Nissan had to buy new tires

So, I purchase a new 2023 Nissan rogue in oct of 2023 had 128 miles on it . Regular oil changes and tire rotation at all oil changes. Take in for oil change to a dealership am told i have one tire that is basically bald (also illegal to be driven on) and one tire right behind it. I cannot even believe what i am hearing so i ask them to double check and yup my tire is bald. Contact Nissan consumer affairs and am told oh well we don't make the tires. I have own Nissans most of my life and I cannot see me every buying another one. Company does not back up their product. As i was looking for a place to write a review most people seem they feel the same way. so disappointed in this purchase and would warn everyone to be very careful maybe work in different tires to your purchase.

Nissan Disappointing Customer Experience

I recently had a frustrating experience with Nissan Europe's customer care. After being given the runaround regarding a repair estimate, I was ultimately told they couldn't proceed with the repair. This lack of transparency and wasted time has left me feeling let down. I've lodged a complaint and will be seeking assistance elsewhere for my car repairs. This experience has unfortunately soured my view of Nissan, and I'll be looking elsewhere for my future vehicle needs.

Nissan Disappointing Experience - Beware of Scams!

I had a terrible experience with Cheify. I ordered some summer shoes, got charged immediately, but never received my order. Despite numerous emails, there was no response. I feel cheated and disappointed. Be cautious when dealing with this company to avoid being scammed like I was.

Nissan Broken Cars

I bought two cars already in less than 6 months and my experience with the Nissan Melrose Arch dealership was horrible.

I first bought a Mini Cooper, drove it for like a week then it started heating on the engine. Took the car back to the dealership and they kept quiet the whole week without communicating with me, I then decided to go visit them only to find out that they were going to strip the car so it could be fixed. I refused and decided to cancel the contract but sadly I was forced to exchange the car and get a different one.

They gave me a Ford Fiesta and guess what? I drove it again for like a week then parked it at home also like a week as I was on vacation. On January the 1st when I came back, I took my car to the Garage to pour petrol, put water in it, pump the tyres and check the oil.

On January the 2nd in the morning on my way to work, I got stuck for more than 5 times and at that time had to switch it on and off so I could get to the office. Unfortunately, 6 min away from the office the car decided to not move anymore, I had to call my insurance to tow it back to the dealership and the response I got was that my car didn't have water.

This means they sold me a car that was leaking on the water pump and I couldn't see it... every time I poured water it would go somewhere around the engine not even outside but inside.

Right now I don't even have a car with me but I'm expected to pay for it at the end of the day. I feel so helpless and that the bank has also failed me to cancel the contract or change the dealership.

Nissan Bad service

I took my car in for an oil change my car was running fine no problems prior to taking my car here. I picked up my car as soon as I drove off a light on the dash went on, I called them to notify them, they said that the technician had left to bring it in 2 days after my service due to them not being open until then. took my car back in all they said was they don't know what happen and that they can just reset so the warning light doesn't show. I spoke to a manger his response was that maybe when I did an alignment that was done 3 months prior had caused the issue to my car. My car hasn't been running the same and I have had multiple problems with my car after the service date of the oil change. I will not be returning. Very bad experience.

Nissan My 2018 Nissan Rogue

There is separation between rear bumper and panels. Even some separation in front of car around the hood, the hatchback door has dropped. I have looked it up and others had same problem, but they noticed their problem a year after they bought their 2018 Rogue sv. My problem is why they didn't warn of any problems they were having with the body of the car. Now my warranty has expired and I'm having trouble, I only have 12,000 miles and don't drive out of town. I took my car to get it looked at 2/13/2024. They said someone could have leaned against back of car and caused the dropping. I'm a 76 year old woman and not that dumb. They couldn't help me because others hadn't complained. I showed them the information about another having same problem with same year and model. This is the third Rogue I have bought in the passed and have enjoyed them. This is the first one that I started having trouble with.

Nissan 2022 Nissan Frontier SV

Hello I purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier SV at County Line Nissan in Torrington CT, in October of 2023. The VIN# is 1N6ED1EKXNN654943, The truck only had 10400 miles when purchased, and was in great condition. Only some minor scuffs on the paint, I recently noticed bad pitting on the lower corners of the rear doors as well as the corners of the bed behind the door, I have not seen anything like this on any vehicle I have owned in the past, At the rate of damage that is occuring the paint will be completely worn through by this coming summer, I dont understand this design flaw and would like to get this repaired before any more damage occurs. From what I've been reading this is a common issue with this truck, I dont feel that it should cost me thousands of dollars to repair paint on a truck barely two years old and still under warranty.

Desired outcome: I would like to get the damaged paint repaired and some kind of fix so this does not happen again.

Nissan REQUEST TO CHANGE NISSAN ALMERA AIR COMPRESSOR-REFERENCE: 021023_VHB2225_N17_Unresolved issue (AC Compressor)

I refer to our email dated 2nd October 2023 sent to customer service department of Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Service Sdn Bhd (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) in relation to our request to change air compressor of our car Nissan Almera 1.5VL AT as there was very obvious air compressor noise since we bought the car in Dec 2021. We were disappointed to receive an email dated 9th October 2023 from customer service of Nissan Malaysia stated that our request has been rejected due to the noise of the Air condition system is within the specification and the said part is still in good functioning condition.

We attached herewith our letter of explanation and a video on the sound of air compressor for your kind attention and we seek further clarification and action from Nissan Japan to resolve our issues and complaints.

Nissan Payment not received.

My bank sent you a check in the amount of $14,000.00 to be received 11/07/2023 and they have confirmed delivery. As of today 11/10/2023, no one can acknowledge receipt of the check and no one seems to know who I can speak with to establish receipt and get the payment applied to my balance. I am displeased with the service I am receiving and I will not be purchasing another Nissan.

Desired outcome: just talk with someone who can tell me what is going on because all I can do now is stop payment on the check sent and wait for your finance company to fix what ever problems you have encountered.

Nissan 2022 Nissan Pathfinder

I own a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. My front collision light went on randomly while driving down the highway. The cost to fix the bracket, which they say I bent and the radar which they say is smashed. When asked how I could have done this damage, they say they see it all the time and it's caused by parking blocks. I didn't hit a parking block personally but what a poor design for a 4wd car. There is a plastic lip underneath the front car that sits the same height as a parking block and evidentially when people back up after hitting the parking block it damages the bracket and sensor. Like I said, I didn't hit a block, more pathetically I drove it up a dirt forest service road and this must be where it was damaged. Sadly I was behind a Prius going up this road. A car marketed as a 4wd should not be designed to suffer damages this easily.

Desired outcome: Nissan needs to redesign the front of this car, I've never heard of an SUV that can't clear a parking blockOf course I would also love for them to fix my car.

Nissan NP300 double cab 4X4 2014

I've bought a second hand NP300 bakkie at WestVaal around August. The salesman told me that the bakkie was in perfect condition but all that was just a lie. Nissan Brakes

Brake malfunction.

Bought Nissa Rogue 2017 from Carvana on 8/14. A month and 5 days later. I had a brake malfunction.

On 9/19 @8:30am. I was parking my car 14110 Dallas Pkwy Dallas TX 75254.

I stepped on the brake and the car kept moving causing the crashed. I tried maneuver the car so I won’t hit another car. Car keep moving and drove into a chase building.

Desired outcome: Refund for the damages to the property, car wages and medical bills.

Nissan 2017 nissan altima transmission

I was led to believe that I would qualify for assistance on my 2017 Nissan Altima. (GoodWill Assistance Program) It’s been a known issue that this car was installed with a bad transmission. I was told I could get help because my warranty expired (84,000)and I’m just a little outside of it. (85,660)Only to get denied because of my service history not being with Nissan. They advised me that theres no requirement to only get my car serviced by Nissan. I could’ve went anywhere. However, because it didn’t get serviced at Nissan I don’t meet the criteria and they won’t help me. Doesn’t even make sense. A car I bought at a Ford dealership and had serviced at other places. Car is extremely healthy outside of this bad transmission they know is terrible. This was the worse decision I’ve ever made purchasing from this company. Just predatory unethical and negligent.

Nissan Nissan rogue 2013, 149,000km and the transmission went and other things

I bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue with 14,00km on it and at 149,000km the Air conditioner pump and compressor went. The oil pan and transmission pan needed replacing and the transmission is slipping like crazy in first gear and needs to be rebuilt.

This is a company that builds their vehicles only to last until the warranty. I have owned fords, Rams, Kia's and GMC's in this family. and not a single one had any major issues before 300,000km.

Highly recommend staying away from this company if you value your money long term.

Desired outcome: Nothing, Corporations are out there to rip us off.

Nissan Timing chain failure

I bought a 2007 nissan xterra 2 years ago within 6 months of owning the car the timing chain started to go out. Paid $1800 to have it replaced. Less that year and half later and not even 15,000 miles put on the part it went out while driving on the interstate and destroyed my engine. Now I'm told another $5000 to replace engine and timing chain.. really need to do better for people last nissan I will ever own and heading to the junk yard as soon as it's paid off.

Desired outcome: You should have a replace the motor and timing chain due to faulty parts that you are sending out.

Nissan NMAC loan terms

Tired of being lied to. I was given a residual value on the car through the lease, when I was attempting to return the car and end the lease I was given several different valuations as to what the car was worth despite only putting 6500 miles on in 16 months I was told the car wasn't even worth 18K. Interesting that a fully loaded $45k Leaf was suddenly worth less than 20 grand despite my having to pay a premium when I signed the lease, and didn't even receive the car for two weeks after my first payment. Shady business. Will never trust a Nissan dealership or product ever again. So despite trading a car worth $9k and making all my payments on time and barely driving the car, I received no equity upon the lease end. Absolute snakes who should be ashamed at the way they prey upon humanity to appease the unending greed of their shareholders.

Nissan Price on vehicle

I purchased a 2022 Nissan frontier from your dealership. Was told in the paper the price was 29,770. When the purchased the car it was $5,000 more the paper said. After some time the sales man said that because we paid 8.9% that we had to pay $5,000 more. Shame on your company for lieing in the first place. Yes I signed the papers but the amount was not on the papers. You can bet I will tell everyone I meet what the scam is. If you wish to discuss this my number is [protected]. Judy Caruthers

Nissan Misleading information on sales agreement

On my sales agreement dated 15 Mar 2018 for a 2016 Nissan Juke

under the price of $22995.00 was added Windshield Insurance in the amount of $897.00 for a total Sale Price of $23892.00.

Then under Terms of Settlement was added Extended Warranty for $3075.00 a

Protection Package $1342.00: plus Taxes etc for a total of $30450.38.

I did receive and sign a separate form for the $3075.00 extended warranty which clearly stated it was only valid for 60 months, so of course this has expired.

However today I went to the Whitehorse Dealership in the Yukon where I purchased the vehicle to request that my windshield get replaced because of a crack which is starting to impede my vision only to be told that the insurance I had paid for was now invalid! Nowhere was it declared on my sale agreement that there was a time limit for the windshield insurance price I had paid.

Desired outcome: A new windshield or my money back
