I was charged a fee of $69.47 for 'Norton Annual Renewal" It has an Ontario phone number 877-294-5265 to call on my credit card receipt but I have no access to it. I have not received the Norton program via e-mail or in the mail and it is due to be updated!...

In 2007 I was billed for a renewal of Norton Antivirus, which I did not authorize. I emailed the company with a request for a refund. That never happened. Now on 7/17/2008, my checking account is billed again for an annual renewal which I did not authorize....

On my Visa bill charges in March and April, a charge for $64.86 for Norton Annual Renewal dated 3-23 appeared. I am not using Norton currently and I did not authorize this charge.
