NetPennyStocks.com review: All of a sudden had taken 99 dollars off my card

I was directed to NetPennyStocks.com site from an email. When I clicked on the site to check into it I put my info on it to bid on a thing or two when all of a sudden it had taken 99 dollars off my card and gave me 240 bids! I have no idea what was going on and it really pisses me off cause now I’m broken.
