Margaritaville Enterprises Resort in Nassau

While visiting the resort in Nassau on a day pass on Oct 26th I had a slip and fall accident landing directly on my head I needed to leave resort after only two hour with my granddaughter to return to ship Oasis for medical treatment I feel the staff was very unsympathetic and not very professional I was told they would provide transportation back to ship and was harrased by driver because I had no cash I then had to pay over three hundred dollars for medical treatment on board and need to visit my doctors this week probably missing some work I always held your company in high regards but feel I deserve some compensation for this I am still suffering headaches and dizziness

Claimed loss: At the very least a refund and medical for on ship expenses as well as three days of ruined vacation

Desired outcome: To be given compensation for all

The casino manager unlock the door and came in the bathroom on me not once but twice and looked at me in a way that made me very uncomfortable and a week later I was barred from the casino because I have been there a couple of days gambling and fell asleep and a week prior to that the Chinese lady sit at the baccarat table with a blanket and no one disturbed her

No clean towels , no trash cans emptied. My 7yr old son has Hirschsprung disease so he wears pull ups , I was currently on my menstrual cycle & I had a 2 year old who is also in pull ups so trash was definitely needed to be taken out and clean towels were needed .Room smelled awful .I literally cleaned my own room the best of my ability with nowhere to put...

Margaritaville Enterprises Restaurant Orlando universal

On 12/26 we were in a group of 10 and sat outside on the patio. We we asked to be reseated due to the cold weather. Unfortunately it would’ve been another half hour so we opted to stay where we were. We asked to have the heaters turned up but was advised that it was as high as they went. They barely put out any heat. Our waitress asked if there were any allergies in the group, which we had one, and they were Fantastic about that. We ordered appetizers that came out after 20 minutes. Our main food order then took over an hour to come out. The only special item once again was the food allergy that had the waitress, chef, and two managers that checked on it. We were given a 20% discount, but over all it was not an experience that I would recommend to friends. I ordered the chicken quesadilla that fo $17.95 should’ve had at least a side. Shredded chicken barely any cheese. Over $50. With discount for an iced tea, cheese curds, quesadilla, and a chicken Cesar salad that the chicken was cold and the rest of it soggy.

I understand you were busy last night, but when we were told you have a large party, ordered appetizers, on a cold patio that no one wanted to work in, it was in our best interest to keep complaining. The manager came over 3 times, was pleasant, but we were beyond disappointed at this point.

At one point we were told our food would be out in 5 minutes and it still took another 15 minutes

Mind you another large party sitting across from us approximately 9 in their party were in and out

When the bill came for 2 of the parties, the bill was wrong, and was told can’t you work it out among yourselves?

That was after trying to get our bills 10 minutes later.

Desired outcome: Hopefully no groups or small groups have to deal with any of the above problems. Please look into the overhead heaters.Personally I would either like a refund of the $50.00 or a gift certificate.

You chose to sit outside. When you realized it was cold, you were told you could move inside but you opted not to.

The $17.95 chicken quesadilla is on the appetizer menu. As you should know, appetizers do not come with "sides" like entrees do.

You were given a 20% discount but decided, after eating, that was not enough. Did you try to negotiate with the manager for your "free food"?

Another party was served before you. So what. You don't know what they ordered. I was sitting next to another table one time and they complained to the waitress because my friend and I were served before them, despite them being there first. What they failed to understand is that we were eating salads and they had ordered food that required cooking.

Margaritaville Enterprises I was discrimination on9/23/2022 in Las Vegas 3555 S Las Vegas Blvd 89109 fill out a complaint with manger I haven't head anything on this complaint.

Back Bar

Wasn't aloud to order a drink and a small fish and chip meal and she was loud with its and rude went to see the manger she aloud me to order but I felt real discrimination by the back bartender I fill out a guest incident work sheet have herd back from anyone about this complaint. I am 61yrs old and I felt totally disrespect.

and it came rocks. Not frozen we asked fir nacos no jalapeños but they were all ovenacos had no next them there was no meat on the nacos we actually complained on restursnt and was told the mean is split up over each order ours must of had. None. The chips were broken tiny bottom of bag bits plus they forgot our sweet potatoes frys no apology nothing worst experience ever and a Waste of money Table 155/1. 6/60107 9/3/2022

Margaritaville Enterprises Lack of security at Margaritaville Louisiana

I was playing the dragon link peace and love machine and winning. Another customer came up and began to take over my machine, telling me how I should be playing it to win. I had over $300 in and he continued to push the buttons on the machine and put his card in. I felt threatened and scared. No employees had been over and I was very intimidated by this customer. When he finally beat the machine buttons until all of my money was gone I felt safe enough to stand up and leave. I called and was told to come back and it would be resolved but upon returning nothing was done other than asking me to walk around and identify the man. Once I saw him again I had so he would not see me and went straight to security. Nothing was done for me. I will never feel safe at this casino and I will share on all social media and with family and friends that it is not a safe environment and that you all will allow customers to be robbed

I was playing Table games 2 day 01/02/22 n bossier city La I was on a $25 table I was on d only row open around 10am till 1pm. I got $$ out when I lost $360 from ATM I left wit 2 r 3 blk chips n 70 n chips. I went n played on $10 slot mini bac n BJ won $290 n slot machine had issues processing my ticket twice but they fixed it. I went up 2 d cashier gave her my chips n ticket only got d ticket $$, & not my table games play. I realized after I went n played on slots again n saw I was short. Margaritaville Enterprises Save your vacation money--Margaritaville in Waikiki is a ripoff!!!

Utterly disappointed. My boyfriend and I went to Margaritaville in Waikiki and let me tell you there is nothing worse than an understaffed restaurant on a Friday night. We waited over half an hour to get seated and when we finally did get a table, we waited and waited just for someone to take our drink order! The waiter (who was friendly) eventually took our order and when he brought the food out….it was lukewarm, yuck! The nachos were soggy, probably from sitting waiting to be brought out. I sure hope they get their act straight. I had high hopes for a Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville after reading good reviews but it seems like the place has gone downhill since those reviews were posted. We felt ignored and totally ripped off! My advice is to avoid Margaritaville and spend your vacation dollars elsewhere!
