Purchased Norton 360 for $59.95. Indicates I have 4 items that need to be fixed, will not let me fix them!! So I try support, allowed online access to my laptop to 4 different reps over the course of 5 hours, they assured me all was well, rebooted my computer and could not reconnect to them....

I was into twenty somewhat days till expiration of my subscription so I signed to renew and when i received my bill it showed two charges $59.99 and a $62.69 i don't know what this is. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company....

Norton renewed my subscription with out my approval. I no longer use Norton 360. I want the renewal charges to be credited back to my account as quick as norton renewed my subscription with out my consent.

Renewed Security on-Line and the security never took hold but the credit card was charged. I would like to get the charge taken off our credit card....

A charge of $70.09 was charged to my credit card for a Norton annual renewal. I no longer have Norton on my computer.
How can you people go ahead without authorization to charge to my credit card without my approval.

I bought norton 360 and downloaded it from the internet and did not recieve a copy of a disc, but instead recieved a hick of a lot of problems. Like my disc drive for my cd tray kept opening and shutting constantly for hours until I had to shut it down. Finally I figure how to stop it, but now...
