I tried to download Norton 360 several times - followed advice given from several e-mails, still couldn't download. i asked for a refund from credit card - several e-mails sent - no replies....

I received a renewal warning from symantec for my Norton 360 account on the 18th Sept. I replied on the 19th telling them NOT to renew as the lap top it was installed in had been stolen.
Despite that instruction I have today received notification that it has been renewed!...

My laptop kept turning off for no reason... I would go through restart checks and after the fifth time norton sent message to complete scans. I was then advised of 2 error messages and advised to start a chat with a technician. He advised me that if we were disconnected to go to www.norton.com/connectme...

A charge of $70.09 was charged to my credit card for a Norton annual renewal. I no longer have Norton on my computer.
How can you people go ahead without authorization to charge to my credit card without my approval.
