The Men's Warehouse Reading Store Employees

I brought a shirt back that I purchased for a wedding and never wore. The shirt had a small brown stain on the inside of the shirt and tags still on yet the manager refused to accept the return. His coworker found it amusing and chuckled at the fact that this aggravated me commenting "have a great night bud" as I left. Purchased shirt 8/5/23 return attempted 10/18/23. I then called the Lanecaster store and the manager hung up on me after he was done talking. I've done all my suit shopping at men's wearhouse in Reading for 15 years and I will never purchase another piece of clothing again from any men's wearhouse.

Desired outcome: To accept my return and have this manager and employee fired.

Returned the slippers because they were the wrong size. The salesman that helped me was very helpful. He gave me a return slip & said I would be reimbursed. The Men's Warehouse Personnel

Recently at the Vernon Hills location and found a certain staff member by the name of Felicia to be very unprofessional. I have heard more about this womans very personal and intimate life than I wish to know. Was very off putting and won't be back to this location while she is employed there. No reprimand at all. The director did very little to discipline this woman. I'm very appalled that a director would allow their employee to talk so openly about the intimate relations they have on their sale floor where customers can hear.

The Men's Warehouse Your service personel in the story

At your Reno NV store. First off coming in and writing my name on a list to get service is garbage. Second all of your personel were so busy with rentals that they didnt have time to sell me a suit. I bought a sports coat and got it home and realized it looked bad and was to large. I went to return it and had no one at register to return. I had to write my name on a list. A lot of people walked out. I observed another gentleman walk in with a suit bag and didnt sign up and was obvoiusly a friend of one of the clerks that took the man without signing on the list. Your personnel had no since of urgency and took there sweet time after waiting a 45 min and no one had been attended to off the list. I left and will never buy another item from Mens Wharehouse. THE WORST service I have ever seen. I will also stop others from buying your products. You have a mess and good luck!?!

Desired outcome: Fix the problem and refund the [censored]ty jacket your salesman sold me with no alterations.

The Men's Warehouse Suit

Joshua Thomas was rude and acted like he did not want to help me in store #2295. Every time I tried on a different suit another person would help me after I had to walk around in the store. The last time I had to wait for help. There was only to customers in store including me. This happened on 5/19/2022 at aournd 11am.

The Men's Warehouse Men's wear house, cary nc

Good afternoon,

On April 1, 2022, my husband Jon Bynum and I went to your Men’s Warehouse at 214 Crossroads Blvd, Suite 2470 Cary, NC. After arriving we notice major repairs to the business (window and wall repair) However, my husband really likes the quality of your suits we started looking around the store for ideas (store was busy with customers). Dylan approached us with giving us ideas on what a customized suit involves (he was very helpful). We made the purchase on a customized suit on April 1, 2022, Dylan mentioned to us it should be at the store around the April 15, 2022.

However, when that date came around, we didn’t hear from anyone so my husband called on April 15, 2022, he did not get an answer [protected] it went to voicemail so he said he would try later.

I asked him on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, has anyone called you about your Suit from Men’s Warehouse he said NO! So I started calling the store myself as you can see in the attachment I called [protected] times with NOOOOOOOOOOOO answer, I eventually called the Greenville, NC store (also in the attachment) and the gentleman answered the phone on the first ring, I mentioned to him what I was trying to do (Call the Cary store to see if the suit we purchased on April 1, 2022 was in the store) he said sure let me look it up for you, He asked what was the Name of the person that purchased the suit Jon Bynum, he said yes your suit is in the Cary location and it has been since the April 16, 2022. I mentioned to him at that time to send and email to the store that a customer was trying to call them, it is sad when you have a major business, and you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I really would like to know why we did not receive a call sooner

We went to the Cary, NC store on April 23, 2022, and I asked a gentleman that was putting bowties in a drawer if he was busy, he answered by what do you need… Not even a Welcome to Men’s Warehouse how can I assist you, then he points to the back that’s where you need to go to the back, which looked very busy for Prom Season…. So, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited until a very nice gentleman came to us and asked if we need help, we told him to try on a customize suit and alterations we think he was new to the store so he asked another lady to assist him and she did, they where very helpful and they found the suit, however when we mentioned to them that we needed the suit by May 4, 2022 for our daughters wedding, they said alterations take at least 3weeks ☹ the did say they would try and make it work

This is 5 days later if someone would have called us when the suit arrived on April 16, 2022 we would have gone sooner, so know we don’t know if the the Alterations Lady will have his suit ready by May 4, 2022 for pickup

I understand prom season, weddings, and any occasion customers have, we purchased an $800.00 suit, with not even a telephone call from a major store is not good customer service or not knowing if the suit will be ready by May 4, 2022---- How can you help?

The Men's Warehouse Service & Possible Discrimination

On Saturday, March 20, 2022, my 17-year-old son called Men's Warehouse located at 2110 N Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas Nevada 89108 regarding renting a tuxedo for prom. My son spoke with a female employee on the phone. My son then provided information about the prom, and he was informed by the female employee he would need to come in for measuring and there is a $20 deposit when order is placed. My son and I drove to Men’s Warehouse to place his order.

At Men’s Warehouse, we met and spoke with a female employee (this is the female employee my son believe he spoke with on the phone). The employee then worked with my son on selecting his tuxedo and measuring. Once order was completed and ready for payment, the female employee stated the balance due was the full amount ($200+). My son was stunned. He had $20 on his person for the deposit. My son informed the female employee that, he spoke with a female employee on phone (eluding to her) about 90 minutes ago who informed him there was a $20 deposit when order placed. The female employee said she did not speak with anyone and their policy regarding deposits was recently changed. The amount due is the full balance.

I, the father, asked the female employee when the policy was changed. The female employee said about a month ago. I, the father, asked the female employee if the new policy change was in writing. The female employee stated yes. I, the father, asked the female employee if I could get a copy of the new policy. The female employee informed me it was in an email. I, the father, asked the female employee if I could receive, or see a copy of the email. At this point, a second female employee standing near, and seemed annoyed, spoke up and said, we will just take the deposit this one time.

The annoyed looking second female employee was close enough to hear the entire conversation exchange between me, the father, and the first female employee.

So, was this discrimination and/or profiling? On the phone the deposit to order was $20. Once my son arrived at store and placed his order, the payment became the full balance, $200+. Oh, did I mention my son is African American?

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.

The Men's Warehouse service recieved

I contacted the men on December 16, 2021 and filed a complaint. I never heard back for them. I again contacted Men's Warehouse on January 14, 2022 regarding my case # [protected] when I spoke with the agent on this day I was informed my case was closed and there was no information in this case file, as if someone had erased the information that was in that case #. I am pushing forward with this issue because there was a serious violation of racial discrimination that took place that the store located at 2267 S. Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, Texas 75067. I feel racial discrimination should not be tolerated in any company. I again reported my experience with the agent on January 14 who assured me the case would be sent to the proper management.

Desired outcome: I would like a apologize for the racial discrimination that took place at the store and compensation for the tuxedo rental that is currently on order.

The Men's Warehouse Rental for wedding does not fit

Men's Warehouse in Madison Tn has let us down for sure. What is the point of going in for "A Perfect Fit" and having nothing fit. What a joke. What makes it worse is the staff thought it was ok. The little shirt they had for me couldn't be buttoned. The little boy tie covered top three buttons on my shirt from the back room due to error from hub. The back room shirt was 3 1/2 inches past my finger tips but the length only hit my belly button therefore could not be tucked into the pants. It was easier to refund my money in hopes I would go away. The Wedding is tomorrow. I am hoping that the customer service at Men's Warehouse as a whole exists somewhere because it doesn't exist in Madison Tn If not they should lock the doors. I am pulling for them. They have until 10am Saturday morning to make this right. Regional Directors, District Mansgrts, CEO - does anyone have a child who got married. You want it to be right. Make it right. Please. The Men's Warehouse Shoes

To men's warehouse,
I am writing this complaint because of lack of service issues. I also work in retail and am well aware of staffing and out of stock issues but I always do what ever is needed to make the customer happy, so they keep coming back. Now here's the issue. My daughter has picked men's warehouse to dress her grooms at her wedding. She picked brown matte dress shoes as it goes with the weddings color theme. Men's warehouse took it upon themselves to switch the shoes from brown to black and said "we are out of stock on brown" in a rude tone. She has people flying in from different countries to be a part or the wedding and are getting here last minute. We don't have time to shop for brown shoes. The store said we can buy brown shoes from them which if the have them for sale they should use them to fulfill the agreement we first entered in. Your employee said "we switched them to black" like he's never dealt with a woman's wedding before. You just don't switch colors around when everything is absolutely coordinated according to color! You guys have to do something to make this right and tell your employer not to be so rude. Like I said, I understand out of stock issues but when something is confirmed reserved that is exactly what it means. I would have been a different story if when we first reserved the shoes, we where told at that time no brown was available. Then we could have coordinated the wedding colors for black. But to tell us 2 weeks before the wedding when all colors are set is ridiculous. Especially when most of the wedding party lives out of the country! Please men's warehouse make this right. This wedding is already beyond stressful, don't let men's warehouse add yet another stress to the beautiful bride.

The Men's Warehouse Delivery/Customer Service

Ordered suits for our wedding months ago, first question we asked when we ordered them is will these be in in time for our wedding due to Covid 19 and knowing all the issues that have arisen. We were promised they would and everything would be fine. Our wedding is in two days...two days!...the suits for our groom, best man, two groomsmen and ring bearer have not arrived. In calling I was told the one for the groom "should" be in tomorrow, 1 day before the wedding, the best man is labeled as pre-shipment, we may not even have it in time for the wedding and the other three she did not update me on. I asked her what mens warehouse would do for us and the manager stated "we can offer you a refund" Never once did she apologize, never once did she make me feel that she was going to look into anything. Bascially found out two days before our wedding not all of our grooms party will have their suits. Honestly I've never had an experience like this with any business ever, and I literally just got screwed two days before my wedding...mens warehouse you are the absolute worst and you have ruined the one and only day we get. Giving me a refund doesnt fix the promise that was made, it doesnt fix anything. Be a company of your gosh darn word, I know you probably dont give a crap about my one and only wedding, but you've ruined it and I'm sure there have been others in my shoes, shame on you

The Men's Warehouse custom suit

I purchased a suit and spent over $800.00 for this suit. Last Saturday after wearing the suit twice the stitching on the zipper came apart. Needless to say I was embarrassed and disappointed. I would think spending this much on a suit I would get top quality. I did bring it back and it is being repaired Without even an apology. I'm very disappointed and may have to bring my business elsewhere!

The Men's Warehouse customer service - tuxedo fitting

I submitted group order early September for rentals for my son bar mitzvah in the Flatbush Avenue store in Brooklyn. Customer service has been awful. They didn't upload correctly so my brother had issues in another store and we had to fix. Then my brother in law not once but twice went to store with my 4 year old nephew and was turned away or told to wait over an hour for fitting! They even called ahead of time and were told to come in! My affair is in month and the service is disgusting! I will never buy or rent again and would appreciate the Flatbush store get more help, manage time and effectively handle customer relations!

The Men's Warehouse suit

Purchased a suit in September 2019 from the Medford Mens Warehouse
Had to have alterations. The work was very poor at best
I would never pay for there alteration service again
All they did was take in the waist and leave the rest so sides were baggy
The pants fit very poorly
Had to pay a professional 50.00 to fix the pants after paying Mens Wearhouse
The service is a joke and not worth paying for

The Men's Warehouse suit pants

A few months ago I spent $800 at mw for 2 suits, shoes, shirts and ties for my sons summer internship. One of the pair of suitpants completely ripped open in the seat the third time he wore them.
I brought them back to the store today to ask that they be fixed or replaced as they're new. The young man who I spoke with was very inappropriate. He looked at the pants and immediately said that this rip was caused by "user error". Those are the words he used. That my son sat down wrong and caused this to happen. That it's his fault and these are not sweatpants. He said "haven't you noticed that men in suits don't move around much?"
What?
He didn't even look up our account to see when they were purchased or anything. I'm furious! Shouldn't their clothing be of high enough quality that it would last for more than a few months?
We have given mw so much business over the years for my husbands business clothes and this is the thanks we get? No support whatever. They just lost some really - until now - loyal customers.

The Men's Warehouse customer service (or lack thereof)

Getting married and decide to go to the men's Wearhouse in Walnut Creek. We were completely ignored, couldn't get anyone's attention, decided to leave. Go to the location in Fairfield, the associate was so incredibly rude told me that the difference between two suits was that "they are two completely different suits". Decided to leave. Go to the Folsom location. The girl was so miserable, mean, unhelpful, unprofessional. She looked like was going to lose it at any second. I left feeling dirty with how rude she was. Didn't offer help, suggestions, didn't answer questions. I mean seriously is this the kind of atmosphere and customer service men's wearhouse represents? After this experience you can guarantee I will never use men's wearhouse again and will be spreading the word. I am a customer. The staff should probably know by now that customers need some assistance and they are sadly mistaking any sort of help or expertise.

The Men's Warehouse wedding event group

Good evening. My fiancé picked out a perfect linen custom suit (slacks, vest, and jacket. My brother who lives across country was the first groomsman to go to Men's Wearhouse with the group code to purchase his suit. It turns out that Mens Wearhouse has discontinued that fabric. We were informed that there are other linens but that would put us in a higher price point. This is unacceptable. What would have happened if my fiancé paid for his suit at the time of creating the group code? Thankfully he didn't but this is a huge inconvenience. Our wedding is in August and the men were all planning on purchasing this reasonably priced linen suit this upcoming week. I truly hope this issue can be resolved. If we can't get the exact same suit that was originally picked, I think the only way we would be satisfied, move forward with our order, and recommend Men's Wearhouse to family and friends, is if we get the available linen suits for the original price.

The Men's Warehouse tux pants

I took my son to Men's Warehouse to pick a Tux out for his senior prom. When he showed the store employee the one he wanted, he was given the pants and jacket to try on. After trying them on, he told the employee that the pants were too tight across his thighs and crotch(he is a weightlifter, therefore he has big legs). The employee told him not to worry about the tightness, that he would take care of that. He said all he needed to know was if they fit in the waist, which they did. So, a week later we went to pick up his tux. Once again he tried the pants on, and told the associate that the pants were still too tight across his thighs, that he felt like they were going to rip if he sat down. The store associate aaaures him that they were fine and he sent us on our way. So, tonight, my son gets ready to go to his prom. The pants are so tight that he is miserable. If they rip, I will not be surprised. His prom is ruined now because he was so uncomfortable in the pants, that he could barely sit in his truck to drive. I'm so disappointed with our experience with men's warehouse. And to top it off, the rental fee for this Tux was $230! All for a too tight of a pair of pants that my son complained about twice to store associates but nothing was done.

The Men's Warehouse horrible customer service

Third Time's a charm,
Here are the reasons that I will never shop at another Men's Warehouse again

1) I bought some suspenders from the store, I didn't pay much attention to them, but the manager was messing around with them for about 5 minutes. I bought them and realized when I returned home, one of the suspender adjusters were bent and not adjustable. I returned it and had them order another pair.

2) I ordered a scarf through the store, there weren't any in stock so the kid showed me a list of the scarves and I selected a grey scarf with a check lined pattern. I had them order the scarf, and they got the order wrong, it was a blue/black reversible microfiber scarf, not even close to what I ask them to order. I bought the scarf anyway.

3) I ordered a pair of Cole Haan shoes, because they didn't have my size in stock, I called back a week later because I hadn't heard back from them, and come to find out, they never placed the order. I said if it would take them a while to get the shoes that I'll buy them from Amazon and get them shipped to my house in 2 days. The kid said "That sounds like the best option actually".
