I recently ordered a DVD package from NaxpMedia, and received an e-mail that my order was processed. They even attached a UPS tracking number for the package which never was activated. Upon trying to contact the company, no one ever answers the phone, nor can you get a live chat person on-line....

Placed order 2/6/08. Phone system is always down when I call. No response to emails. Payment was processed immediately and supposedly shipped UPS. UPS has no record. As of today 3/3, still have not received order or been able to contact anyone....
