I have two charges from Probiller.com - see below:

I do not recognise these charges & wish for them to cease please. I have sent an email to both my back and to support@probiller.com.

I have never seen an email/receipt etc. from any subscription service.

Any such subscription would've been signed using: [protected]@proton.me

Please stop any future charges.

I was sent a confirmation email on Nov 24, 2023, 8:22 PM. The next day I was charged US 35.00. Secondly, I was charged the US$1.00 twice! My bank statement extract is: PSP*PROBILLER.COM 855- Nicosia CY CYP USD 34.97 Value Date: 26/11/2023. Email from Probiller: Hi Ashir Effendi, The renewal of your subscription for Twinkpop https://www.twinkpop.com was cancelled, you still have access until 11/25/2023 UTC)

In September, paid for 3-day trial for one channel. Called in to make sure it was canceled after Google's screw UPS cause several hackings to my identity. Found a charge for 2234 on my account today apparently there was one last month too. Call to speak with a representative who was very nasty yelling at me on the phone telling me I never called to cancel. I had three Witnesses with me the time I did call in and cancel and told him that sometimes you guys make mistakes too. He proceeded to yell at me called me stupid and told me that I was not going to get a refund at all. This is so disrespectful and if they went back to the account they could see that no channels were able to be accessed as they were blocked after the trial. This is not okay what are

I will probably not be the first one with this issue.

I wanted to check a 2 day trial subscription which I bought some days ago and found out that there are a lot more PROBILLER.COM charges on my creditcard. In total €304,78! Of a service which I don’t even use because I was in the understanding that this was a 2 or 3 day trail. I never received any confirmation in my e-mail about this subscription. I only remembered I bought a trial in Februari for €1

I was able to canceling all services by phone, but there was no respect for the situation at all. Refund is not possible based on the terms and conditions. But I find the service overall a big deception. And lots of other people are making the same mistake. Waste a total of €304,78.

Approximately June 7th I tried getting a 1.00$ trial subscription to brazzers online porn site. The web page took my info and when I completed filling out the form it just looped back to sign up page and stated an error occurred after a couple attempts I tried the username password combo I chose but was unable to login. I assumed that was that, went on with my life. 10 days later I see they charged me the 1.00 anyways and now charging another 40.00 on top of it. When I talked to svc rep he just kept trying to offer me 2 months free and to reset password. I don't want the svc, never used svc and requested refund. The rep said refund impossible due to trial wasn't canceled. I never knew trial even went in effect so how would I cancel? Rep said I should have put login issue request etc. Etc. I reiterated I never knee trial initiated and login didn't work so why would I submit complaint to site I was not member of... we went back n forth a bit him just saying no refunds. I never used svc and never will now, just want my money back. I have the complete transcript of my Chat with their svc rep if needed.

I have seen the probiller transactions being taken from my bank account and no prior idea to why money is being taken from my bank account to you! I do not use any sites you help with and it seems you have taken it upon yourself to add a secret subscription to take my hard earned funds out my account!

I have no idea why my funds are being taken and its been going on for months now! I request a full refund on all the months my bank accoint has lost its funds as I can easily get up all my "PROBILLER" transactions on my banking app and show the amount of money that has been taken and needs to be returned to me!

Ive seen another person complain about the exact same situation youre doing to me that was done to him!

I wish to be contacted and given a refund for the hard earned and worked moneu ive been scammed out of! I am outraged by this turn of events and will be expecting to hear back from you ASAP as this seems to be a nightmare with all my funds going out the window when I keep getting probiller on my Nationwide account transactions come up!

I bought a subscription to some site through pro biller. I had cancel the subscription, but there was a secret partner subscription that apparently I didn’t opt out of not knowing and not receiving any kind of email verification of any kind of other subscription to any kind of other site, but apparently propeller told me that I can cancel the subscription to pro builder not the other side. I didn’t know about the site I was told nor did I receive any verification of paying for anything on the other side. I want my money refunded

Signed up for a free 7 day trial and canceled the next day. Received a cancellation email to confirm and a month later they charged my credit card. I did a chat with a representative that said I also signed up for a 3 day trial offer. Checked all my emails and saw where I signed up for the 7 day but nothing about the 3 day. I asked if I signed up for a 3 day trial a month ago why I wasn’t charged when the trial was up and the representative didn’t respond and ended chat. Shady practices I would not trust this company. They will charge you with no warning and then give no explanation.

I just pichased the premium site to pornhub and it seems like i cant login cause for some reason the site seems to be stuck in some sort of loop returning back to try signing in.please help i already cleared cookies from phone. Also no one has reached out to try and help me resolve my issue so now I'm completely in the dark about where my money has gone and if i can get my refund.

I signed up for a $1 2day trial for brazzers after i realized it was a waste i cancelled same day. But i WAS CHARGED 39.97 by probiller. I just spoke with a rep. In a chat and i was told that REALITY KINGS IS ALWAYS AUTO CHECKED YES WHICH IS NOT WHAT I WAS SIGNING UP FOR. So i believe i was wrongfully charged because i never received an email and or communication that i was signed up for both. Therefor i WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL BE FORCED TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION.

at 9:30am on 1/25/23 i revieved a charge from probiller on my credit card for $59.99. but i have never signed up to anything to my knowledge and should not be on any subscription with that amount of payment. I checked bank statements and credit card history and was unable to find any other charges that replicated this, thus showing me that this was a first time charge.

Probiller refuses to return any of my emails after they made unauthorised transactions on my account after I received a confirmation of my cancellation.

This occured approximately six days after I received confirmation from Probiller that my membership had been cancelled.

Forget the 24 hour chat also, no one is in the chat.

I want my money back you thieves!

I started a new Brazzers account and got a bundle with it. The bundle was 14.95 more but allowed me to download videos to watch later. I scheduled my Brazzers account to only be for one month. I was not charged for another month and was unable to use the account the day after it expired, makes sense. But I saw on my banking account that I was charged for the bundle. I'm called probiller and was told even though I was unable to use the Brazzers account, which is the only way the download bundle works, I would have to cancel subscription to the bundle as well. I was not told this when I got the bundle. I also had charges for $2 and another for 50 cent's and the probiller operator could tell me what those charges were for. I had to eat the 14.95, 2.00, and.50 because I was not given a refund for this. The over the phone customer service was great probably a 7 out of 10 and I only say this because I sensed a little bit of a superiority tone in her voice.

All in all the interface has gotten better than a year before but signing up is still frustrating, this last time I was on the probiller website help desk for an hour trying to reactivate my account. The viewing can be sketchy but has gotten better. But I have to saw the porn is really great and which is why anybody would be on there and here reading all of this anyway.

£49.99 which has been deducted from my Bank balance.

I have had no transactions whatsoever with your goodselves and would therefore REQUEST that you credit my Bank account with £49.99 by return.

I found out just today, July 17, 2022, that ProBiller stole $39.99 on my bank account without ever telling me for almost 4 days. I have no e-mail about it because I can't find anything about it on either of my e-mails but there is a transaction on my bank account. They did that at July 13, 2022 at an unknown hour. I'm not sure if I was hacked or they purposefully stole it from me. I am upset about it and want to resolve this ASAP.

I have just opened my bank account to find 2 separate charges, both within 2 days one after the other of nearly $60 dollars each, almost $120 over the course of 24 hours. So I looked back in my histroy and found out this happened last month and the month before that as well, plus 3 other charges of about $1.50 over the course of 3 days the month before that. Over 3 months $360 taken from my account and I have no clue why or who this company is. That is money that I would have put away for rego, car payments, bills, food, I do not know what I have supposedly subscribed to but I want to know what it is, how to stop this happening again and get my money back.

Ive had 2 unknown charges for $43.51 and 7 unknown charges for $1.10 to my credit card here and there throughout the past couple months. I am unable to get into my account to find out what is going on or cancel whatever the f*** is being charged to my account!

I am unable to find out which adult video sites that are being billed to my credit card. I want to close out all accounts billed by your company. By the fact that you seem to need a mountain of information to do this makes me think this the process is being made difficult in order to discourage closing an account. Look forward to a response.
