Telebrands Safety Can Express

As a senior citizen I purchased your product to assist me in opening cans I tried to open 4 different size cans numerous times and the cans never opened all they did was spin and thin metal shavings were noticed so I threw the stuff out for fear of ingesting or getting in my fingers. Very disappointed bought it from a local store and will be returning it.

Telebrands Dicen que no cobraron el pago de la bicicleta estática que cobraron un $1 dolar nada más.

Yo hice la compra de 1 bicicleta estática el 2 de febrero del 2020 por un anuncio de la TV.por $215.95. Y a finales del 2021 me mandaron una carta al igual que ahora febrero del 2022 diciendo que solo cobraron $1.00 dolar y no los $215.95 de la bicicleta.Y quieren que los pague ahora o sino me transfieren a la agencia de Collection cuando a mi se me cobró completamente dicha bicicleta.

Desired outcome: Agradecería una respuesta y se aclare el asunto.No voy a pagar de nuevo lo que ya pague.

Telebrands Customer Service

9984088 I ordered 2 pk of Battle Vision Night glasses from an advertisement I saw on TV. An hour after they charged my credit card, they sent an email that said these items have been cancelled. I had also ordered the sun glasses, and because my order was over a certain amount shipping was free. But, since they cancelled my order they charged shipping for the sun glasses. When I called they said they could not do anything about that. After arguing with me they took $5 off my order because I was a valued customer. Well if they wanted to retain this valued customer they would have give me shipping altogether.

Telebrands Pocket hose

I had the pocket hose bought at Bed Bath & Beyond and it developed a hole. Under Telebrands lifetime warranty they would replace it for a cost of $8.99. I sent them a check in November 2020 but they never sent my replacement hose. After several times to see what the status was they said that they never received my payment and requested another payment (which I belive was over $8.99) via my credit card. They then sent me a replacement hose. Now July 2021 they cashed my $8.99 check of November 2020 — about 9 months later.
Note that Bed Bath & Beyond not longer sells this item in our local store.

Desired outcome: Refund of the over charges

Telebrands red copper 5 minute cooker

model #22852a1 item no 11865
used only for eggs approx 5 times when the casing buckled and unable to close catch properly. after 2 more uses the plastic melted on top cover. this is not acceptable and also unsafe.

i expect something to be done about this. i have previously had one and was very satisfied and used it for probably 5 years with no problems i enjoy the product but will not be using it again

Telebrands Pocket hose

I bought a black 50 ft hose with brass fittings. After using it several times the hose split and washed me instead of my lawn. When I called Telebrands they told me I would have to return the connections in order to have the hose replaced, but the charge would be $6.99 plus tax!

Unfortunately Pocket hoses just don't last even though they claim they are improved all the time.

I would like a refund or free replacement. I hesitate getting another, but am willing to try. Won't buy again much as I appreciate the lighter weight.

Telebrands red copper 5 minute chef

i purchased this item from ebay.uk. jan.19.
this does not represent the use of the machine.

this item is used approx. once a week up to the middle of 2020. when it actually melted the metal on both sides of product, it is a complete danger to anyone using it. its only used for eggs it has not had hard wear and only used by adults.
we just could not believe that it had melted i do still have the item i really do think this problem should be addressed as if this happened to an elderly person it would severely burn them.

i am very disappointed that eBay didn't want to know there excuse was that it was out of the 14 days time period.
im very disappointed as the machine is a very good idea, so very dangerous i do still have it if you want to inspect it,

i would like a reply.

Telebrands Silver bullet expanding hose

I purchased a 75 foot expanding hose last fall, stored it in the garage in its original packaging and when I went to use it this weekend, it leaked in the middle of the hose. So being that I had the original packaging I called for warranty replacement and was told if I do not have the receipt (who keeps a hose receipt?) I had to at my cost send the hose back to them with 8 dollars to get the hose replaced, the hose only cost 39 dollars, by the time I packed it up and sent it back with the 8 dollar check I could have bought a new one. This is terrible customer service as I only used the hose a few times and it had issues, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as their customer service sucks and only benefits them... Oh I found the receipt and they still wanted $8 for shipping and handling to replace their defective item. Why not just give me a coupon and I could go back to Home Depot where I bought it and get another one. Why make me pay for shipping when a coupon would work just as well.

Telebrands Order for silver bullet hoses

I placed my order on May 6, 2020 for two 50-foot Silver Bullet Pocket Hoses in which I prepaid $64.91 using my credit card. I have called numerous times regarding the status of order and every time I have spoken to a customer service representative (in India no less) I get the runaround with the same reply that I will receive my hoses in 7-10 days. My most recent calls were on July 6, 2020. I am thoroughly disgusted with Telebrands and am considering taking action against your business. Someone from your corporate office in New Jersey needs to call me by Friday, July 10, 2020 to address and resolve my complaint. My information is:

I wish to cancel my order #9387631. It's been almost a month and I just got a notice that it's going to take another 30 days to deliver. Please cancel, My health is not to well at this time to be waiting on an order. I'm no longer interested and I wish to cancel. Please do not charge to my card. Telebrands 10711A-Red Copper 10" Fry Pan

After approximately one year of use, the skillet lost it's no-stick qualities.
My real issue is, NO ONE AT TELEBRANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! 30 minute wait periods?

Seems their business plan is to oversell quality, then hide from customers whom have a write to return!

P.S. Telebrandscustomerservice.com just gives you another number that will not get answered.

Telebrands dial vision adjustable lens eyeglasses

After 8 weeks past and just as I was about to give up on the order I received the parcel.
Now that it is in my hand and the instructions have been followed as per the leaflet it does not work as promised. A Small difference is visible but nothing like you suggest it is capable of doing. My official dioptry is +2 & -1 which is within the limits for this product. This product is not what it promised to be, herewith I request a refund on the product as well as my additional postal costs.

Telebrands dial vision adjustable kens eyeglasses

I brought these after seeing your advert on Facebook. The dials will not turn so they cannot be adjusted. My husband and my brother have also tried but the dials are not turning. They are obviously useless as they are because they are cannot be adjusted to suit anyone, neither for close reading nor distance.
I wish to return them for a refund, where do I send them? May I have the address please.

Telebrands brass pocket hose - sku #[protected]

This hose didn't last 6 weeks. I used it maybe 4 times and it was fine. Then when I went to use it again, tiny holes of water were spurting out up and down along the hose. I had taken very good care of this hose, too. I tried to return it to the store where I purchased it, but they said to contact you. I feel I should get a refund on this ($24.99). Telebrands incomplete order only 1 of set of 2

Been here done that 3 times. I don't think you want to fill my order, keep running around. I need the ring band to complete the set u messed up on, only sent the diamond, want the band to match. Origenal order incomplete please send band or I take an add out in my defense. Can't get u on the phone, can't get on email what to do but complain to dept. Lwbcaas.

Telebrands about I was charged was not the agreed amount.

I bought the copcam earlier this evening... I chose the one time payment of $38.99 plus a one time fee of $9.95 shipping and handling. I also got the second cam for $19.99. My debit card was charged $163.75 payment was taken out... This is not the amount that was authorized... Please respond to [protected]@gmail.com asap... This is wrong! I demand a full refund in the amount of $163.75 immediately...

Telebrands the amazing expanding hose brass bullet

I bought this product abou 45 days ago, i have use it three times the second time it had a leak small one the third time I noticed two leaks, continued to use it after about one1/2 hour it had no water coming out a complete failure, water coming from a large leak in a different spot, looks like the interior of hose completely gave out.The black outside appeared to be ok, so all in all three leaks hose is unsuable

Telebrands ped egg power

This has been my first ped egg power that I have purchased and I am totally dissatisfied with it! First off, I was only able to us it twice before it decided to completely stop working! Thinking it may be the batteries, although I put brand new ones in to begin with, I replaced the batteries. Nope. Not the batteries. It's just defective. I did not get it wet or anything of that nature. It just doesn't work after 2 uses! What a crock! I do not have the packaging anymore, but I do have the receipt and am going to see if the store will still take it back as being defective.

Telebrands spin mop

My name is Dionne Davis. [protected]. I have contacted telebrand about my warranty for replacement. I purchased my spin mop through HSN and HSN gave me the warranty information for Telebrand. But Telebrand is constantly denying my warranty telling me it is not their product. Now from my understanding that is what telebrand does. HSN Company would not give out false warranty information on products they sell. I only ask for a replacement for my product. I am filing this complaint with you now and I will continue to file my complaint with all govt agencies in your city and mind. I have also contacted HSN to let them know how your company is doing business and to submit a request to NEVER sell telebrand products on there show again. So here I am reaching out to the Complaints Board to see about getting this resolved. I have submitted proof of the product and proof of purchase from HSN to the dept. they requested I send it to.
