On February 4, I submitted an order online for $90 including shipping, using my credit card which was denied. I was then texted and constantly texted after that, telling me they could not process using cards because of "maintenance work" being done.

The text stated to use Western Union to transfer cash. He gave me name to use, country, test questions. I opened up an account and proceeded to transfer the money. It took me a few days as we was pushing to do it quickly as he said, "your package has stayed too long here so you need to make changes" to move package quickly.

Finally on Feb 9, he said "payment has been successfully verified and everything is ready to go."

Then, I get a text saying, " please your package is set for delivery but we are having some issues to resolve...your package is high priority to be insured by P.A.F. Insurance Company demanding that you make a 90% refundable insurance payment of $110."

I told him that this was not part of the order. This was added on. He knew this and deliberately did not tell me. This is fraud. But he said without payment "that package could not be activated."

So, no package and no refund
