MyHydrate Defective product—won't replace

Purchased a myhydrate water bottle, and used it for a few months. Out of the blue, it just stopped working. Battery was replaced, still won't work. Emailed company several times about defective product, and they refuse to respond to my emails. I tried to call several times, and never get a response to my messages. Very poor customer service, and company does not stand by their product.

MyHydrate "Guarantee"

Products were purchased in November as a Christmas present. They were 3 days over 30 on the 25th of December when the products were first used.

The bottles are extremely cheap, and the whole system looks extremely cheap and NOT like the website pictures at all. The "drawstring fashionable carrying bags" are a joke. I know of no one that carries their water bottle in a bag, and there is NO handle on the bottle (unless you use the part that covers where your mouth goes - which means no sanitation. Nothing can really go in the dishwasher. Took several days to try to figure out how the system was tracking since it didn't match what it says.

Obviously, not satisfied paying so much for such a cheap product. Contacted support about the 30 day guarantee and advised about the products being a Christmas present, and without even asking what was wrong, or how they could help, I was told "sorry:("

MyHydrate Water bottles

September 2016 bought a bundle 2 bottles paid 68.79. October 21, 2016 I contacted them about returning the bottle since they didn't do what it said it would do which was keep track of the water consumed.
I asked for a shipping label they never provided more than address. They agreed to refund me and now refused. The return shouldn't be this complicatedx. They refused my return since they claim is longer than 30
Days even though they were contacted within the 30 days. I have emails to
Prove.

Resolved

After numerous emails and asking for the manager to contact me. I got an email from Myhydrate that I would have a full refund rather than the 50% they were trying to offer me. Today, I received my full refund. Now I am satisfied.

I have had my MYHYDRATE for several years but yesterday it dropped and the entire white cap cracked and broke. I need a new one. How do i get it?
I need a new cap with the battery included shipped to me as soon as possible
