OnlineCityTickets.com Concert Tickets

I looked up the stadium where the concert was being held. Some how was connected to this felonious website. After paying over 300 for each ticket. To Billy Joel/ Sting concert. I DID NOT receive the seat numbers I had paid for. I was sent a vague row number and told I would receive tickets two days before concert. I knew it was a scam. Because Ticketmaster and other reputable businesses send the tickets immediately. I called less than 20 minutes. To tell them to refund my money immediately!They refused. As a result. I am working with my credit card company to dispute charge.These people need to be arrested and their scam business closed!

Concert was to be April 25, 2020. Cancelled 2 times. Sent different Emails. Trying to get Credit for $464.59. I have a different email in 2020. I can't recover as it was deleted off my business account. Said they couldn't refund if it was a different email. Never will get any tickets from them. Lost a lot of money.

OnlineCityTickets.com The nutcracker on 12/3/22

I had tickets I purchased in March of 2020 to Cirque de Soleil for May of 2020. I received an email telling me that the show had been cancelled and that I would receive a credit for the show. In October of this year (2022) I made plans to go see the Nutcracker on December 3, 2022. When I called OnLineTickets to find out how I should handle the credit, I was told that I would receive a letter with the credit amount to apply on line. I did that, but did not receive a credit, and thought it would show up on the receipt. It did not. I called them back immediately and explained what had happened. I was told, "too bad, you bought the tickets. We can not do anything for you". I called the credit card company, who ultimately credited back the $520.34 and left me to pay the $344.72. When I went to get my tickets, I was told "ask your credit card company". I explained that I had paid $865 for the tickets but they would not give me the tickets. (I paid $520.34 in March 2020, then $865.04 on Oct. 2022)

Desired outcome: I would like the $865.06 returned to me.

OnlineCityTickets.com Concert tickets

I purchased Concert tickets from this company for the Pet Shop Boys/ New Order concert for October 2, 2020

the concert was cancelled due to the pandemic and re-scheduled for 2021 then eventually Oct 7, 2022

my order number is #[protected], purchase price is $5972.79

I called multiple times since January 2022 regarding when I would receive the tickets and each time they said to wait till Oct 5, 2022 and if still not received to call them

I called on that day and they claimed they could not contact the seller and that I was guaranteed my tickets

I did not receive the tickets and there has yet to be any confirmation of replacement or refund and basically I am on my own as they don't control the seller

I would like to place a formal complaint and find out what legal proceedings I need to do next

I ordered online Janet Jackson Diamond tour tickets for my daughter Robyn...this tour went from postponed to cancelled..I read that you will receive refund returned to your debit card within 30 days..I tried email/texing to advised them I have a new card. I gave them the last of the old card number..they responded back the order # [protected] is invalid.

I text info over and over with them asking the same info. I gave what they requested..order no..section and row..

I am am exhausted...I am 80 years old on fixed income..I have the print out of the info from the site..what more can I do?..I can't dispute thru my bank bec if too long ago..in other words they keep my $254.79? How can they get away with this..

Desired outcome: to get refund or file a dispute to company to listen.

OnlineCityTickets.com Celine Dion tickets

Purchased tickets ( order [protected] ) from onlinecitytickets on 4/11/2019 for the Celine Dion event scheduled for 3/13/2020 in Pittsburgh. After many postponements, I was notified on 1/16/2022 via email that the event was finally cancelled was assured to expect a refund. It is over 2 months and I am still waiting for the refund. I have inquired many times via email to onlinecitytickets regarding the matter and I just keep getting stonewalled.

OnlineCityTickets.com Unusable Tickets sold they sold me

Stay away from cititickets.com!
Cititickets.com sold me tickets to a sporting event on a day in which I wanted to attend. The event was canceled due to covid and rescheduled for another day.
Cititickets said I can attend the event when it's rescheduled, but I can"t go on that date!
Therefore they sold me tickets under false pretense, that is the tickets they sold won't allow me to attend for the day on the tickets.
They will not refund.
With covid causing cancellations, you could fall into this trap too. Be aware... They don't care about you, they don't care about doing the right thing, don't care about your event or how they cheat you.

OnlineCityTickets.com Pittsburgh Pens hockey tickets

Bought 2 hockey tickets as a Christmas present for my son who is visiting for a week from Calf. Paid $101.01 service fee PLUS price of tickets = $415.01 total for two upper level tickets.
Game was postponed by the NHL due to covid. He will not be in Pittsburgh for the rescheduled date later this winter. Trying to reach Online city tickets to recieve a refund. No phone number is available. They have not replied to my written request. Original game date was tonight. No one will be able to use rescheduled tickets. Please help.

OnlineCityTickets.com Never received the tickets I purchased

Purchased REO Speedwagon tickets through this website. The concert was posponed twice due to Covid. They would not refund the money unless the concert was cancelled. When the concert finally got here, the tickets were never sent to me. I called customer service and they said they would investigate and get back to me which they never did. I have contacted them 4 times to get a refund and they put me through the same routine every time. Going to investigate and let me know in 3 - 5 days. Not once have I gotten a response from them. I'm resigned to the fact I am out my money. It is time this company goes out of business. If you are reading this, please use another ticket company. Using this one is going to be nothing but trouble for you?

Desired outcome: Put this company out of business.

OnlineCityTickets.com Dan and Shay Tickets and Parking

This concert has been canceled and Dan and Shay publicly stated that due to the inconvenience, all customers will be receiving refunds. I have called Online City Tickets repeatedly to get this issue resolved and it is impossible to get a LIVE person who can do this. They transfer you all around to automated service and disconnect without any resolution

I had purchased 9 tickets back in July and was told that I would receive them Setpember 7, 2021 and have not received them. Called several phone #s and no response no answer from no one. This is so disappointing since I did not think this would happen. We are planning a family trip to Houston for a game and dont know if its going to happen. Need this resolved asap.

OnlineCityTickets.com Rescheduled James Taylor tickets. requesting a refund for 5 tickets

James Taylor concert rescheduled twice due to the pandemic. Delta Covid variant is now surging and my concert is rescheduled for August 25, 2021. I have made more than a dozen calls to the 800 number and can't get through. When I finally reached a representative last week, he told me Online tickets will not refund tickets and hung up on me. I have filed a report with the BBB, # [protected]. I have 5 tickets I want a refund for. My friends and I are all 64-65 yrs old and don't want to be at the concert with thousands of screaming fans without masks. One person has cancer, one has Diabetes. Your rules may apply under normal circumstances but these circumstances are NOT normal. A pandemic is still raging. Please refund my money. Carol Donner cd.[protected]@comcast.net

I purchased 3 Lindsey Stirling concert tickets and the event was changed to a different date. My friends and I are from Wisconsin and can't make the new date. I've contacted cityticketsonline.org and they said my information was wrong regarding the order number. I had the confirmation order number printed out and right in front of me, so I know it was right. These tickets were also guaranteed 100% sellable by cityticketsonline.org The tickets were purchased February 16, 2021 for the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison CO.

OnlineCityTickets.com Refund tickets

4 tickets were purchased for the Joe Bonamassa Concert in Spokane Washington for (March 20th 2020) for a total of $707.87. The concert was cancelled due to Coronavirus AND NOT rescheduled. Online City Tickets will not credit our Citi-Bank. We would not be disputing this issue if Joe Bonamassa had rescheduled his concert. This is poor customer service and we will be filing a dispute with our Washington Attorney General if we cannot come to a resolution.

OnlineCityTickets.com No refund.

Ordered tickets in May 2020 for a December 2020 event. Was told repeatedly they have a 100% Buyers Guarantee. The event was cancelled and now they say they will only issue a credit. Since this is a 3rd party agency I checked with the venue about the original tickets. If the original buyer wants to get a credit he can. So if they original seller can get a refund for the ticket why can't I?

OnlineCityTickets.com Won't give promised refund

I purchased tickets and paid for them. The event was cancelled and their policy and several emails from them said they would refund for cancellations. Once it was cancelled they said they would give a credit with an expiration date that is unspecified. I contacted them repeatedly and got the same response over and over, i.e. some of their ticket providers may not have received refunds so they aren't either. I filed a BBB complaint and they just said the same thing.

Never in my life have I had the displeasure of doing business with a worse company. I bought tickets to a journey concert on 12/26/2019 which was later cancelled due to covid-19 mitigation protocols. Online city tickets reneged on their contractual promise to refund ticket purchases for event cancellations and later changed to an "all sales are final" policy well after the fact and stated that they will only offer "compensation" for cancelled events. I had originally attempted to obtain a refund from online city tickets (oct) anticipating cancellation of the event due to covid-19 but was told that they could not do so until the event was officially cancelled. I believe, as do many others, that the changes this organization implemented after the fact were underhanded and self-serving with absolutely zero regard for their clientele. Also, from what I understand, the original ticket holder was not only compensated by oct but was also refunded the price of the tickets by the original seller. Why is oct not asking for a refund from the original seller? Why did oct not have insurance? Any attempts to contact the company go unanswered which highlights this companies complete lack of corporate moral values. I can only hope that oct shows true character by doing the right thing and refunding their clients. They might just salvage what little remains of their reputation. Please, save yourself the headaches and think long and hard before doing business with this organization.
