magic jack is a horrible product!
I wouldnt suggest it to anyone.
Not only did I get this product online, only to find out that they didnt have canadian phone numbers, but when i contacted them through their support, they said that as soon as canadian phone number became available...

I used my magicjack for 4 months then i had an issue with my headset. Magicjack sent me another unit that was going to be billed if i did not return the original one. Anyways the problem was the headphones not the jack.

It works fine for me, with 2 MAJOR exceptions...

#1 - "all lines are currently busy" ... this means you cant call out, and nobody can reach you (not even your voicemail) if you are trying to call during peak hours.
