I purchased a bag in Dubai mall in Dubai. The bag made not aligned perfectly. Due to uneven shape, Bag not standing. Same model in shop, we compared and it was same. which means its made from factory like this. I had complain dubai Louis vuitton. No have responded. Really bad, not respectful service. Costumer service really bad. I even agreed with exchange, even if I have to pay extra for different model, I am ok with it. But still waiting response from them. Take it back, the thing its not reliable and not cover for basic needs. Bag should be stand when you put it down. Costumer service was rude pathetic mannered. I tried to explain and she was laughing at me like make a fun of it. Look at the video. The bag is always fall down liked this.

I ordered two items in the 27 April 2023 from luxury retailer Louis Vuitton and after receiving the items, I sent it back within 2 days of the date of delivery for a refund ( I requested return by email only 24 hours after delivery) but they got back to me rejecting my return staring that the items have not been returned in the same condition which was sent to me which is untrue and unfair as I did no wear or used the items and sent it back how I received it, I escalated the issue to the management and they stated the same, they sent me pictures of the items with has tiny mark/ fingerprints on them that can be wiped Clean with a tissue or a cloth and these marks even did not come from me. As a consumer in the UK, I have the legal right to cancel my order within 14 days and in the same condition which I did. They are so Brazen that they had the audacity to remove the record of my online Louis Vuitton registered account so I would not be able to access it but I have kept all my communications exchanges by email so they cannot deny it. Can you imagine a luxury retailer like Louis Vuitton do something g like that? We are now in the court proceeding to decide what will happen. So I’m dealing with their lawyers in the Uk and it’s so atrocious how they have been treated me, they caused me so much stress by disrespecting me and accusing me and denying me my customers right. They completely refuse to accept that the damages they claim to have found in items could have been caused by courier or it could’ve been an error on their side from their staff. I have pictures that I’ve dr f to my husband and my sister to get second opinion before sending them back and it shows that dress and bag were in perfect condition , I also h E two witnesses my neighbour and my concierge that saw me putting the items in the box in perfect condition before sending it back. The incident was in May 2023 and it’s still on going in mid august , imagine the headache and waste of my time? I will never ever buy anything for

Louis Vuitton again. How about you? I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

I put my bag in for warranty and my ex partner went in and took the cridet this happened in 2019 my name is Khaled Sadie I have spent heaps at the store it took over 8 months for the warranty claim to come in no one rung me and told me I have a cridet so someone else went in and took my cridet

I bought a bag for my niece who wanted a bigger bag. I had the bag in my possession

I sent the bag back for a return and i was told the bag was use and i got no return. This is bull, that means the bag they sent me i ordered online was use then. They is no way the bag is use because i had it. I didnt need to give my niece since i was going to order a bigger bag for her. This is bull and want by money back

We bought a bag, and the lady who sell it to us she rapped and give to us, we didn’t expect that they will sell a scratched bag and we just arrived dubai (our country) surprised that the bag is scratched, due to this we contacted them however till today no answer (since 2 weeks they are verifying what to do in such case).

I’ve been sending multiple follow Ups email to them.

I see that they don’t even care about customer satisfaction, I will never buy anything from LV forever after this unpleasant experience.

If you are welling to buy anything from this boutique, don’t trust them check the product carefully and then buy it.

I don't believe that a branded bag like LV can be damaged just by keeping. The bag was purchased in August 2019 (receipt attached) and hardly used. How can a bag loose its shape just like that without being used frequently.

Had I known this is the standard of LV, I would have not purchased another bag in 2022 ( attaching the receipt).

I would request you to reconsider your response and assist in resolving the matter. I look forward to hearing from you.

However, what should have been a routine and positive experience turned into a humiliating ordeal that left me feeling marginalized, disrespected, and targeted solely based on my race.

From the moment I entered the store, I noticed a distinct shift in the behavior of the staff. It became evident that they were treating me differently compared to other customers. Their suspicious glances and guarded demeanor indicated a presumption of guilt or wrongdoing solely because of the color of my skin. These experiences left me feeling scrutinized, judged, and subjected to unfair treatment that was not extended to customers of different racial backgrounds.

Manager Ricardo V's actions during my visit were particularly distressing. As I approached him to inquire about the status of my repair, his body language immediately changed. He shielded the bag from me as if I were a potential thief, displaying an unwarranted level of distrust and suspicion. This behavior made me feel as though I was considered a threat solely because of my race, perpetuating harmful stereotypes and assumptions.

The cumulative effect of these experiences was emotionally and psychologically devastating. I felt humiliated, dehumanized, and stigmatized solely based on my racial identity. The discriminatory treatment not only tarnished my visit to your store but also eroded my trust in Louis Vuitton as a brand that values inclusivity, fairness, and respect for all individuals.

In light of the discrimination, distress, and inconvenience caused, I have decided to reach out to marketing agencies to notify them of the racial abuse I experienced at your Louis Vuitton store. As someone who works closely with marketing agencies, I understand the significance of reputation and the impact of negative experiences on a brand's image. It is my hope that by sharing my experience with these agencies, they can make informed decisions regarding their partnerships and support businesses that prioritize equality and respect.

Furthermore, I implore you to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take appropriate action to address the discriminatory practices and unprofessional conduct displayed by your staff, particularly Manager Ricardo V. I have visited LV store at Siam Center in Bangkok this week and one of your staff was really disrespectful and rude. She literally kept rolling her eyes multiple times when I was speaking to her.

I came to the store and I was holding a drink, there were some other employees with her, when they told me I can’t take my drink inside, I politely asked if they can keep it with them until I finish browsing, but the lady kept looking at me in a weird and rude way! Then, she kept rolling her eyes which made me uncomfortable!

I am really disappointed since I’ve never experienced such situations in Dubai’s store!

Hi, I bought this recently in Rome while on holiday and Chris was my SA. It was the last piece on display. He did mentioned that I can do exchange in my own country if I’m not satisfied with the product. When I returned to Singapore, I tried to do an exchange on 17th may but to my dismay the Ngee Ann outlet in Singapore rejected my bag. They access the bag and says it’s not in good condition and seems seasoned! I told them it’s the last piece and they even replied that I’ve agreed to purchase it even when I know it is. The bag is inside the box throughout my journey back. I doubted my choice and thinking of exchanging it back in Singapore. I’ve even ask the Singapore SA if the customer agreed to buy the last piece and they can’t do exchange? To which she answered yes! If that’s the case, SA Chris shouldn’t have sold me that bag. It’s not a low value bag, I really hope LV can do something about it and let me exchange. I’m not even asking for refund which I know I can when I’m still in Rome.

On the 1 May at about 12pm midnight I shopped for a few items at the Louis vuitton store at the Istanbul Airport in Turkey. I have bought several items from the store at the airport previously and always received exemplary service from them in the past.I was traveling with my husband and my 2 teenage daughters.While my husband was helping me choose the items and pay for the purchases, another sales assistant from the store, a young lady with long blonde hair approached my 2 daughters and told them in a rude and condescending manner that they were not allowed to sit in the store and they should leave immediately.

My r daighter was understandably shocked as they were tired as it was past midnight and was most abruptly told to stop nodding off to sleep and to leave the store immediately
It is unacceptable that an adult sales assistant can be so rude to children who were not disruptive, or disturbing other patrons or touching things in the store.Their only* crime* was sitting in the store quietly and nodding off to sleep while I paid for my purchases. They had not even looked at or touched a single item in the store neither had they disturbed other potential shoppers in the store.

This is totally unacceptable and shocking from a store like Louis Vuitton. When I found my daughters crying outside the store after they were told to leave, I confronted the sales assistant who denied her rude behaviour and denied chasing them out of the store and instead screamed at me for confronting her about why she told my 2 girls to leave the store and then started crying and disappeared to the back. The other sales assistants just said that she too was tired after a working a 12hour shift and did not mean to scream at them or chase them out as she too was tired.

Does this then excuse her rude and nasty words and behaviour?

This is unacceptable on any level to treat any customer, let alone innocent children like this because she is *tired*

I am deeply disturbed and upset about this and had I known what she had done earlier, I would have rather left the items as customer service and kindness is paramount to service.

I have bought many items from many Loius vuitton stores but never ever have I seen such rude and inexcusable behaviour.

This incident has really spoilt what was a fabulous holiday in Istanbul and has left me with a negative feeling towards the Louis vuitton store at the Istanbul Airport

I always enjoy browsing and shopping in the store but now I need to rethink even entering the store at the airport in the future. This is sad as I have told family and friends that the Istanbul airport has a great Louis vuitton store.

I have always purchased bags from you company my wife liked them up till recently . the bag is so warn she wont use it . never happen in the past . Bought it from the westchester mall NY and paid a lot . tried to complaint once before and never got a response to my complaint. Should have purchased it on the street to get the same results . Going to tell friends and relatives about our experience and will not purchase another one in the future .

Shockingly poor customer service in LV Place Vendome, Paris. Wanted to add to my LV collection instead a shockingly ill mannered sales representative was extremely rude to me as I viewed a purse on display. Actually puts me completely off the brand now as I left that store with a bad taste in my mouth.

I am a loyal customer of Louis Vuitton and have purchased many items from your store, including three of the same pair of sunglasses, Party Sunglasses. I am writing to complain against your staff, customer service and how I was treated when a pair of my sunglasses needed to be repaired, turns out replaced.

I went into Southbank, Melbourne store on March 17th to pick up my sunglass and was served by Simrat C. After waiting nearly an hour for her to get my sunglasses from out the back, she tried to charge me $170 for repairs, which were not completed. Your warranty states that Louis Vuitton will repair damages if there is a fault with the product, the stud on my sunglasses came off the frame, which I am pretty sure classifies as a fault. For the price paid, the quality should be 100%, including the studs around the frame of the sunglasses. A week later, I bent the arm on one side of the sunglasses and immediately brought them in to get repaired. I expected to pay for the repair of the bent arm as this is not a fault. However, I expected the stud to be replaced at no cost as the bent arm did not affect the frame. Not only did I have to wait six or so weeks for my glasses to be sent to Singapore and back, but to be told that the repairs team in Singapore would not fix the bent arm due to the risk of breaking the frame as the quality was not good. For the price I paid, the quality should be 100%.

I am appalled by the terrible customer service I received. The lady was rude, looking down on me and making me feel inadequate and uncomfortable. Louis Vuitton is supposed to be one of the world's most prestigious luxury brand stores, I expected a lot more from not only the products but the service. As your store eloquently says, “the brand states that complimentary repair or alternate resolutions are offered.”

Employee Marcus Canty at your Plano Texas store has been stalking my ex wife and putting her and my kids in danger by sitting outside her apartment and following her around. One day he pulled up beside me while I was driving with my daughter in the car trying to get me to pull over. This employee has issues and should not be representing your company. A police report was filed on him.
