OYO Rooms everything

If you truly are a company that cares, you would send someone out to this property right away. Only a handful of rooms have been updated, majority of them are deplorable. There are tons of roaches, basic maintenance is needed in the rooms. The parking lot is always full of trash. Housekeeping or even onsite maintenance is obsolete! Curtains are left open allowing you to see where rooms have been trashed and not cleaned for days at a time. When work is done on rooms, it's done way after 9pm when people are sleeping. Stains on towels and sheets. The price point is way too much for what you get and don't get. Other hotels in the area offer much more for the price you pay at this run down place. I stayed for about a week for work before I relocated to get a better price and amenities. I feel sorry for the people that have no choice but to stay there.

OYO Rooms Oyo hotel misbehaving

I booked apnc inn with oyo rooms for 2 days (14th-16th dec) for 2 adult and 1 child.
At the time of check in hotel owner told me to modify my booking as my child is above 5 years.
I tried with oyo but they was unable to modify my booking.
Hotel owner was not ready to modify my booking and misbehaved with us.
I was travelling with my wife and child but the owner of the property didn't know how to behave with guest. He start shouting on us and ask her to leave the property.

In my life I have never seen any hotel behaving like this with guest.

OYO Rooms hotel denver i-70

This hotel was horrible I traveled to auroa co because my daughter had open heart 💔 surgery it was close to hospital asked for non smoking room I checked in threw my bags down and left for hospital when j got back from hospital there were burn holes in blankets holes in wall mold in shower went to front desk they said too bad suck it up were in transition and we don't have clean linens to give you... If I would have taken that mold back to my daughter's room she would have got sicker I have pictures to prove it.. Sunshine e wood [protected] I want my money back from them.. Haven't gotten s word. Yet you should not even post these people on your site I don't want any one to walk into what I did...

OYO Rooms everything

I am not one who complains about many hotels, but the entire stay not a single employee is able to be found on the property. Myself and a few other guests searched the property to speak with someone and called the front desk and no one is to be found. My Tv will not work, the sink is leaking and soaked the only towel that was provided. 2 adults and 1 child staying in a king, only given 1 pillow and put in a smoking room. After we checked in, they gave the same room to another guest who entered our room in the middle of the night. The carpets do not look like they have ever been cleaned, and have been ripped up in several places, the bed sheets are dirty and covered with holes from cigarette burns, Bugs in the bathroom area. The coffee maker provided in the room is so filthy, even after attempting to clean it out several times the water was still brown and has rubbage floating around. Even low priced hotels should have standard cleaning policy's, especially when remodeling under a new name.

OYO Rooms double booking

I left my bags at 10am and told to book-in at 2pm, on a very sunny bank-holiday weekend. At 2pm I was told I was not registered. I provided booking evidence. Neither the hotel (Stade Court, Hythe) OYO Esculations or Booking.com are admitting to liability. Due to the weather and B.H. Weekend, Booking.com were only able to offer us hotels shared by unemployed people (with bad reputations) approximately 15 miles away from our booking. We then had to find the nearest relative and eventually got to their house at 1am, due to traffic-jams and cars leaving the area. Booking.com say they are not liable (but offered £50), the hotel and OYO deny liability and have not offered any compensation for a nightmare weekend. I have all the paperwork evidence and emails for the last month, since the booking.

OYO Rooms hotel service

I had upgraded a room with OYO customer support and the executive told me that room upgradation will cost 2000-3000 Rs. after upgrading he told that upgradation cost 12700/- he lied with me that room is having Air conditioners but there was no air conditioner in room. After too many Complaints no solution was provided. When I call them they ask me to transfer and on transfer the call is kept on hold for more than 40 minutes and than call is cut. I am really harresed by this behaviour. Cheating is done and no solution provided. I had also mailed them but no response by them. Worst customer service.

OYO Rooms Hotel chain

I Purchased through your website ( Expedia) this alleged hotel ‘OYO Premium Brickfields Gandhi’s Kuala Lumpur’ which does NOT exist!

The photo’s on-line are entirely False not of a OYO property but of another Hotel called ‘Royal... ­’ and the address given on their website and google search etc simple Does Not Exist for this bogus false hotel.

I had travelled three flights lasting some 16 hours from the UK and was told it was only a Kilometre to this false hotel, ending up walking miles enquiring at hotels along the way trying to communicate with staff that could not understand English on the way totally exhausted with my fellow passenger and friend attempted to locate our Hotel.

At the Prescott hotel they tried to help by contacting OYO on their ‘Customer service’ phone line. We tried earlier at another hotel and the OYO ‘customer service’ refused us help. They failed to take Your Itinerary code you gave us and my personal name and details etc.

At the Prescott hotel the staff called OYO ‘customer service’ finally they found my Booking and said firstly and I quote said at OYO “The hotel your are staying at name had changed name to ‘Lotus Hotel’ at Little India Brickyards 250 Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickyards. And you need to go there!”..

The Lotus Hotel Little India Brickyard ( 250 Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickyards) at the other end of the street a long walk was a shadow of the place we Booked with OYO through Expedia.

Nothing what so ever Like the Pictures on Your Website and even Google search!

Also they unlike your Website and Our Reservation gave had and Offered No Breakfast because they do not have a Cafeteria, and No restaurant Nothing as our booking I paid for stated we would indeed have!

WE made exhausted efforts at the Hotel Lotus upon arrival with staff to call OYO (OYO have a small sign on this Lotus hotel) OYO refused to take any responsibility what so ever washing their hands of this Grossly Misleading booking with us.

Then they tried later to make an excuse to say they tried contacting me on my old home phone number which has not existed since our looking as You were made aware with Numerous phone calls to your staff over a flight mess up with you over a name earlier.
I have been on the phone in the past with Expedia for over 6 hours in to past over two days over a flight. However OYO have bombarded me with Emails with offers etc and have my email account most certainly for their advertising!
They suggested they called my old phone number? But never emailed me once they now allege “had to change my booking” to this far, far lesser hotel in quality and conditions you advertised. A hotel that is not a fraction in condition and quality and services to what I paid for on Your website.

Incidentally ‘Premium Brickfields Gandhi’s Kuala Lumpur’ Does Not exist the picture OYO and you use the staff at the Hotel Lotus tracked down was called once “Royal ...” something, and Your Website and Google search still use this Bogus hotel of ‘Premium Brickfields Gandhi’s Kuala Lumpur’ and the False pictures of another hotel to sell this Bogus hotel that simple does not exist as ‘Premium Brickfields Gandhi’s Kuala Lumpur’!

After talking to the manager who actually owns the Lotus Hotel the next morning on 1st December 2016 we are forced to stay at who was Very angry to start with us who also called the OYO so called ‘Customer service’ with us found out that they Falsely moved us into his hotel a hotel that is nowhere as comparable in anyway to this bogus ‘Premium Brickfields Gandhi’s Kuala Lumpur’ which does not exist with the false and misleading pictures they used of another hotel! Further the conditioned I booked under such as a included Breakfast does not nor ever has existed at his Lotus hotel! He told the OYO so called ‘customer service’ they were very wrong to send us to his hotel.

Not being able to phone Expedia on your UK number abroad from this hotel that the assistant manager etc said at the Lotus has NO international phone call ability only Local phone numbers we were stuck in this Lotus hotel we did not Book that is entirely different to the hotel You advertised at Expedia and what is shown and advertised to this day!

Again this Bogus ‘Premium Brickfields Gandhi’s Kuala Lumpur’ does Not exist and the Pictures described are from an entirely different Hotel some place else one OYO do not have to offer customers! Meanwhile WE are stuck in this far different and uncomfortable hotel until the 18th December 2016 without breakfast.

OYO give nothing but false and misleading information and nothing that is the truth with our booking in Kuala Lumpur!

OYO Rooms fraud - no breakfast, no wifi

We booked a 5-guest hotel stay via Oyo Rooms (Oravel Stays Pvt. Ltd). The booking charges a hefty commission on the original hotel price thereby providing extra services like Breakfast and WiFi. These services were not given. There was no breakfast and there was no WiFi.

I expect oyo to refund a reasonable amount amounting to the cost of the 5 people's breakfast and apologize for cheating people.

Submitting a support ticket was of no help. A careless manager called Sachin Pandey from Escalations Dept got in touch and offered me a Rs. 300 discount on the next booking, which is irrelevant to the matter, because I won't be booking with them any more.

And the canned response is:
We are extremely sorry that your stay experience with us was not as expected. We are investigating the cause of the problem faced by you and working on priority to resolve it. As we discussed on call if we found we will take an action against the property and apart from it as you are a prestigious guest for us so we always want to to give us another chance to host you. However i offered 300/- discount on next booking so whenever you would be booking with us, will 300/- discount on it.

These people charge a 50% markup on the original hotel tariff, and expect that they can get by with fooling people?

This definitely qualifies for a consumer court case. And I'm taking it there.

i was a good student in the digital marketing world program and learn to good in all program.
OYO ROOM open the job offers for digital marketing program people who people done this they people can apply
many websites they open jobs for people.

i start submitting my resume on all ways to them, always i receive 1 email from 1 email address which always said to me
we got your resume we got your resume, we got your resume

and last we sure give you chance depends on how long is going us to select for a good job in OYO ROOMS

but all are empty hand theft dreams promises.

FAKE OYO ROOM POSTING ON ALL AROUND.
MORE THEN 100 PEOPLE SEND PEOPLE APPLICATION THEY FRAUD TO ALL..

OYO IS A FRAUD AND CHEATER COMPANY I WILL NEVER JOIN .. DELETE ME RESUMEE FROM YOUR WEBSITE.
MY TIME MY WORK MY EFFORT IN RESUME MAKED
ALL goes wrong and my hands empty
