I trusted them!

Still suffering horrific back pain cause I had a lazy lawyer!

I will let everyone know how incompetent they are!

In September 2023 I was t-boned by a woman and filed a law suit with Morgan and morgan. At first they were very attentive, then they said I had to settle at 10 thousand and now they refuse to answer any questions or send my check. I have been advised by a doctor to have surgery but I haven't in fear that it won't be covered. I cannot get of anyone not even their complaints department!

My father is supposed to be getting a settlement from Morgan and Morgan but has been waiting a year and a half with barely any info and no check , everyone else has been paid lawyer medical and everything but him , everytime he gets SOMEONE on the phone he gets a run around or gets told he shouldn’t be waiting anymore and they are homeless living in a car with a dog , no one answers phones or anything, everyone is eithe rin meetings or doing something, my family needs to get paid for the damage that was caused to them all this !

My son was involved in an accident, hit off his bike by a truck and ended up in the intensive care unit for 3 days unconscious.

I contacted Morgan and Morgan they looked into it a few days and then told me they settle for $10000 with the insurance company and their fee of 3000 plus would be deducted from it.

Bottom line my son lost his motorized bike, his job, suffered collapsed lung, head trauma and that’s all he’s getting not to mention the ambulance and hospital is going to take their share so he’s left with nothing. They didn’t even obtain a copy of his medical report so they could see for themselves what happened to him.

M&M are only talk they don’t really represent the disadvantaged! Don’t believe their big talk ads either!

How do I only get 3500 off a $10,000 settlement and you claim you pay the rest to the people who supposedly gave me therapy that didn’t even work at all that’s so messed up I can’t believe you can continue to take advantage of others even after my insurance paid everything in full. Supposedly they claim the rest of my settlement went to therapy. That is a load of [censored]

This is the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever dealt with. This is not my first time having lawyers for a case and Ron rowers is definitely the lawyer to go to. I've never even talked to an attorney they're lreceptionist Tatiana is completely unprofessional My insurance could even get a hold of them for 2 weeks I had to physically text her to ask her to answer their call and then they drop me not even calling me or telling me anything after 2 months on a Saturday they didn't even call to tell me they sent me an email that is how I'm professional they are I know you guys probably don't care about these little cases here and there but at the end of the day you guys are really awful people These are people's lives you're messing with you could at least called me in person instead of sending me an email on a freaking Saturday. So here I am 2 months later no answers no explanation on anything I'm sitting here thinking everything's okay and I just got an email saying your dropped no explanation where I should go from here what should I do nothing I've never even talked to the lawyer. You guys should really be ashamed of what you're practice is coming to be These are people's lives and feelings.

Morgan and Morgan's Atlanta office took my slip/fall/broken arm accident case, had me sign all their many forms and send them medical record releases — then, after they had contactedthe insurer for the motel where I fell, their atty. Benjamin welch suddenly dropped my case for specious reasons, refusing to let me speak with any supervisory attorney>then their attorney greg bosseler and later their consumer experience teamer ashley refused me any data on their own errors and omissions insurance for just such errors, blunders, and client abuse. When I then tried to reach firm founder john morgan and other top attorneys, they blocked any emails to their firm. Morgan and morgan thus breaks the law itself and denies this former client his right to file an errors and omissions claim against the firm>they break a host of laws, and lie about their phony "five star rating" — so the atlanta attorneys involved are now up on georgia bar assn. Charges>I still need that errors/omissions insurance data & the public needs to know the truth about this firm!

They cheated me out of medical treatment instead allowing my insurance to provide me with the proper medical treatments needed or may needed to be done. The paralegal Tammy saccullo was unprofessional and also made false statements and had lack of communication throughout the case. Don’t go with this law firm they are not for the people but for the dollar and gain which is 33.3% sometimes more.

Morgan and Morgan too the easy case and refused my workmans comp case. I have 85,000 in medical bills and lost over 100,000 in wages. I’m a Registered Nurse ! I was hurt at work and had to have multiple surgeries. Pain and suffering was horrible. I ended up with an ileostomy a colostomy and disfigured scarred abdomen and still need surgeries. Morgan and Morgan pushed me to settle right away for 20,000 then TOOK HALF . I ended up with 11,000 and after taxes 7,900. This company refused to take my workmans comp case cause it “ was harder to win “. That’s how us so called hero’s are treated ! Kevin Cassio Florida ! I had another attorney take my workmans comp case right away Below are 2 pictures of my now disfigured abdomen and my intestines hanging out of my stomach ! I almost died ! Morgan and Morgan didn’t even fight for me ! And then I’m the settlement said I couldn’t sue the hospital for pain and suffering. Disgraceful. When I agreed to settle I was a psychological mess and I’m pain. Now that I have my head on my shoulders I’m disgusted I was on a ventilator for 15 days and a month and a half in the hospital and one year rehab ! After I sent the hospital pics of my surgery they fired me !

18.9K Now down to 12K with every Docusign E-mail phone call, let's throw in a $2700 REFERAL FEE ECT! well over 60% And growing by the day! By FEB I WILL HAVE NOTHING?

I do not believe your law firm will fight for the right of people in time of need.I have been rejected by your law firm 4 different discrimination and slander hate crime cases in the past.And sure enough your law firm reject this request again.Be sure you don't lure people while your aim is clearly after money amount for winning cases only please do not advertise as if your law firm actually care for people's small cases.And your law firm's choice might be the smartest move but soon people will not give you good reputation.

By the way the employmeant department you are refering to bring letter from their website page never give a room to people even to get an appointment to talk.So I strongly advise to your law firm do not act nor advertise like you care.It makes people sick to stomach to watch.

Date of accident rear ended October 5,2022. Present date November 8,2022. Vehicle replacement out of their hands but 4000. dollars above what I received. CT scan and multiple trips to physical therapy. No replies to MRI of St Pete. Of which case had to cancel appointment and today added they have also requested a response from my attorney or case worker. Back pain increases daily no response. Trying to use funds for physical therapy without a visual diagnosis of the damages. Not exactly sure that's a good idea. Multiple phone calls,emails and texts to case manager second call to the attorney. Always a voicemail. I am the people Morgan and Morgan.

Called Morgan and Morgan to be represented but waited 3 weeks before I called them back aboutu case they didn't even have the respect to call email or anything about not taking my case guess there wasn't enough money for them that whole hogwash story they feed you when you call is [censored] they aren't for the people they're for making they're wallets fat

I hired these pigs to represent me and they never did any active/physical work. For example sending me to a Doctor and physical therapist for my injuries, taking pictures of my permanent scars, none of which they did. Then they went behind my back and accepted a check from the at fault party Insurance company and never informed me. I fired them and I had to find my own of everything so since I had to do the foot work I fired them and they got mad! When I told the at fault party that they were no longer representing me that is when I found out about the check! Wow! So they did a stop payment. Look how Good God is.
But since they got exposed for their wrong doing they put a Lein on my money. Florida bar will be contacted. Don't mess with a child of God and think you'll get away with it. Morgan and Morgan has a client experience team. I talked to them. They refused to give me a breakdown of the Lein cost/services and said not to call back. I'm using every platform to give my testimony.
