Incessant calling
This company has fraudulently gotten ahold of my medical records, which is a HIPAA infraction. Refuses to provide proof of account that is owed and just says "see you in court" not if I see you in hell first.
Desired outcome: Cease and desist
Terrible experience
This company has called me EVERYDay 10-20 a day stating I owed them money for a payday loan I did on line in 2005. I did no such thing, don't owe any money to any payday company. They informed me the charges include theft by deception, and check fraud. They stated once the charges are made they are going to put me in federal prison. They will have me fired...
