This company charged me $35 to do my OHIO state 2011 taxes. After providing them with the information needed they charged me and never emailed me a copy of the return. Using the chat box given on the website I complained and they did send it according to them what was a second time. The return I received was a poorly filled out federal return. I responded it was not what i submitted or paid for and to please send me the correct form and my requests have been totally ignored. This company seems like its one person that barely knows what they are doing working out of their moms basement
they did provide me with my state return after i did it myself. Still wasted 35 bucks but at least I know i did it correctly. lol
over charge
This company had me pay $14.99 additional to receive a copy of the tax return I completed via email. After paying it and checking out, I received a message that they would have to email me a copy of it anyway since it was taxes for a former year. I requested a refund of the $14.99 since that had not been disclosed to me before paying, and they refused...
