OmegaFlightStore not answering my calls??? need refund of my ticket

Hi I've been calling omega for the last 3 days as I was supposed to travel today! 26.09.18 I had a death in the family so can't travel! I've also been to the birmingham branch that was also closed! I need answers please this is not good! I want someone to contact me and explain! I have tried calling all the omega phone numbers?

Hi I have been trying to call omega flight store London branch burning Manchester only for call failure to show. I’m travelling next month and again this year they have changed a letter on my daughters surname but can’t get hold of anyone! Has anyone had similar problems or knows how to get in contact with them I have emailed and am waiting till tomorrow 48hours from when I sent them a email?

OmegaFlightStore flights change

Hi,
we booked flights to Florida next January with OmegaFlightstore via your website a few weeks ago. They have since advised on August Bank Holiday, of a significant change, i.e. bringing us home one day early and asking us to contact them immediately. The Company is however non contactable, they neither answer their phones or reply to emails. We don't know therefore if we have any options other than to accept, or whether there will be more changes to come, or whether in fact we'll get tickets from them. We wanted to see if we could come back a day later instead, as there are flights.

Why is this Company allowed to trade, they must be breaking every law in the book and why do Skyscanner point customers on their site to such villains.

OmegaFlightStore lack of service regarding cancelled flights

Hi I have tried to contact Omega Store regarding the cancellation of my flights on Friday 2nd of March and Sunday 4th March.

I have rang to no avail! I have emailed again no response!

My Booking Reference is OQ83FE40

My friend was booked on the same flight and she has received a full refund.

I feel very let down at the service I have received from your company. They told me to contact KLM, whereas KLM said it is the responsibility of the booking agent to contact them to have my refund issued.

I feel at this stage after chasing after your company that it has provided me with a very unfair service, infact lack of service at all.

I require a full refund. And look forward to hearing from you that this matter has been resolved.

OmegaFlightStore return flights wrong date

Hi I am writing to ask if anything can be done to change my return date...
I booked online with yourselves from Glasgow to Perth Australia... The dates I am going is 24th October 2018 and returning 21st of Nov 2018... when I got my conformation email to my horror I saw that the return date was 31st of October 2018... I then emailed your customers service stating that that was the wrong return date but never got a reply... Then phoned your customers service people.. I eventually got through to one which was very unhelpful and didn't have a nice attitude but him.. his name was Ivan... explained my problem and he told me I would have to pay for changes... He then came back with a ridiculous amount of £250 pet person just to alter my return date... I don't know if I had made a mistake on my dates but as I only paid £633 pet ticket I find this unbelievable myself and my sister are both pensioners and have saved for many years to pay for this holiday to see my brother and I am pleading to you that if there is anyway that this can be rectified I would be forever grateful...

OmegaFlightStore this company is a sham

If you book a trip online through Omega Flight Store and do not have to deal with their ill-equipped representatives, then you should be fine, as their prices are the only attractive thing about the company. I booked through Omega Flight Center because of their low prices, however, dealing with their representatives after a death in the family required me to change the ticket was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company.

I am utterly appalled at not only Omega Flight Store’s lack of understanding but also their sub-par policies. I had to cancel my trip and receive a credit due to a death in the family and after much debate with Omega Flight Store I am told that the credit that I have would only cover a fraction of the ticket of similar cost because they state that online prices are only for 'new bookings'.

I did not received any explanation of Omega's re-booking policy until I was ready to book a ticket although I had been in contact with Omega flight Store for the past 13 months. It is not until the last minute before my credit expires, that I get a very obscure explanation of Omega policy, which is seemingly manipulated to suit the benefit of Omega rather than the client.

I was appalled to find out that my credit of 306 GBP is only good for a fraction of stated credit, and on a ticket that is stated as 365 GBP through Omega’s website, I am required to pay 169 GBP with a 30 GBP administration fee. If I have a 306 GBP credit, and I want to book a 365 GBP ticket, the price that I pay should be 59 GBP. Instead, it was more than three times that amount, at 200 GBP

Not to mention, before I was finally able to pursue re-booking a ticket, I had to go back and forth emailing an Omega travel agent (called Travel16) for weeks, as they were telling me that unless I travel before August 6th my credit will expire, even though August 6th was not the travel-by date but the book-by date. After many emails back and forth to Travel16 trying to get them to understand West Jet’s policy I finally had to get West Jet customer service involved where they scolded Travel16 and told them to stop wasting our time and book the ticket after all.

Travel16 finally books the ticket for the correct date but to the wrong location, although I have told them plenty of times the exact location I would like to travel to.

After countless headaches in dealing with Omega Flight Store’s lack of understanding and many careless mistakes, I had just about all the frustration I could take so I gave up and paid the excess

OmegaFlightStore flight to australia

PNR-MWF9CB full refund ticket no [protected] for dates 27 jul-29aug. a full refund of £849-67 was to be refunded back into credit card ticket was used to pay for. this was to take up tp 12 weeks we are now into 14 weeks and no refund did ring and was told it would go in within a week but has not . i have tried ringing numbers supplied but cannot get through please resolve this issue or i will revert to legal action to recover money this is not acceptable . thank you

OmegaFlightStore Customer service is the worst in the world

They don't speak good English and end the calls on your face if they are not happy. I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone twice and from the third time the telephony system cancelled my calls without letting me speak to an agent at all. I think it should be illegal to operate a call center like that. Do not buy tickets form this travel agent, it is absurd.
