I bought a new nissan qashqai in June 2013, I choose nissan cars as I think it is valuable and reliable car,

Nissan - bad part - no recall

automatic door lock issue.. many complaints on the net regarding this sub standard part but nissan will not do a full recall. the driver door lock will not open at all. it has to do with power door actuater or linkage/wire comes apart. very expensive to repair. this is a known issue but Nissan turns a blind eye to it.

this is a major safety, image you need to escape/exit your car in a hurry and the door will not open. seconds count in an emergency. this needs to be address or a class action lawsuit needs to happen....

I took my car in on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013 for an oil change. 2 weeks prior too that I had heard a ticking noise coming from when I turned my heat or a/c on. Well however my car is still covered under warranty, the Service Manager Ron stated that in order for them to look at it, they would have to charge me $109 for a diagnostic just to see what was wrong with it. I politely told him that was a rip off and why u would have to charge me for something that should be covered under warranty. so needless to say after I said ok, I sat there for 1hr and 45 mins and the Service Manager came to the waiting...

We bought our new 2013 Nissan Sentra only 2.5 months ago. When we were choosing a vehicle the most important thing for us was safety rating of the vehicle. Purchased a 2013 Pathfinder on 3 August 2013. First problem: noticed the bumper was not seated properly. Sent the car to service after a week of driving it in service for a week. Second problem had window tinted realized the back window had deep scratches as to where if a rock hit it at the right angle the window would shatter. vehicle in service again another week. Nissan - Almera Computer Box problem

I bought Nissan Almera E (AT) on 4th June 2013 at Kuantan branch. The plate number is WYL 4724. For 2 days I had used the car with a mileage of 118 km. I had found that the head lamp continously on (cannot be turn off), no light signal (in speedometer panel), no aircond compressor turned on (only blower), and unfortunately sometimes the car cannot be ignite (start). I had sent the car to Kuantan service centre and once they troubleshooted, they found that the computer box had problem. A report need to be sent by them to your HQ in KL. It needs 3 days for you all to reply.

I have been using Nissan Latio for 6 years, the car performs very well overall but each time I send my car for maintenance services, I always need to block my calendar again to re-visit AT LEAST one time back to the workshop - Nissan Workshops' services is SO BAD! Guess what, I have tried all six workshop I can reach in the town. Because of Nissan Workshop Services, I swear to sell my car next year and I will never want to buy Nissan car in future.

I purchased a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder and within the year I discovered the radiator fluid was leaking into the transmission and Nissan is fully aware of the problems with similar vehicles and they are not covering this defect beyond the standard warranty. We called Consumer Affairs at Nissan. In August 2010 They Contracted to sell a new "2010 manufactured" 370Z and registered it as such with government. 1, 5 years later it was proven made in 2009
and proven that the dealer knew it was a Euro4 car ... but claims ignorance.

2months from new it broke 800 miles from home. "Warranty part" wrote the dealer.
After 6 months Nissan denied the claim, blaming me. Same part then broke again.
On Jan 6 2012 the steering lock immobilized the car. Same Nissan warranty intransigence on a part they apparently modified several times.

Nissan is running an advertisement on TV in which they honk a vehicle horn several times and also have some gross guy rolling out his tongue for some girl to kiss. First of all I am furious if somebody honks their horn in a driveway because they are too lazy to get out of the car. To have Nissan honking a horn in my home is beyond disgusting. Secondly, having to look at someone rolling out their tongue is the most disgusting thing I can think of. I will NEVER purchase a Nissan product as a result of this brainless advertisement....

My 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL appears to be part of a recall (NTB06-028) for excessive oil consumption. The car began exhibiting the symptoms of the recall concerning excessive oil burning at 120K miles in late June 2012. The problem started suddenly, burning one quart every 600 miles and with in two weeks one quart every 300-350 miles. Throughout my ownership of the car the vehicle had always been properly maintained at my local Nissan dealer.

I brought my car in for a service this Tuesday and they had to check a clutch fluid leak. Tuesday afternoon, Helen from the services department notified me that in fact that there was another leak and had to replace the gasket cover before they could have a look at the clutch fluid leak. I have a Patrol SGLE 1998 TB45E Y61 and have had Nissan Saudi (Al Hamrani) Service this vechile since purchase. (with the exception of 2 years in switzeland exported and imported again)
They replaced the Radiator twice over ten years for overheating.
In 2011 I had a busrt water pipe and immediately delivered the nissan patrol on a flatbed to them.
They replaced Cylinder Head, radiator thermostat - all water pipes. etc
On taking the vehcle out of workshop, it showed high heat while standing still. I was able to cope with this in Summer by driving.

Bought Nissan Versa 11/16/2011. Was declared a Total Loss due to hail 4 mos later, 04/03/2012. My primary Ins. company paid Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation the proper loan payoff. I purchased the GAP ins they suggested at signing.
