Just recently I purchased 3 tubes of the Age Perfect foundation. Nothing wrong with the foundation except I can't find the corresponding concealer. And of course I'm finding out that the line is being discontinued. Lovely (sarcasm). Too bad for me I suppose. I guess I'm going to have to research which companies disconinue products frequently. Could you be one of those companies? I'm sure your customer's would like to know so they can switch to another.

When you discontinue a product you should immediately discount it. Or, the places that sell it should have to reveal it's a discontinued product.

I purchased the Age Perfect, eye cream- creme YEUX about a month ago. I used it 2X everyday waiting to see if it would lift my eye lids a bit. The cost here in the states was $29.00 so I assumed it would be a good start in correcting my eyes. It has not! I was hoping that it would do anything in correcting my lids but sorry, nothing has changed.

Since using the cream, my eye lids get itchy. I use other lotion once the cream dries, that helps stop the itching.

I have been using L'oreal 'Volume Million Lashes' for many years, and was very happy with it. Unfortunately the last three purchases were not good. The first one, was dry. So was the second, even when opened. I did not think much of it and put it down to just bad patches. A month ago, I bought two mascaras from Tesco/ UK. To my disappointment the Volume Million Lashes was again, dry even when I inserted the brush a few times. Nothing was stuck to the brush. The other one, 'Telescopic Lift' which I was trying for the first time was very good, full and moist.

I have attached a photo of the last two purchases.

I am not sure why this is. What I know is that I will no longer buy the Volume Million Lashes again.

I love your hair spray and hair putty trouble is can’t buy hair putty in Walmart or Kroger only on Amazon . And your hair spray use to be 3.97 a bottle now in Walmart 9 dollars and Kroger to why . I’m so disappointed….. I love both L’Oréal hair spray and hair putty . Could y’all make it appear again in stores and make it affordable…. Thank you Connie Garrett

I had two boxes last night because I knew I was gonna need them. I mixed both number nine blondes. In their places as instructed.

Putting them beside each other. They were not the same at all. I had a wrong dark brown one and threw it out a couple months ago So I didn't do my hair in a while because I didn't trust it. I didn't complain cause it may be a fluke.

Now I have these 2 ...a Dark red one beside a gold. Maybe it's the right color I don't know. I threw both of them out and I want my money back. In the bottle it looked like it was brown until I poured it out with the other one down the sink. Oh my god it was dark dark red. I'm so glad I did not put either on my head. Since I had three bad ones now. I don't trust you now. I want my money Back.

I've used this brand liner and have never had an issue till now. When I went to apply it on my lid the tip broke, it was only slightly raised, I then needed to sharpen it after the break and it took off a good-sized chunk of liner. Also, afterward, I had the cap on the other end of the pencil and the sharpener was stuck inside the cap so now I can't put the cap back on.

Hi. The Loreal Preference Light Ash Blonde which I have used for 12 years or so burned my scalp 4 days ago. It was burning when it was on which it normally does a little bit, but this was really burning bad. I now have scabs that are coming off with some of my hair. This product was purchased at the Smith's grocery store 7-18. I can find the lot number if it was on the receipt.

I have been dying my hair for 31 years and had used this product and colour consistently for years. I switched out to platinum for a few years and am now travelling. I decided to go back to this colour out of ease and because I trusted it. I followed the instructions to the letter. I noticed the product was getting quite dark but given that it hadn't failed me before I trusted it. I wish I hadn't. I am beyond devastated by the completely incorrect colour not to mention how my hair feels. I have no idea how that colour came from that box? I had a headshot planned for my new business, well no more. Does L'Oreal assist with colour corrections? I am a long-term customer who is beyond upset.

I purchased the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift from Walgreens. The first time applying the cream to my face and neck is area, within minutes I experienced extreme burning sensations which resulted in my skin being irritated and peeling as if I have psoriasis or something. This product needs to be off store shelves and re-evaluated! If nothing else... A full refund including the sales tax would be appreciated!

I have been using your mascara for YEARS, L’Oréal voluminous, carbon black.

Can’t get it off. Has the formula changed? I don’t buy waterproof. Have to use Vaseline to get it off. Then it takes my lashes with. This last time I bought at Walmart. Usually Walgreens. Is there a difference between Walgreens and Walmart? Why such a price difference?

hi i have been using loreal box 37 dye for a long time no problems i bought 2 boxes and i went to do my hair today both boxes said 37on the outside, but one box had the wrong colour in it i wasnt happy this happened on june 2 2023, the second box the bottle was black die , the bottle is usually blond , i bought them at shoppers drugmart in oshawa, i tried to answer your email but i couldnt get through,i hope this answers your questions,ty

Purchased on 4th May 2023, applied very small amount on 6th May, next morning I get severe allergic reaction, extremely dried and horrible red rashes clot red, extremely itchy, swollen face, fluffy and extremely tired and burning eye, many sleepless nights due to burning and itchiness plus sticky collagen with skin flakes surfaced, blistering, effecting the nerve on the back of my ear, cause cramp on my lower elbow causing my hand swollen and in agony pain for several days, Xray confirmed by GP that I suffered a 2nd degree burn, today 30th May, I am still suffering rough skin and itchiness unknow when it will heal.

My injury are so horrific, and many days off work, I am unable to sleep, constantly wetting my face, and combat with the itch, I closed my cafe business for many days due to unable to work and seek treatments: -

I have been using Superior Preference color Natural Blonde #9 for a very long time. In the last year or so, the wrong color has been put in the box, mostly a dark red color. This has happened to me 5 times. Yesterday I used what I thought was Natural Blonde, but was a light golden blonde which is definitely not a good color for me. This is also happened to a friend of mine who uses a different color. I have also read complaints that this has happened to quite a few customers. I would like to know who the manager of quality control is, and how the products are put in the box. Has there been any effort to solve this problem? Not only is this expensive, but does not look good for L'oreal. I'm hoping the company wants to fix this for it's customers.

I have made an order online (very big mistake from my side to trust) a long time ago. They said that it would take up to 2 weeks and I have emails proving this but after more than 3 weeks I still did not receive anything and I am unable to even track my order. I am extremly extremly upset about the service as I was not expecting this and what makes me even more upset is that I feel like my money was stolen. It was the official website of L'Oreal so it is not any random website this is why I trusted. My tracking order is [protected]. I am seriously demanding for someone to call me ASAP and tell me where my order is as I prepaid everything and it was expensive or I demand a full refund.

The brush is very difficult to reinsert into the container and snapped off completely the third time I used this product. I had purchased the product at Walgreens in Lafayette, La. In January 2023. This is my mascara of preference, but it’s always been hard to reinsert the brush. I just hoped that once you were made aware of the problem, you might update your container.

I have never used any L'OREAL products before. First time ever and was rather excited in hopes of improvements to my skin. I did no other skin treatments that I normally do besides clean my face before using the Revitalift Anti-Wrinkle +Firming Moisturizer as well as the Revitalift Triple Power anti aging eye cream products. As I mentioned I was excited but after I applied my face wasn't feeling as normally after immeidately applying the moisturizer. I figured it was doing it's process. After a couple of hours my face was burning and felt swollen. I looked in the mirror and I immediately noticed red blotches to the point of looking like a rash. My under eyes looked the worse. Face swollen and irritated. I immediately washed off but still burning and agitated skin. Attached is a photo I took 30 mins after washing my face. My skin still has a burning sensation.

I was curious if any others had this reaction and found these complaints filed. I've only used one day. As I said before I purchased and tried two different LOREAL skincare products and gained rash, blotchiness, burning sensation and swelling to my face. I'm hoping tomorrow it looks and feel back to normal.
Never have I had any type of reaction to any other brand products before.
I'm really disappointed of the outcome and will definitely not be recommendating any L'ORÉAL products.

Purchased in Dec 22. I have just tried using this makeup base and it really irritates my skin. It’s very gritty and the colour is pale and does not adjust to your skin tone. It also does not sit well on the skin. I’ve used many bb creams by l ordeal and garnier and have never noticed this gritty consistency before. Have you changed the formula? Do you have any smoother skin perfect or creams that are smoother? If so could I have a sample please. Medium tone. I’ll have to throw this one away.

I bought Toner Age perfect refreshing toner around 25th November 2022 from Clicks in Cape Town long street. after 3to 4 days started to see yellowish painful pimples. I went to back to clicks and complained they advised I discontinue using the product and should come here and complain. I didn't complain but I discontinued using it while in disbelief how could this product treat me like this where as I do use some of L'Oreal products so I just took it as a normal pimple breakout 🤦*my mistake 🙉

I didn't use it for about 3 to 4 weeks and I became fine or I was still in a healing process.

Monday I started using it again, ay now am sure it is this product🙆🙆, as I type this I have pimples which are so painful with yellowish thing inside. The pain is too much, never🙅 had so much pimples ever let alone painful pimples.😭😭😭
