Old Navy It being able to use my super cash

On dec 8 at 8 am I recently tried to purchase items on line, the total of the order was 89$ and it did not allow me to use my super cash which was 30$ off. I called customer service and was told I received the 30% discount on the order and could only use super cash on full price items. Online there are no full price items everything was discounted. This does not seem right. Therefore at this time I will not be making a purchase

Old Navy Graphic t-shirts

Old Navy produces Screen Printed graphic t-shirts and other apparel, it's literally the only reason I purchase anything from Old Navy, but lately I've been getting nothing but vinyl iron on garbage. There's no mention in the description, no way to review so other's won't buy this trash, and customer service doesn't care that you're scamming customers. Screen printed shirts last YEARS I have several shirts that I still wear to this day purchased from Old Navy that were screen printed, but the shirts I've purchased recently with iron on vinyls last a year(at best) if treated with the absolute utmost care, there needs to be some mention in the description whether it's in product details or materials & care about screen printed or vinyl iron on because if I'd noticed it was a vinyl I never would have purchased any of them.w

Old Navy old navy credit card

I normally don't get credit cards for retail stores; however, I had just started a new job and pretty much needed a new wardrobe so i got one. All the time I've made payments, I've never had a problem but this last time, instead of taking the amount that I MANUALLY put in, they paid the entire balance off, leaving me checking account negative almost $700. I called customer service and was told they'd be able to refund the money back into my account and add the balance back to the credit card. I then called to ask about the status of the refund, come to find out that they cannot do the refund. Sad part is that's not the worst part. So technically the card is 100% paid in full yet I received a statement in the mail that I still have a balance... I would never recommend applying for a retail store credit card, especially old navy. Customer service will tell you 100 different things, with no resolution.

Old Navy Injury sustained at a Store - Old Navy Corporate Does Nothing

Parents Beware! This old navy (wilmington, de) had a kid's picnic bench covered with coloring paper and crayons concelaing a HUGE circular hole in the center of it. My toddler climbed on the picnic bench and fell through this hole sustaining injuries to his side and a bruised rib. The workers at this old navy could care less about the incident and alluded to the fact that it was our fault he fell b/c he should not have been climning on a kid's table. See pics. We talked to Old navy customer relations and they had the audacity to offer a $30 gift card for our issue. We will be escalating this issue to court.

Desired outcome: At least a $500 gift card to old navy or a cash payment.

Old Navy Customer service and product refunds due to being stolen

On 8/12/2023 I had a package delivered that was stolen by an unknown person. The package was delivered at 3:14pm and stolen at 3:22pm. When I got home from work around 6pm I checked my email and saw it was delivered and immediately went looking for the package. Once I couldn’t find it I checked my camera and saw a man coming on my porch with something on his head taking the package. I immediately contacted the police and old navy. I submitted all images to the police department and someone from old navy said I would be contacted within 24-48 hours from someone from the fraud department. On Monday 8/14/24 I contacted old navy again after not hearing nothing from the fraud department. Again I was informed someone should be contacting me shortly. Now Thursday 8/1724 and I again contacted old navy and had the worst experience ever. The customer representative disconnected the call sending me to a survey. I wanted was to speak to someone from the fraud department or a manager and he kept saying someone going contact you then disconnected the call. All I want is my 5 grey uniform pants and 3 burgundy uniform shirts that was stolen from me. I contacted the police submitted all evidence and images to the police I still have them if old navy needed what else do yall want me to do. I’m beyond pissed because I was violated and did everything old navy requested and still given the run around about the replacement of my 5 uniform pants and 3 uniform shirts. After I get this resolved old navy/gap don’t have to worry about me and my 2 pennies.

Desired outcome: Replace my 5 grey pants and 3 burgundy shirts or refund me my 194 dollars and stop using lasership for deliveries because I think they may had something to do with the theft of my packages.

Old Navy Took my money

I placed an order for a tee shirt. I order four colors making it four tee shirts all the same shirt. I paid through pay pal. I got an email the 80. — had been deducted. All the shirts were different and different prices. But the total was way too high. I wasn’t happy so I called immediately and canceled the order. It was canceled. The next day my bank account showed a debt anyway, I call and they called mea liar. I said I’m looking at it. I then called pay pal. And a lady named Pam said. They did not cancel it with pay pal. So she called I go India and no one would do a thing about it, I asked to speak to someone in the USA I finally did and was told it may take 30 days. But it should drop off. They had no right to take my money.

Desired outcome: Refund of my money for transaction number 96y278873T5413328 pay pal-taken unlawfully. Also restitution for an hour on the phone and theft of money

Old Navy Dye in new pajamas ruined new sheets

Good morning,

I purchased pajamas from Old Navy. After washing them per your instructions, they stained my new set of sheets. I spot treated the new sheets and carefully tried to remove the stains through thorough laundering, to no avail.

I frequently shop at Old Navy and would like to continue to do so. I have included photos of my grey sheets with red stains. I have included pricing information and details about the sheets below.

Would you please provide compensation for my sheet set? I will have to replace this. The price was $59.99. Here is a link:

On June 4, I made a clothing purchase the Everett, WA Old Navy store. I redeemed the Loyalist rewards I had, which brought the total down to a very reasonable amount. Old Navy Appling for a credit card

Store rep asked if I wanted to apply for credit card, I said yes. she put all info in and asked for social security number. then machine said she needs to call in. she called the credit place and I spoke with a lady on the phone. when I GOT HOME , I received an e mail stating I didn't get credit card. The Email had my middle name , Ann Martinez. My first name is Guadalupe. I am thinking that is why I didn't get a card.

I want to know why I didn't get a credit card? My credit is great and I have other credit cards and no problems getting them.

Old Navy Return policy

I found out today that Old Navy recently “cracked down” (as the cashier put it) on their return/exchange policy after I simply attempted to exchange some maternity pants I ordered online for a larger size. The store does not carry the items I needed, which were work attire, so I had to order them online. I received my order a week after I ordered it in two separate deliveries on different days. I was informed that the return window actually starts the day the items are ordered, not the day you receive them, therefore the return window is actually technically less than 30 days if you put it that way. I went I to a store, called and chatted online with customer service and there was no other solution than to keep the clothes that don’t even fit. Almost $100 worth of clothes that I wasn’t even allowed to exchange for a different size. Old Navy claims to care about their customers but this seems excessively strict and inflexible. I truly do not want to shop here again.

Old Navy Online customer service and exclusions for sales which are misleading

Date: 5/21/23 Time: 12:30 pm

In an attempt to order only 4 t-shirts online, not on the app, I spoke with 3 individuals for customer service regarding the fact that although there was a 40% off sale or 50% off with the use of their credit card, which I have, the sale prices didn't add up to the advertised sales. The first call was to the credit card company [protected]) which was pointless. This rep had no idea what he was doing and put me on hold 4 times only to tell me that I needed to call customer service. I could barely understand what he was saying due to the heavy accent. Upon calling customer service [protected]), I spoke with another individual who spoke very fast with a heavy accent. I asked him to please slow down and repeat what he said. He also kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain the problem. Then he hung up on me. I did stay on the line and gave him a poor review. I called back only to get another customer service person who, once again, spoke very fast with a heavy accent. She was also very rude after I explained that she was the 3rd person I was speaking with, and would she please slow down so I could understand her better. She just went silent as if she was aggravated with the request. I have no problem with speaking to reps who are not in this country, however, I've not experienced such rudeness. I terminated the conversation as she didn't even try to slow down her speech. Although I like the product I was ordering, it wasn't worth being treated as described, nor do I appreciate the company's advertising methods which are very misleading. I won't be purchasing anything from this company ever again, and I will also be shredding the credit card, which won't be used again. This is the 2nd time I've ordered online from them, and the first time was also a major hassle due to the fact that they give you just 30 minutes before deleting the items in your cart. I order products online all of the time, and I've never, ever experienced such poor customer service and the lack of transparency with sales being offered.

Desired outcome: This company must improve their online advertisements and improve customer service by hiring employees who are trainable and who understand what customer service means.

Old Navy Return policy

Why can you not return an item that is past the 30 day mark for store credit? I’m my case something from Old Navy was sent to me and it did not fit, I had to wait to get a receipt from my mother who live out of state. I shop at my local Old Navy all the time and just wanted store credit, I knew it was past the 30 days. The manager in Prosper, Tx was very rude about it and said there was absolutely nothing that could be done. I literally just wanted store credit to go get the correct size. I wasn’t asking for cash back or the money back on the card it was purchased with. I was asking for arrow credit!

Desired outcome: To get store credit to turn around and spend at Old Navy!

Old Navy Rewards points stolen but navy rewards team unable to trace issue

on 10/8/2022, I received and Old Navy FYI alert email that something has changed on my account. The email showed I had $71 in rewards. Since I hadn't changed anything in my account, I logged into my account and noticed my points were gone. I called Old Navy and they said I never had any points and could not see any activity. I opened case # [protected], with Old Navy, called multiple times. I've tried to prove I had the points by sending them the email but they would not take the information. I talked to Elizabeth on 11/3 and she told me I'm the second person to call with the same issue. She said I needed to wait 60 days. On 11/23, I got an email that a phone # xxx-xxx-3962 was merged to my account. I don't know that ph# so I called again and they could not give me any information since I couldn't give them the email or full phone# from the 3962 that I don't recognize. I have also called Barclay (case # RI0098632), they closed the case because they had no information. Now, it March, called Old Navy to get an update and my case was closed. I re-opened a new case # [protected]. Leslie said it would take 3 months.

How to I get my rewards points back? I'm bounced from person to person with no answers.

They need better security controls on customer rewards and better tools to investigate fraud.

This is ricidulous and I really don't want to shop at Old Navy anymore. Sad, because I do like their stores.
