Novo Disgusting behavior

Novo cucine have just gone into liquidation! (Nov 2015) please do not use this company! They are a bunch of crooks! I feel so sorry for all those people who have just handed over their hard earned money and are now left without a kitchen esp before xmas! Disgusting behavior!... We at least have just over half ours fitted and can probably just get the rest done using our "hand man builder" i'm quite sure novo (Formally kitchens italia) will rise once again under a different name!.. If this is the case... Beware, watch out for the manager don also matt, pat and eric!.. Cowboys! Do you research before you even consider parting with your money with these guys under a different company name! This is an honest customers reviews and not an ex-employees review!

Novo Liars, rude, poor workmanship, poor materials

This company did everything they could to ensure a sale (kitchen installation) and within six weeks the appliances they sold me stopped working. When I asked them to replace them, they refused, then shouted at me because I warned them I would pursue my claim using the Sale of Goods Act. They made numerous false promises in order to delay my claim and did not reply when I wrote to their managing director. Please avoid these people and save yourself a headache!

DO YOURSELF THE BIGGEST FAVOUR YOU HAVE EVER DONE YOURSELF IN YOUR LIFE AND DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!
Don't be fooled how "Professional" they may seem, how much the Boss and Head Sales Man (Don) puts himself out for you, it is all a just a big con. I have been without a kitchen for 8 months now, they ripped out my old kitchen and tried to fob me off with work tops I didn't choose, then after 6 months agreed to changed them to the one I chose, then they couldn't contact the fitters they claimed, I phoned the fitters directly and they said they hadn't been paid, the fitters came and fitted half a kitchen as a favour so at least i had a sink and washing machine to clean my clothes with (Thanks Adrian & George) and now I am going to have pay someone else to finish it off. The tap doesn't work and wasn't the one I ordered, the Hood has a dent in one of the cupboards is damaged, and remember That is with ONLY half a Kitchen fitted.
