PC Pools Pool cover

I've purchased a safety pool cover from www.pcpools.com website and the one arrived was incorrect size, it was too small. I went online and tried to contact PC Pools company. I used the contact form given on their website but I did not receive a reply. Then I found their phone number and someone actually picked up and immediately disconnected. I called again and nothing. Well I still 20 year warranty and I hope I'll be able to reach them till it ends. I would not recommend PC Pools to anyone.
