McDonald's Bad food.

This is unacceptable I picked this up at the drive thru.Wilted brown lettuce and burnt bread. Why is food being served like this. Health dept need to step in and pay a visit..You need no stars ..The date for this was Mar 1, 24..at around 630 in the evening on my to work .stopped in the. Drive thru. Pick up lunch. Looked at sandwich 15 mins later this is what it looked like. How long was it sitting there? And how many dud you sell thus way

McDonald's Great People

The best Mcdonalds and the nicest people! I go every morning for my mother who is 87. Sometimes I end up there twice a day she will only eat certain thing and her favorite are chicken McNuggets and McGriddle sandwiches. They're always pleasant and very efficient. I love these people and there courteous, great attitudes! Must be a great place to work!

McDonald's worst McDonalds ever

This place is ridiculous; the manager was chasing people in the parking lot, yelling you got the wrong one! When I made my order plain, the fish sandwich came out with sauce. She told her employees you did it right. He made a mistake. When I showed her the receipt, she said well, it didn't come up on my back screen. At no time did she apologize. She just dropped the bag on the counter and walked away. The other employees must follow her lead since they all have terrible attitudes. Please avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Mcdonald's is not cheap, and to then get treated badly and disgracefully on top of that.

McDonald's Do not go here !!!... Ever !!!

These guys will give you black coffee whenever you ask for a hot mocha, they just put whip cream on top w/chocolate drizzle on the whip cream, NO ! "TUTORIAL": PLACE 6 PUMPS OF CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE "IN THE COFFEE"..."THEN STIR"... THEN WHIP CREAM, THEN CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE ON TOP"... NOW SEND ME A CHECK FOR TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES. McDonald's Spilled coffee

While on our way to church we stopped and purchased a sausage biscuit and a senior coffee. When the coffee was given to us through the drive up window the lid popped open, spilling coffee on my wife, myself and all over the interior of our car. While we did not seek medical attention, we did proceed back home to put burn cream on our hands and arms. It also took a while to clean up the mess in our care. I did speak to a supervisor at the Westlake La location where this happened at the time. She apologized, but that was it - sorry we have untrained people handing out items you purchased. Would like to hear from someone higher up in the organization.

McDonald's Very poor service

I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meal n an extra small fries. No other customers were inside McDonald’s. The employee that waited on me was putting together my order n placed the nuggets in the happy meal box, after waiting about 5 minutes the mgr who was busy taking orders from the drive up line, decided to reach into my happy meal box n remove the chicken nuggets. The happy meal box had a sticker on it #139 that matched my receipt #139. Now I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for another employee to get my nuggets. after getting my order I noticed McDonald’s forgot my small fries n had to go back to the counter n ask for them.

Basically I feel I was treated very badly n felt 2nd rate since the mgr took food out of my order to fill the drive up order.

So the mgr figured I can wait longer for my Oder n the drive up customer was more important.

This is poor customer relationship n I’m very offended.

McDonald's Bring back Cinnamon Melts

If anyone high up there in the McDonald’s company is reading this just bring back the cinnamon melts, Covid is over now I don’t understand why it’s still an issue and I can’t believe you guys decided to take cinnamon melts off the menu permanently, you replaced it with something even worse. You replaced your highest selling product cinnamon melts with an original cinnamon roll that you can get anywhere else in the entire country. Please bring them back we are bagging you!

McDonald's Worst store and service Store 16712.

I visited store 16712 on July 25, 2023

Waiting time at counter was more than 10 min with only two people ahead of me.

I came to counter at 10:52, then at 11:05 I wanted to place my order. I wanted to order pancakes but was told that breakfast time is until 11am. Really? They even didn’t care that they move so slow that I didn’t have any chance to place order before 11am.

Then I ordered muffin and hot chocolate . When I came home I realized they gave me double double coffee instead of hot chocolate.

It’s ridiculous service

McDonald's Play now ! PUZZLE !

The sensitivity and the efficiency of the game is too low
15 seconds is fair enough to finish the puzzle but not if you have a delay in the game
Such as when I want to put the part of the puzzle in a specific place it goes to another and doesn’t able to move to another place unless I put it down from where I took it and try to put it again.

This place is the worst. Counter girl had no expression had the wrong price for the double cheeseburger and did not ask what sauce I wanted for my nuggets. The fries were cold and there were no cups for the ketchup up at the drink counter. They forgot to give me my coffee I had to go back up to the counter several times and it took very long for us to get our food. Many people waiting for their orders. The staff was very slow and not friendly. Pretty darn sad. pissed

McDonald's Login system

Good offers and a good app but the worst issue is the login system
I literally created like 4 accounts because it keeps saying wrong email or password
I write the email/password i just created and it says I’m its wrong
I tried recovering my password and it says “We sent you an email to reset your password” but i get nothing in my email
I tried it multiple times with my 2 different emails (outlook and hotmail) neither worked.
Can’t get to the offers or even use the app without an account.

McDonald's No equality

Good evening, let's talk about the app specially.the app is well made and it's beautiful and everything but there is one thing, just one its the free offers you people make. I have never seen a free offer on ios but all of my friends who use android do have free offers...but actually in real calculations i have seen that ios users or apple users specifically use mcdonald's app more than android so you should get us some free offers. If this happened I'll immediately give a 5 star rate+all the other apple users.

McDonald's Terrible

First: Has options for US and UK just to redirect you to another ‘app’ that always says “not available in your region”.

Second: The app that is ‘for your region’ is always slow and acts like it was made in 2000.

Third: There is no support or answers online for error “dcs error 40006” whatever that means

Finally: I guess if you are in the UK you dont get any deals or savings because you cant make an account online. No app No deals. Thanks…

تطبيق سئ جدا صعب في التعامل و لا تدري طلبك وصلهم او لا و لا بوجد تتبع للطلب و توصيل متأخر بيتي بجوار المطعم بس ما كنت بالبيت طلبت توصيل ولكن استغرق ساعتين للوصول بارد جداً و مشروبات ساخنة كانت باردة ما يستاهل اي نجمة لو في عكس ممكن يستاهل -100 سئ جداً جداً
A very bad application, it is difficult to deal with, and you do not know whether your order has been received or not, and there is no tracking of the order, and late delivery. My house is next to the restaurant, but I was not at home. I asked for delivery, but it took two hours to arrive. It was very cold and hot drinks were cold. McDonald's Just a question for the developer

What did you mean by « remember me » when logging in to place an order ? Because i have to login not only every time i open the app but if if i navigate away from the delivery tab and come back i have to enter my credentials again, what will happen if i uncheck « remember me » when i enter my credentials ? I am afraid to try it. Also the way offers are redeemed is extremely unclear and annoying, don’t know if that’s on purpose or unintended.

Now I don’t have to login each time to make an order, but whenever I try to use an offer on the app, I have to re-login, if the target is to render the offers inconvenient to use, then well played, if there is some reason (which is uniquely present in this app among hundreds others) will be grateful to know it, although nobody cared to answer my last question which was ages ago, but I thought it would never hurt to ask maybe someone started paying attention to customers’ reviews, appreciate it.

McDonald's Charged twice and doesn't care

I had two charges on my account for a meal last week. When I went in to the store to show them, the gal first told me.."look, it shows two minus signs, you got the money back". Really? No, 2 minus does not equal a positive. Wow, so then some 18 year old came over telling me how a bank works and that it is a bank issue, not theirs. Not once was there an apology! The folks behind me got so upset, the gentleman stepped in and told them how poor their service is and he and his wife left. I then had to beg them to give me the meal I had already paid for. I had to ask 3 times. This is criminal! I am going to seek any and all remedies for this due to their lack of respect and customer service.

Geese, a simple apology would have worked.

McDonald's Disappointing Big Mac Combo Experience at McDonald's: A Review

Went to Mac Donalds to get a big mac combo for my husband and brought it home to him. When he opened the package, he asked me what I had bought. I told him it was a big mac combo, but to my surprise, there were no hamburger patties in it. It was just lettuce and buns. I was disappointed and decided to go back to the restaurant to get it fixed.

When I arrived, I found out that the dining room was closed because it was after 11pm. I had to knock on the window to get the employees' attention. Finally, one of them came to the door, and I explained what had happened. He told me that it could not have happened and that he could not let me in. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he would get her. After a few minutes, he came back and told me that she was busy and could not come to talk to me. He promised to get me another combo and make sure the meat was on it this time.

I agreed to wait for the new combo, but I had to wait for 25 minutes. I was frustrated because I thought I should have had my order first thing. Finally, they gave me the new combo, and this time it had the hamburger patties on it. I was relieved, but all I got was a simple apology and a "have a good night."

Overall, my experience at McDonald's was not great. I was disappointed with the quality of my order, and the service was not up to par. However, I appreciate that they tried to fix the problem and gave me a new combo. I hope they can improve their service and quality control in the future.

McDonald's Be Vigilant: Checking Your Credit Card Bills in the Digital Age

So, I went to McDonald's the other day and used my app reward points to purchase something. I was pretty excited about it, but then I noticed something strange on my credit card bill. There was a charge from McDonald's on the same day and for the same amount as my app purchase. What the heck, right?

I checked my app and sure enough, the points had been deducted from my account. So why was I charged on my credit card? It wasn't a huge amount of money, but still, it's the principle of the thing. I'm currently in the process of disputing the charge, but it's just a reminder that we need to be vigilant about checking our credit card bills every month.

It's not just McDonald's either. I also had an issue with Amazon charging me for four months of music service when I was supposed to be on a free trial. Luckily, I caught it and was able to get the charges reversed, but it's scary to think about how many websites and apps have our credit card information.

I mean, I get it. It's convenient to have all of our payment information stored in one place for easy transactions. But we need to be careful and make sure we're not getting charged for things we didn't actually purchase. It's a good idea to check your credit card bill regularly and dispute any charges that don't look right.

Overall, I still love McDonald's and their app rewards program. But this experience was a bit of a wake-up call for me. It's important to be aware of what's going on with our finances, especially in this digital age where our information is so easily accessible.

McDonald's Disappointing Service at C.C. Yin's McDonald's Locations: Lack of Accommodation and Customer Care

C. C Yin is the owner of multiple McDonald's locations, but unfortunately, he doesn't seem to care about his customers. As someone who is hearing impaired, I have had a difficult time communicating with him through the drive thru speakers at his Vacaville and Vallejo locations. Despite my repeated attempts to get him to turn up the volume, he has not been accommodating. To make matters worse, I have received incorrect orders and cold food on multiple occasions.

I have attempted to speak with Mr. Yin directly, but he has refused to engage with me. When I reached out to McDonald's corporate office, they informed me that he is not obligated to speak with me if he doesn't want to. It's disappointing to see someone who has achieved so much success in this country not show any gratitude towards his customers.

Mr. Yin often boasts about his rags-to-riches story, claiming that he came to this country with nothing and now owns 14 McDonald's locations. However, his actions suggest that he is more concerned with making money and flaunting his fame than providing quality service to his customers. It's a shame that someone who has been given so much by this country is unwilling to give back to the community.

If you're looking to support a McDonald's franchise, I would recommend avoiding Mr. Yin's locations and instead choosing ones owned by someone who values their customers. It's important to support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and are willing to make accommodations for those with disabilities.

McDonald's Exceptional Service at McDonald's Glendora, CA: A Review of Moahmad's Hard Work and Dedication

I visited the McDonald's in Glendora, CA on November 17th, 2019 at 5:15 pm with my mom for her 80th birthday. We were greeted by a very polite young man named Moahmad. He was so nice to my mom and even showed her how to use the self-serve kiosk. Despite the dinner rush hour, Moahmad seemed to run the whole front end from the fry machine to delivering people's food to their tables. I think McDonald's needs to be aware of the kind of employee they have there. There are too many bad reviews out there, and the good ones should not go unnoticed. Moahmad is definitely management material.

I have never seen someone hustle and move so fast. It got me tired just watching him. Yet, he still remained very polite and thoughtful to all the customers. I believe that McDonald's should recognize Moahmad's hard work and dedication to his job. He is a valuable asset to the company.

Overall, I had a great experience at this McDonald's location. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a quick and tasty meal. Thank you, Moahmad, for making my mom's birthday a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

McDonald's Food wait and cold

I got it online a double Big Mac meal a 20 piece nugget and a order of medium order of no salt fries and a medium sweet tea

This is what I got two medium orders of salted fries that were cold and unsweetened tea after a 15 minute wait at the door because they couldn't give me my order at the drive-thru window I called and spoke to quotation marks the manager quotation marks who clearly wasn't and insisted that we got unsalted fries

Then offered me a free order of fries when I come back now do you really think I'm going to come back for an order of fries it wasn't even busy so there was no need for me to wait for my food cuz the food was cold

McDonald's 3 orders of fries employee would only give us to ketchup packets

2/29/2024 visited the Stillwater Oklahoma McDonald's on McElroy at about 1145 p.m! We ordered 2 quarter pound meals 2 mcdoubles and a small fry which makes a total of 3 orders of fries spend $28.00! We asked for ketchup and he gave us 2 packets! We asked for some more and told us we would have to pay for it! So with 3 orders of fries we are suppose to share 2 packets? Pretty bad when only get one packet for a order but want us to share a packet cause would only give 2 packets! McDonald's so broke that the customers can't get ketchup for there old cold fries! Think your prices r over rated for sure when u can't even get the condiment that goes with the Fry's! McDonald's Racist manager and refund money needed

Mcdonalds at 11230 old st. Augustine rd. In jjacksonville, florida. The manager/cashier was horribly rude I handed him the cash then I put 2 coins on the counter because he wasnt ready to be handed the coins and he screamed at me “ oh u couldn’t walit until I was done and hand them to me”. He treated me like he thought I was a white man oppressing a black man to pick up 2 coins.. I honestly meant no disrespect at all and was shocked by his rude attitude. I went to the McDonalds at Orange Beach, AL on 2/5/24 at 11:28am. I waited for 7 min. and no one took my order, so I placed it on the kiosk. Sat Jan 17th when trying to use the kiosk there was smeared snot all over it. My spouse said it had been there several days. Everyone had something nasty on it. We asked one of the girls to clean it. which she did but just that one. when asked how often she cleaned them she said never. Shouldn't they be just as important if not more than the tables? More people touch them than the tables.

Service is beyond horrible! Workers talk about customers as they were shuffling creations, that don't remember what they had ordered for themselves. I live near by the restaurant,if you can call it that. It rarely can produce the majority of what's listed on their menu. I suspect due to broken machinery from a lazy work crew and their lack of cleanline...

McDonald's Slow service and restaurant was very untidy

Called to Northwood santry with my niece and nephew used kiosk for ordering tables were full of empty food and tray had to clean our table and dispose of food also found a cloth and washed down table we had number 404 for our food no receipt in kiosk service was maybe 15 mins for food. In that time no one cleaned tables plenty of orderly’s had to be asked for again in my opinion it was not that busy but the staff could move a little better

McDonald's Mcdonald’s breakfast

I order mac Donald’s this morning for me and my daughter at exactly 8:23 and it Took more then a [censored]ing hour to come it arrived at 9:31 , and it Was STONE COLD when it arrived I am absolutely appalled by this , the food wasn’t even edible I nearly threw up! I will NEVER order mac Donald’s again from just eat and i DEMAND to be compensated for this!

McDonald's Breakfast meal

Hi I recently visited McDonald’s on the strand road in Derry/ Londonderry.. I ordered a mighty McMuffin meal with a large cappuccino to which I paid over 6 pound for … to begin, I revived a muffin with one egg in it; no meat, clearly not a McMuffin and my coffee was the most disappointing thing of all.. I felt it was a bit light so I opened it and it was less than half full; the foam did not look right so I closed the lid and lightly swayed it in circles to mix it a tad, when I opened it it was pure white, as though there was no coffee in it to begin with! Very very disappointed, for these rising prices, the quality would either need to improve or stay the same, waste of money, I feel I’ll never return, I have photo evidence of the coffee and I’ll be sharing this info with my peers!

McDonald's My food and customer service

Hi I’m hoping I’ve come to the right place for help I spent over £33 on food via the app and had it delivered to my home address it arrived cold I phoned the restaurant who gave me a number for Uber I then phoned Uber and they said they could help me in getting a refund as their driver delivered on time so the passed the blame back to McDonald’s so I phoned McDonald’s ( Hucknall) back who then said if I go on the app I’d be able to request a refund as the only option they can offer is my my hole order to be re done but I’d have to find transport to collect from hucknall McDonald’s I’m unable to do this as I have 4 young Children and don’t drive so I phoned again for a contact number and they just gave me the same one is already spoken to this is very upsetting my food wasn’t edible it was that cold even my hot drink was cold and McDonald’s have offered me no support in this matter I have could you please help me kind regards miss k bramley

McDonald's Sweet chilli wrap

Today at approximately 1330 I ordered a Crispy Sweet Chilli Wrap from MCDONALDS MIDDLEBROOK RETAIL PARK. I then drove to my desired destination to eat the wrap only for it to be Grilled. Disgusting. I was unable to eat it.

I would have gone back to the restaurant had I not had an appointment and am sure they would have sorted but not possible today and now I’m out of pocket.

Claimed loss: £1.99

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a free meal to compensate as I do use McDonald’s alot
