Mozilla my home page icons on top tear

I don't want to keep seeing my first icon (on the Firefox home page, with 4 rows of icon links showing), which is a link to my bank, keep changing to random links I'm not interested in. Maybe keep that activity to the lower 4th or 3rd levels. Why can't I choose where icon links go? It would be better to do ads some different way. Mingling them with important personal links is not okay with me.

Desired outcome: When I place at least the top 2 rows of icon links on the Firefox home page, they are frozen and nothing will interfere with my choices.

Mozilla Indexing

Based on cases including Pritchard v Van Ness, 2016 BCSC 686, you are liable for what other people write and you allow people to see. Under Canadian law, you are responsible once you are put on notice, as you now are, as you have the power and control over your indexing. Inaction gives rise to liability in Canada on various bases including defamation. A malicious and untrue post, NOT from a client but rather an adversary who this lawyer was successful against, appears on this website about Susan Kootnekoff. It was posted on 5/31/2022 and can be viewed here: https://www.lawyerratingz.com/reviews/1646859/Lawyer-Susan-Kootnekoff.html. We ask that you immediately de-index this site worldwide or alternatively de-index it from Canada.

Desired outcome: see above

Mozilla Mozilla Firedox browser

The last update from Firefox completely screwed my streaming sites from all free to air TV. Unacceptable. I will NEVER authorise an update from Mozilla again. I can reach my streaming sites when I use other browsers, so what in the heck did you do to screw it all up so very badly?

I have tried all this fixes suggested ... nothing will resolve the problem. Allow audio/video, settings set to standard etc.

Desired outcome: A fix for the last update so I can continue to use Firefox instead of MSEdge.

Is Mozilla legit?

Our verdict: Complaints Board's thorough examination reveals Mozilla as a legitimate entity with notable strengths. Despite a 8% resolution rate on customer complaints, which invites a closer look, Mozilla stands out for its commitment to quality and security. Clients considering Mozilla should delve into its customer service record to gauge compatibility with their expectations.

Mozilla earns 91% level of Trustworthiness

Perfect Trust Endorsement: Mozilla achives 91% ligitmacy per Complaints Board. Highly recommended, yet always stay vigilant.

Mozilla.org has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Mozilla.org has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.

Several positive reviews for Mozilla have been found on various review sites. While this may be a good sign, it is important to approach these reviews with caution and consider the possibility of fake or biased reviews.

We looked up Mozilla and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Mozilla has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 8% of 137 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Mozilla protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

Mozilla Urgent request for a "patch" to rectify a firefox coding error

Dear Firefox,

Christian greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We have recently made Firefox our DEFAULT browser, relegating Google Chrome to the back seat. This has exposed a CODING ERROR in Firefox that requires an urgent patch.

Please help and respond to me personally at [protected]@biblebelievers.worthyofpraise.org or [protected]@biblebelievers.org.au.

We publish a free weekly Church Newsletter to subscribers world wide; right now I am working on issue nl1238.htm. I code manually in TextPad in font face Verdana, size 2, 100% zoom using WINDOWS 10 O/S on desktop. The appearance in Google Chrome is ideal but Firefox has suddenly reduced font size in the browser display. When we send the Newsletter to the robot to circulate we copy the display from the browser into our OE Classic email client and it sends a virtual mirror image. This was not the case last week and I had to manually adjust the images to the text. Since becoming our default browser Firefox browser has developed a time-wasting life of its own. (And we do not have staff).

In composing the Newsletter I switch between TextPad and Firefox and I need to ensure that the appearance of the Firefox display offline is identical to the Firefox display online.

Please email the "patch" as a matter of urgency.

Further requests

The header on the Browser provides four lines: two or at most three narrow should be sufficient. May I request and suggest that the and refresh buttons be relocated to the top line as per Microsoft's Internet Explorer. The present position of these icons in inconvenient as one tends to click either the or one of the bookmarks to our other Websites.

Will you please change the highlight on the "Find" command to yellow? I have been meaning to make this request for some time.

Yours sincerely in the love and service of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Your brother-in-Christ,

Anthony Grigor-Scott

MINISTER OF THE GOSPEL

Desired outcome: Please email a "patch" that will rectify the Firefox coding error. We would prefer you omit the Church contact details should you republish this matter on-line.

Mozilla Both of my laptops and your page.

When I bring up the Mozilla site, I get a bland screen with Duck, Duck, Go as my search engine (that I've had for years) and my bookmarks up top. There are no spaces at all showing the my frequently used tabs at all, just a blank screen. If I do type in the site I do want, I can still get in as I have passwords saved and nothing has happened. However, that is a bit annoying.

Mozilla Mozilla Firefox

I have been using Firefox for over 15 years and have not had any major issues. But lately the support seems to be non existant. My new PC I just got - loaded Firefox and the extension for my Dashlane PW manager and it will not work at all...everything else look perfect and is working fine...can see my Dashlane Icon on my browser bar in blue , which means is logged in and working...but it will not come up on any login pages...not 1 single one. I switched to Edge browser and everything works perfect with Dashlane... I searched and it looks like many have complained about this same issue with no support for the Dashlane extension issues but no reply or fix from Mozilla/Firefox. Like others have noticed as well..the support and up-keep of this platform is going way down hill...guess we will be forced to switch and be stuck with one of the big "tracker" browsers...uuugghh...too bad

Desired outcome: keep up with leading edge technology like you have in the past...keep things working with your product and associated tools

Mozilla firefox browser

I have my settings so it is supposed to ask before updates are done. It updated without my okay and now it destroyed all of my passwords. I have had to spend hours redoing all of my passwords and I am very irate as this is not even supposed to update. Something needs to be done about this crap, I don't have the time or the patience to deal with this as I am in school.

Desired outcome: I would like my damn password list put back on but I doubt that will happen I do not want anymore updates done without my okay

Mozilla Firefox

Firefox just keeps getting worse and worse. Slows to a crawl after simply opening one or two browser windows and a couple of tabs. And some financial sites can't get logged into using Firefox, but with google no problem. It's as if whoever managing firefox the last 3 years is trying to convince users to stop using firefox altogether. Really angry.

Desired outcome: Go Back to problem-free firefox - years ago.

Mozilla Latest Update

Your latest update has changed the colour scheme which is totally unacceptable with the black background on new tabs and the bookmarks menu. I can't work with this so please get this sorted and back to how it was before the update

After much fiddling around, I have only managed to change the appearance of websites. I appreciate you need to install security updates but please leave the appearance and colour scheme alone

Desired outcome: Fix this

Mozilla Firefox.

27/12/2021 I returned home from some time away. There was a flag top right saying Firefox wanted to update and that it REOPEN MY TAGS. It did not, it reopened one tag, my e-mail page. The pages that I had been working on before going away were not reopened. I am mad right now, I have not yet grasped the amount of work I have lost...

Desired outcome: I doubt I will get anything back, you have annoyed me and created work, some, I will have to start from scratch.

Mozilla Flooded with ads in email due to Mozilla update 12/13/21

I have Mozilla then a Bing Page, then Earthlink.net for email. I have had this set up for over a decade. Everytime a Firefox update comes through (like this morning) my format for my earthlink email changes. This morning Google ad after google ad came into my email to where I could not keep a thought in my head. I do not have ads on my earthlink email. I called earthlink support and because you have superiority over the email account, I am ready to shoot my computer! I want those ads removed! This is not protecting your users! Who designed that update? They failed me miserably as a user! Please respond

Desired outcome: Remove the Google Ads and any other from my earthlink email.

Mozilla Browser

I'm so disappointed in Firefox for two reasons. Over the last few weeks, I've had to go to other browsers to fill in forms. This has, on two occasions, resulted in the purchase of more than the one item I was trying to buy. But now I've lost faith completely, since I'm noticing that I'm being tracked while using Firefox. I always thought, and told everyone, that Firefox prevented tracking. Now, every time I open the browser, I notice, in the lower right hand corner of the screen, that there are always several trackers. This is despite my use of ad-blocking extensions. What's going on?

Desired outcome: Fix these issues.

Mozilla browser update

What the heck is up with the double spacing of favorites? Nobody likes this. There is no way to fix it. Please put it back the way it was. I don't like having to scroll to see all of my bookmarks. This is just stupid.
