I cannot get over at how perfect this turned out! I got it custom stitched and I had a phone call with the woman that was stitching my dress to make sure she understood all my measurements. I am so happy with the results and really appreciate the time and effort that Mirraw gave me to make my dress. Just a little update with my order, I ordered a suit set and at the time I ordered it, I checked the size chart and ordered a size bigger than my size but the set which I got is exact my size. And if would have ordered my size that must be smaller.

I live in Alabama USA and to my surprise, the shipping process felt as if it had been mailed locally the turn around town was so fast. This is a big plus for me. I'm happy I read the measurement chart because you will need to choose larger sizes in comparison to what your American size may be. The downside is it limits your choices of what outfit you can choose, but the same thing in America when you are a plus-size person. The quality is polished and it was just like the dress in the picture. Quality product at a bargain price if you can find items on sale and they have a lot of sales! The only downside I found is if you want to cancel an order it's not set up to cancel online. You have to send an email cancel request within 24 hours. I did so within 30 mins because I saw the estimated delivery date was after my event. Customer service didn't get back with me until after the dress was mailed. Not good.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Mirraw. I mean, I ordered something and they said it would be here in a jiffy, but it took way longer than they said it would. And when I tried to get in touch with them about it, all I got were these automated responses that didn't really help me out at all. I mean, come on, I just wanted to talk to a real person about what was going on!

But hey, at least they gave me a voucher to make up for it, right? I mean, it's better than nothing, I guess. But honestly, I would have preferred if they just gave me a straight answer about what was going on with my order. And it kinda rubbed me the wrong way that they were trying to get me to buy more stuff from them when I was already feeling pretty unhappy with my first purchase. Like, I get that they're trying to make money, but it just seems kinda shady to me.

Overall, I wouldn't say that my experience with Mirraw was terrible, but it definitely wasn't great either. If you're thinking about buying something from them, just be prepared for the possibility that it might take longer than they say it will, and don't expect to get a lot of help if you have any issues.

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough time with Mirraw. I ordered two things on January 16th, and it seemed like everything was going fine. I got a confirmation email and everything. But then, when I checked my PayPal account, I saw that they had charged me $213.10 instead of the $191.79 that I was expecting. What the heck, right?

I called them up right away, and they told me that they would refund me the difference in two weeks. Okay, fine. I wasn't thrilled about having to wait, but at least they were going to fix it. Or so I thought.

It's been weeks now, and I still haven't seen that refund. I've called them a bunch of times, and I've sent them emails, but I haven't gotten any response. It's like they don't even care about my money. And it's not like it's a huge amount or anything, but it's the principle of the thing. I mean, come on, Mirraw, show a little respect for your customers!

I don't know what else to do at this point. I guess I'll just keep calling and emailing until they finally give me my money back. But honestly, I'm not sure I'll ever order from them again after this experience. It's just not worth the hassle.

So, I heard about Mirraw from a friend and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Red Cotton Jute Nehru Jacket and the Blue Brasso Jacquard Nehru Jacket as a gift for my friend in Miyazaki. I paid USD 157.0, which included $5.18 for gift wrapping. However, when my friend received the gift, it was not gift wrapped and my personal gift note was missing. I was really disappointed with this and I want to know why this happened. I also want my gift wrapping money refunded.

I was expecting more from Mirraw. I thought they would be more thoughtful and professional in their service. But it seems like they didn't pay attention to my request. I hope they can improve their service and make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I recently decided to give Mirraw a try and purchase some dresses from their website. At first glance, the dresses looked amazing and I was excited to make my purchase. However, when I proceeded to checkout and tried to apply my coupon code, I couldn't find the option to do so. I searched and searched but couldn't find the field to enter my code. This was quite frustrating as I was looking forward to using my coupon and saving some money.

To try and resolve the issue, I called their customer service number multiple times. However, each time I called, I was met with a pre-recorded message stating that they were busy assisting other customers and to wait for a few minutes. After a short while, the call would automatically disconnect. This was quite disappointing as I was hoping to speak to someone and get some assistance with my coupon code issue.

Despite these issues, I still gave Mirraw three stars for the appearance of the dresses on their website. I am hoping that when I receive my order, the dresses will be just as beautiful in person as they were on the website. Overall, my experience with Mirraw was a bit frustrating, but I am still looking forward to receiving my order and seeing the dresses for myself.

Mirraw's website is pretty decent, but I gotta say, I had a bit of a problem with their reminder emails. I recently tried out Mirraw for the first time and I have to say, the staff was really nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. However, there were a few issues that I think could be improved upon. For example, I had some trouble with the measurements since I'm not used to giving them. It would be great if they could offer some guidance through Facetime or WhatsAPP video using a live model or dummies.

Another thing that I found a bit confusing was the "buy one get three" promotion. It wasn't very clear to me what that meant, so I think they could do a better job of explaining it.

I recently made a purchase from Mirraw and I must say that the clothes are pretty good. The delivery was prompt and arrived as per the schedule. The customer service is also good, but I had a little issue with one of the items I received. I ordered one georgette light green printed long kurti, but I received three instead. I was a bit disappointed and wanted to return and exchange one of them.

I contacted the customer service and they were quite helpful. They provided me with the details of the courier service and I returned the extra kurti through shadow fax forward courier AWB no. SF122202792MIR. I requested them to collect it and give me an exchange one of pink or blue of the same material. I hope they will oblige my request and provide me with the right item.

If they do so, my shopping experience with Mirraw will be excellent. I have already informed them about the issue and I am now awaiting the needful replacement by their delivery service. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend Mirraw to others who are looking for good quality clothes at reasonable prices.

I had a really bad experience with Mirraw. I ordered something from them in 2019 and they didn't ship it on time. I had to keep asking them for updates and they didn't seem to care. Finally, after a year, they shipped my order. But when I received it, the quality was really bad. It was so cheaply made that I decided to return it. This was a year after I had placed the order, mind you.

I've been waiting for a refund since September 17, 2019. I even have a screenshot from my PayPal account to prove it. But Mirraw's customer service has been terrible. They keep saying they're looking into it and escalating the issue, but nothing ever happens. It's been more than a year and I still haven't received my refund.

Honestly, I think Mirraw is a scam. I would advise anyone to stay away from them. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. Don't waste your time or money on this website.

Mirraw is a website that I would not recommend to anyone. I had a terrible experience with their customer service, or should I say, lack of customer service. They did not even try to resolve my issue. Every time I contacted them, they gave me the same standard answer that someone would call me in an hour or email me back in 72 hours. But, no one ever did. I sent several emails and made calls, but no response to resolve the issues.

The stitching job on the clothes I received was horrible. It was so bad that I had to take it to a tailor to fix it. The material was also of very poor quality. I was very disappointed with the product I received.

Moreover, there was no communication at all from their end. I opened up 5 to 6 tickets for issues, but there was zero communication with clients to resolve them. It seemed like they had no intention to resolve any issues.

In conclusion, I would advise everyone to save their money and not waste it on Mirraw. They will just take your money and provide you with poor quality products and terrible customer service.

I ordered some outfits for my son and had them delivered to his address. However, at the time of delivery, he was out of town. When he returned, he told me that the outfits were too tight and the fabric was not as described on the company website (it was hard like paper). I contacted the company right away on June 25th, which was 3 days after the delivery. They replied after 2 days and said they could address my concerns if I sent them pictures and descriptions of the outfits. I have sent them 7 emails and called them 3 times, but after weeks of constant trying, they finally told me that I have to pay for the return shipping. This was never mentioned before during our previous conversations. The website clearly states that if you are not satisfied, you can get a full refund within 7 days. After going back and forth with emails, it has been almost a month now and I am still receiving emails saying they will address my concerns. However, no one is trying to contact me via phone, only automatic email replies. I just want a full refund. This company is fraudulent and trying to steal from Americans.

5/30/21: I placed an order of $75. 07. 5 minutes after placing an order I decided to cancel.

5/31/21: I emailed them requesting for a full refund.

5/31/21: I received a reply email saying " a ticket has been created, support rep will review and send you a personal response".

6/1/21: I receive an email saying "support rep has indicated that your ticket has been actioned".

6/1/21: I replied to the email to clarify what "actioned" meant and requested to confirm the date of my money back.

No reply.

6/5/21: I receive an email saying "order confirmed, estimated delivery: June 10.

6/5/21: I emailed them stating that I got the delivery info not the refund info.

6/7/21: I received a reply email saying " a ticket has been created, support rep will review and send you a personal response".

6/7/21: Another reply from them: " we have put hold on your order cancellation, expect a call from us in next 24 hrs."

6/7/21: I replied saying that I won't be responsible for return cost if I received the package since I received the tracking info.

6/8/21: They replied: " a ticket has been created, support rep will review and send you a personal response".

6/8/21: They replied again: " not to worry the product has arrived our warehouse, for cancellation expect a call from us."

6/12/21: They emailed: " your mirraw wallet is credited with $7.51"

6/22/21: They emailed: " your order has ben canceled, refund will be processed in 7 days."

6/22/21: Another email from them: " $75.07 has been debited from your Mirraw wallet"

7/8/21: I emailed them saying per 6/22/21 email, refund was supposed to be processed in a week. I haven't gotten any refund yet.

7/8/21: Yet another automated email reply from them: a ticket has been created, support rep will review and send you a personal response".

It's been more than a month and I haven't gotten my refund yet! I will never ever buying anything from them and recommend no one to buy as well. Such a pathetic customer service! VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! 1 star because there's no option for rating less than that. Or else, they don't even deserve it.

I bought a few outfits from this company and when I asked about the status of my package, they kept saying it was delivered. They showed me the delivery confirmation from USPS, stating that it was delivered to a different address. I live in a different city. I called them to explain the situation, but they insisted that it was delivered correctly. I told them that it was actually delivered to someone else's house in a different state. Instead of addressing the issue, they asked me to contact DHL. DHL informed me that they handed the package over to USPS, who confirmed that it was delivered to Pennsylvania. I called the company again and provided them with all the necessary information. They were supposed to give me a refund, but after 2 weeks, I hadn't heard anything from them. I called and emailed them again, but they tried to blame me for the lost package. I sent them all the previous correspondences to prove otherwise. I asked them to refund me, but they keep delaying it with meaningless emails.

I recently purchased a coord set from Mirraw for Diwali. This is my order number: M147383899. Its worth £85 pounds including delivery. After 1 use the bottom stitches tore, then when I washed the item it shrunk and became like a rag. I raised a case against Mirraw customer service they were very rude abd said they cannot refund full. Only 15% at the max or they said I need to post the item back.. to post the item back its £29 from UK to India via tracked service. I am spending soo much again on a rag. The product is low quality,

Since I already can see 0 cases are resolved. I have ordered saree with stitched petticoat of course. In the product description the return policy was simple just like Amazon and other websites but when I got the product it didn't worth my money at all. I wrote email to them that I didn't like it and I am answerable to others as well. I have attached the picture of the return policy underneath the product as well. And then the customer service wrote me back that since there is stitched petticoat I can't have the return label. is that a pre made plan or what? Why is it not as simple as other brand? It want me to keep 10% of the refund in the wallet. I am more than happy to give away 20% for the petticoat and rest should be given to the owner back (customer). I will not give up until I get my return label and refund.

My refund has been sent back to me as receiver Mirraw has rejected my refund. I want my refund. I was told by mirraw that I have to return the goods and get a refund. They were not happy to give a refund they said that when items are bought its non refundable however the website states we can. I have check reviews fir the company and they are not good.

Horrible Experience shopping with Mirraw. They will make lots of excuses to get a refund when you refuse to take the product and they will never approve the refund. The delivery driver won't be able to locate the address even though you have mentioned the correct address. Their website or app is worst. The product prices seems way higher than the original cost looking at the quality or style as we get the same product in Myntra or Ajio in much lower prices. It's just that those sites don't deliver internationally. Customer service will completely blame you for not giving correct address and hence will not approve the refund process. I waited for 3 months to get one product and it was lost of money and lost of time with lots of inconvenience caused by the company. This company should be permanently closed.

So, I ordered a kurti from Mirraw and they sent me an extra large size, but it was only 38 inches. On their website, they advertised that an extra large is 44 inches. When I sent them a picture of the kurti, they replied with "Ma'am, this is a ready-made product." I was a bit confused because I ordered from Canada, so I thought they would have checked the sizes before shipping. It was very strange to me that they didn't take responsibility for their mistake. I mean, if you're running a business, you should know how to be accountable for your actions, right? Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Mirraw.

I was excited to receive my order, but when it arrived, I was disappointed to find out that one of the Kurta pajamas was not what I had ordered. I had ordered a dark blue Kurta pajama, but they sent me a purple Kurta and a dark blue pajama. It was clear that they had put together the set from leftovers from other sets, which made it useless.

I contacted their customer service, and the only option they gave me was to refund 20% for that item only. I was not happy with this solution, as I had paid for a specific item, and they had sent me something else. They promised me that the refund would be processed in 3 days, but they did not respond until I reminded them 12 days later.

Mirraw.com is a website that needs some work. I had a bit of a problem with my order and it wasn't a great experience. The material was also really hard and uncomfortable to wear. The Blue lehanga was even worse. The stitching was really poor and there were lots of mirrors missing. I was so disappointed with the quality of the products I received. Both the blouse and the lehanga were completely unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend Mirraw to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and the quality of their products is really poor. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money.

So, I recently ordered from Mirraw and I gotta say, it was a pretty slow process. I mean, I get it, the whole Coronavirus thing is causing delays everywhere, but they could have told us beforehand, you know? I placed four orders, and my first one was for my Eid clothes, but I didn't get them in time. Bummer. But my second order arrived before Eid, so I was able to wear those.

One thing that really bugged me was that there's no way to edit my custom sizing in my profile. Like, come on, Mirraw, get with the program! But I will say that the app works better than the website.

Overall, I'm not super impressed with Mirraw, but I'll probably still order from them again. I just hope they can speed things up a bit next time.

So, we finally got our stuff from Mirraw on 08/10/21, which was supposed to arrive on 07/27/21. It was a long wait, but we were excited to finally receive our products. However, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment when we saw that the products didn't look like the pictures on the website. We understand that there may be some deviations, but these were extreme rejections. For example, the gray color we ordered turned out to be more like a beach color. The complicated embroidery we were expecting turned out to be very simple.

To make matters worse, the quality of the fabric was poor. We were really hoping for better quality considering the amount of money we spent, which was almost 600 ?. We were really hoping for some help from Mirraw to resolve this issue.

On a positive note, we did order some men's clothes and they were good. So, if you're looking to buy men's clothes from Mirraw, you might have a better experience than we did with our order.

I recently used Mirraw to purchase some items and I must say, I was not entirely satisfied with my experience. The Mirraw wallet, which is supposed to allow customers to use their rewards balance, did not let me use the full amount. This is not fair at all. If I am earning rewards by buying items from your website, I should be able to use them fully.

Furthermore, I was not happy with the last question on the website which asked if I was satisfied with my order. The options only allowed me to choose "yes" and did not give me the option to choose "no". This is very unfair and does not allow me to express my true feelings about my experience.

Overall, I think Mirraw needs to improve their customer service and be more fair to their customers. I hope they take these issues seriously and work to make their website more user-friendly.

I have had previous parcels from Mirraw delivered but this time they have made things so much worse. I cannot physically go and collect the parcel at the depot whose driver is unable to find my address. In the meantime I have received several parcels from the same depot and Mirraw has refused to refund the money saying that the parcel will be destroyed whereas it shows that the parcel has been returned to the sender.

I ordered a Black kurta for my husband from Mirraw for a wedding - he specifically needed a black colored kurta since that was the color requested by the bridal party. However, the color that we received was blue. I contacted Mirraw right away via WhatsApp with the details and image references etc. The person I spoke with said that they verified and had re-dispatched the correct color this time. I did not hear back from them after so I reached out after a few weeks - they kept saying that it was re-dispatched but did not provide any tracking number. I figured that they were lying and sent out an email to their team. The person responded by stating that they have created a new order now and dispatched the item - this tells me that the person that spoke to me via WhatsApp was in fact lying the whole time. After the initial email response - they went MIA. I have to now spend another 50-100 $ to buy a black color kurta. This website is a total fraud - they were not being honest at all and with such lame customer support people they are going to go down. I am never going to buy from this horrendous website EVER AGAIN! If you want to continue business especially online - BE GENUINE!

This is reg. issues with Order# M237855403. It's extremely disappointing to find that each item in this order had some problem. I sent an email followed by subsequent followup emails to [protected]@mirraw.com, but never received any resolution from Mirraw.com

Please see description of the issues below:

"Blue Plain Cotton Silk Boys Indo Western Dress" - This dress arrived full of dust, is dirty and appears to be used! How can Mirraw even ship products like this? They don't do quality check before dispatching, or it is perhaps deliberate so people outside India are stuck with the items received.

"Multicolor Printed Polyester Bandhgala Suit" - The wrong item was sent! Instead of the Bandgala Suit, they sent a Half Jacket.

"Grey Embroidered Silk Salwar Semi stitched" - The quality of this dress wasn't as expected (duplicate product), color was more golden than grey, stitching was incorrect (Bust size 42 selected and instead it measured 44 [22 x 2]), length was too short and it nowhere matched the image on their website.

Mirraw should have accepted refund on return of the defective/wrong products. Instead they chose to stay silent and not provide any solution at all.
