Ordered two magazines. Started receiving one. Made a phone call and I was assured it was on its way. 5 months later... phone call to cancel order... stopped getting magazine but no refund came. Third, Fourth, and Fifth calls to cancel... started getting one magazine again. Sixth call to cancel......

I purchased a subscription for a magazine in May.It is now November and I have never received a single thing. I have sent numerous emails letters and tried yo reach them by phone, all with no luck. These people are extremely deceitful > Do busin ess with them at your own risk....

Do Not order anything from Magazine City. They are a total scam!!! All they do is take your money, and ignore you. I ordered a magazine in May and still did not get one issue, when you call them they totally ignore you. I am sick of calling. I am going to the Better Business Bureau... Hopefully...

I ordered a magazine back in January and it still hasn't been delivered. I've called twice, before and they said it would be coming soon. I just called again today and they gave me a October 30th arrival date. Now I think 9 months to get a magazine is a little much. And I have a feeling...

I was trying to contact Magazine City but they never picked up the phone and never replied on my emails.
