since I order from them frequently and their business partners.

Overall, I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from PersonalCreations or any of their affiliates in the future. The experience I had with their customer service was frustrating and I don't want to go through that again. I hope they can improve their shipping policy and make it more clear for customers.

Personal Creations Mixed Experience with PersonalCreations: Beautiful Plaque, but Incorrect Personalization and No Replacement Available

I spent a lot of time searching through different websites to find the perfect gift for my mom, and finally stumbled upon PersonalCreations. I decided to order a wooden plaque with a beautiful saying etched into it, and was thrilled to see that I could also have two names added underneath the saying. This was a special gift for my mom, as our home had recently burned down in a fire and we were in the process of rebuilding. I wanted to give her something that would symbolize our new beginning in our new home.

When the plaque arrived, I was so excited that I couldn't wait for my mom to open it. Unfortunately, when she did, we discovered that the names I had requested to be etched into the wood were incorrect. Instead of "Jamie and Gianni," it said "[protected]@ Gia." I was extremely disappointed, especially since I had paid extra for expedited shipping and the total cost of the plaque was $76.00.

I immediately contacted the company to request a replacement, but was told that it was out of stock. I was confused by this, as it seemed like a simple product that could easily be reproduced. I was hoping that PersonalCreations, as a company that specializes in personalized gifts, would be able to rectify the situation quickly and easily.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with PersonalCreations. While the plaque itself was beautiful, the mistake with the names and the lack of availability for a replacement left me feeling frustrated and let down. I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately my experience was hit or miss.

Personal Creations Personal creations lasagna casserole dish

I ordered many personalized Lasagna Casserole dish’s for Christmas gifts. One was Nakayla & Kyle, came to me as Morton. They did finally send me right one.

I suspect Morton got Nakayla & Kyle dish.

Charged for both. Then after Christmas I ordered 1 Lasagna Casserole dish to have Savannah & Sam on it. They sent them 2. I was charged for two , full price. They were all on sale for $35.09.

I was charged $59.36 for each!

I want a refund put back on my card.

Personal Creations Poor Customer Service and Unacceptable Product Quality from PersonalCreations.com

I recently made a purchase from PersonalCreations.com for my wife's anniversary gift. I was excited to receive the wine barrel clock that I ordered, but unfortunately, it arrived after our anniversary. To make matters worse, the engraving on the clock was crooked and not presentable at all. I was extremely disappointed and felt that the product should not have been shipped in that condition.

I decided to reach out to the company via email and sent three separate messages over the course of ten days. I even included photos of the issue and my phone number as contact information. However, I have yet to receive a response from them. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spent on the product.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I called their customer service line this morning. However, I was put on hold for a whopping 1 hour and 41 minutes, and no one ever picked up. Frustrated, I decided to email them again, but still no response.

It's disappointing that a company would collect $106 from me, ship me a clearly unpresentable product, and then ignore my concerns. I expected better from PersonalCreations.com. I have decided to send the clock back and hope for a refund. This experience has taught me to be more cautious when making online purchases and to do more research on the company beforehand.

Personal Creations Disappointed with PersonalCreations' Shipping and Quality Control - A Review

I recently got my hands on 8 ornaments from PersonalCreations and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out. First of all, the shipping was a total mess. The box was just thrown together with all the ornaments piled on top of each other like they were asking to be smashed. I mean, come on, I paid a pretty penny ($25 to be exact) for shipping and handling and this is what I get? Broken ornaments? Not cool, man.

And it's not just one or two ornaments that were damaged, oh no. Out of the 8 I ordered, a whopping 5 were either broken or just not up to snuff for gifting. I mean, I was planning on giving these as gifts to families affected by the Santa Rosa wildfires and now I'm left with a bunch of broken and poorly made ornaments. To add insult to injury, the glitter on four of them was barely even there. It was like someone just slapped some glitter on there and called it a day.

I'm just really disappointed in PersonalCreations and their lack of care when it comes to shipping and quality control. I mean, I understand that mistakes happen, but this was just ridiculous. I hope they can step up their game and make things right for their customers in the future.

Personal Creations PersonalCreations Review: Misleading Pricing and Poor Customer Service

So, I got this catalog from PersonalCreations for Fall 2022 and I was really excited to order a certain item from it. But when I went to their website to place the order, I was shocked to see that the price of the item had gone up from $31.99 to $49.99! I mean, what the heck, man? That's a huge increase!

So, I decided to call their customer service to see if they could do anything about it. But, unfortunately, they were not willing to honor the price from the fall catalog. They told me that the new catalog was out and the prices have changed, even though there was no expiration date mentioned in the fall catalog for ordering any items.

And, to make matters worse, they don't even tell you about the shipping cost until you go to check out! I mean, come on, PersonalCreations, that's just not cool.

Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them anymore. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more honest and transparent with their pricing. For example, Etsy is a remarkable company to order from and their customer service is very helpful.

So, if you're thinking about ordering from PersonalCreations, I would suggest you think twice. Don't get fooled by their fancy catalogs and misleading pricing. There are better options out there.

Personal Creations PersonalCreations Review: Terrible Experience with Wrong Items and Poor Quality Personalization

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with PersonalCreations. I mean, where do I even start? First off, they sent me the wrong item. Like, completely wrong. And then, to top it off, they messed up the printing alignment on another item I ordered. Can you believe it?

So, I called them up and they said they would send me replacement items. But guess what? They didn't arrive when they promised. And they didn't even care about expediting the shipping after their mistake. I mean, it was my husband's birthday and they totally ruined it.

But wait, it gets worse. The second replacement item, a photo ornament, was printed wrong AGAIN. Like, seriously? And after all of that, I finally received the $130 leather bag I ordered. But get this, the personalization letters on the bag are STICKERS. Can you believe it? I was so disappointed and frustrated.

Honestly, I would not recommend PersonalCreations to anyone. The only good thing about my experience was the customer service people I talked to on the phone. They were always nice and tried to be accommodating. But let's be real, it's not their fault the product and process is so inferior.

Personal Creations Disappointing Experience with PersonalCreations: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with PersonalCreations. I ordered a gift for Christmas in early December and they said it would come by December 20th. But it didn't come until the day after Christmas! I don't think they would have even sent it if I didn't call them on the 20th and beg them to get it to me in time.

What's even more annoying is that when I asked them where my gift was on the 20th, they said it hadn't even been sent yet! And they didn't even try to rush delivery for me, even though they charged me $15 for shipping for a gift that was only 12x24 inches.

I think this company is really disorganized and doesn't care about fixing their big mistakes. I'm really disappointed and I won't buy from them again.

Personal Creations Unreliable Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with PersonalCreations

I had a pretty frustrating experience with PersonalCreations. They charged me $26.73 for something that I didn't even purchase. I tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but I never got a response. I even waited on hold for over 20 minutes, but still no luck. It's possible that they made a mistake, but the fact that they didn't give me any explanation at all is pretty disappointing.

Their website says that their customer service is available from 6 AM to 6 PM PST on weekdays and from 8 AM to 5 PM PST on weekends. I called within those hours, but nobody answered. It's frustrating when a company doesn't live up to their own promises.

Eventually, it looks like they refunded my money to my PayPal account, but again, there was no explanation. It's also concerning that they kept my credit card information saved. It's convenient for them, but it doesn't make me feel very secure.

I don't have any complaints about their products, but their customer service is just unreliable and sketchy at best. I personally wouldn't recommend them.

Personal Creations Disappointing Experience with PersonalCreations: Order Cancellation and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I was really bummed out by the way PersonalCreations handled my order. I had ordered a gift for my grandma well in advance, with the express shipping option to make sure it would arrive on Christmas Eve. But when I reached out to them to check on the status of my order, they told me it had been cancelled because there were no personalizations made.

Now, I knew for a fact that I had personalized the gift, so I asked the customer service rep to double check. After some digging around in their database, she found that there had indeed been personalizations made, but she couldn't explain why the order was cancelled in the first place. I also never received any email notification about the cancellation, which was frustrating.

I tried to work with the customer service rep to figure out a solution, but she wasn't very helpful or clear about what had happened. And when I asked if they could do anything to make it right and keep me as a customer, she didn't seem interested in helping me out.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with PersonalCreations. I don't think I'll be using their site again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with my experience with PersonalCreations. I ordered this doormat with a custom design called 'Love Connects Us' and it's just not up to par. The design is cool and all, but the printing quality is pretty disappointing. It's not sharp at all and looks kinda blurry. And the mat itself doesn't seem like it's gonna hold up too well outside. I mean, it's under a cover so it won't get wet or anything, but I'm still a little worried about it.

Honestly, I didn't really pay attention to the size of the mat holder when I ordered it. I just saw that the overall size was 24x36 and assumed that was the size of the mat. But nope, the mat is 24x36 and the holder is HUGE. Like, way too big for my entrance. I wish I could send it back, but they won't accept ANY returns. I would've even paid for shipping, but no dice. So now I'm stuck with this giant holder that I have no use for.

I will say, though, that the holder itself is really solid and good quality. It's just a shame that the customization printing and mat material aren't up to snuff. If they were, I'd totally order another mat for the back of my house and use the holder there. But as it stands, I don't think I'll be ordering from PersonalCreations again.

Personal Creations PersonalCreations Review: Decent Quality, Okay Price, Good Customer Service

This website, PersonalCreations, is a pretty good one if you're looking for something personalized. I got some customized Christmas socks for my little nephew with his face on it, and it was pretty cool. The price was $27 including shipping, which is not too bad, especially with a coupon.

The quality of the socks was decent, but there were some uneven black circles on the heels that didn't look great. The material is also kind of weird, not like regular cotton, but I'm giving it as a gift so I don't know how comfy they are. Overall, it was okay, but a little disappointing for the price.

The estimated delivery was 10 days, but it came in 12, which was fine. However, tracking through the PersonalCreations website led to an error page, so I had to call customer service to get the tracking number. The initial courier was UPS, but then it switched over to USPS, making the UPS tracking number useless.

The customer service was pretty good, though. They answered the phone immediately with no hold time, and they were very nice and helpful.

Would I use this website again? Probably not for socks, but for shirts or something else, probably yes, especially considering it's much cheaper than other personalization websites. All in all, it's a legit site with actual customer service, which is definitely a plus.

Personal Creations Disappointing Experience with PersonalCreations: Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I recently purchased a personalized wooden wall piece from PersonalCreations for my friend's fireplace. The piece had their names on it, and I was excited to give it to them as a gift. However, when I received the order, I was disappointed to find that it was damaged in two different places. The damage was pretty bad, and I was upset that I had spent money on something that was not in good condition.

I immediately tried to contact the company by phone, but I was put on hold for over an hour. There was no option for a callback, and I didn't have the time or patience to hold the phone to my ear for that long. Frustrated, I decided to email the company instead. The next day, I received an automated email saying that they had received my email and that someone would be in touch with me soon.

However, I never heard back from them via email, so I decided to try calling again. This time, I was on hold for almost two hours before the music stopped and the phone started ringing. But when someone finally answered, there was no one there. I was back to listening to their terrible Christmas music and feeling even more frustrated.

To make matters worse, I had noticed that the prices on their website kept changing every time I logged on. I should have taken this as a red flag and never ordered from them in the first place. But I had seen good reviews of their products and decided to give them a chance. Now, I regret that decision.

Overall, I would not recommend using PersonalCreations. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are not worth the money. Save yourself the hassle and order from a different company instead.

I sent a picture complaining about the mishap. It was sent as a symphony gesture. Delivered to Dave & Barbara Meese. Order dated October 17, 2022 . I want a refund due to me or an replacement. Further more each email was either sent back without a correct address or otherwise. I have purchased in the past with no problem. The least you could have done was get back from me. I purchase this blanket a lot from you all, for my friends and loved ones who lost someone dear to them my friend just sent a. Picture of the end frailing discoloration this blanket is $75 with tax and all should last a bit more than a year... Personal Creations customer service

Absolutely The Worst Customer Service.
Or should say Non-Service.
Placed order for two items shipping to same location to arrive before Christmas.
Promised Delivery by December 20, 2019 shipping via UPS.
On December 21st got email stating they shipped with some obscure Shipping method and the only tracking number provided no information.
Tried calling several times and no one ever picked up. Left phone number for call back...no such luck. Sent email and you guessed it...no response.
I will be disputing the credit card charge and now will scramble to find replacement gifts for my family on Christmas Eve.
Don't waste your time with this Horrible Company!

Personal Creations my parcel (shoes) don't delivery/receive

please give me the clear and detail information about the parcel with number P2G61363407 (my transaction buy the shoes from ebay) this the last day deadline for delivery date, and till now i still not receive yet. when i check with tracking online the information is stuck not uptodate (attached) also not detail delivered to where country? who is received the parcel or what else? and i strunggled for search more information about parcel2go in my country i can't make contact with the presentative person in charge in here.

Personal Creations disappointed

I ordered a Family Initial & Name Wood Sign with my husband's and my names on it. They promised to finish it within several business days but in fact, it took them over a month. I am very disappointed. Not that we urgently needed it, but I would like to deal with people who keep their word. I understand that something different things may happen, but they could have notified me at least instead of making me wait for 6 weeks. It's very unprofessional, guys.

Personal Creations Slow shipping, extra charges

I made an order on www.personalcreations.com and bought a gift. I decided that it was better to pay for shipping to get my item as quick as possible. So I paid for fast shipping and was promised 2 day delivery which was very nice.
But my item did not arrive, and not only that, they also charged some extra money without my permission. I sent them a message using their online contact form but they did not reply, then I found their contact phone number and called. I explained what happened they promised to fix everything and asked me to wait on hold. They finally returned 35 minutes later and said that unfortunately they were not able to help me. They said that they can offer me a small discount on my next order.
That was terrible! Instead of 2 day shipping I got 23 day delivery and also lost my money!

Personal Creations They are not to be trusted

I made an order and bought something from PersonalCreations website. They had a free shipping offer and I was really happy about that. When I paid for my order I noticed that they charged more and when I contacted customer service they said that I was charged a shipping fee. They said that was a mistake and promised that I'll get my money back soon and said that I need to be patient. I heard only empty promises and I didn't see that there was anything done to resolve my issue. Last time I contacted PersonalCreations they said they need more time. These guys are highly unprofessional and are not to be trusted. I want my money back as soon as possible!

Personal Creations Damaged order

I have ordered a cute mug for my husband as a surprise gift from www.personalcreations.com. I paid extra money for the express shipping and when I received my order I saw that it was damaged due to the poor packaging. I contacted PersonalCreations customer care and they asked me to show them pictures of the damages. I took a picture where it was clearly visible that there was a huge crack. They said that it was not their fault and also told that there was nothing they could do. I'm extremely disappointed with these guys, they saw there was a problem but did not care about that! I will never order from them again!

Personal Creations Sneaky Business Practice

Ordered a couple of cute Father's Day items online after seeing them in a Personal Creations catalog. Upon checkout, I noticed a $3.99 charge per item for personalization. I was surprised by this, so I went back to see if I had missed that little notation and found NO MENTION of this extra charge in the item descriptions on the website or in the catalog. I did finally find it in the catalog on the hard copy order form, but how many people see that? By not mentioning it with the item price, I feel they lead customers to believe that the personalization is included in the price (They ARE called "Personal Creations", after all), so it seems a sneaky practice to hit you with this charge at checkout! Shame on them! Get your personalized items from someplace else!
