I have never dealt with a company like this one before. I lost pictures last year that I wanted to order because of their lack communication or mis communication, and it is happening again this year with our children's school pictures. they gave me all the wrong codes for my kids pictures once again I might as well forget about this years pictures also

I went for the prebooked holiday session with my 2 year and 4 year old. We waited for 2 hours before being called out. The session completed in 10 minutes with my kids being cranky and frustrated and wanting to go home. After the session I was sold pics which I did not like and did not want to purchase. I was told if I don't take pics I still have to pay $60 for session charge. I ended paying $120 for the pics which I did not like, the session which was horrible. I have been trying to make a complaint and get a refund, but I am being send round in circle. I need on this asap.

They have discriminated against me and in decided to retaliate against me for the complaint. They aren't professional at all, I don't have the pictures of my son and being treated horribly. The studio has an employee that was racist and given praise, she was very unprofessional and not good with kids at all. I feel that the employees should receive professional training and there should be some diversity with the employees so that the customers feel comfortable. I think that they are informed that if they note whatever they want it doesn't matter what the customer says or feels that customer service will side with the employee because they typed it. To promote racism is wrong and to promote discrimination against another is wrong morally and ethically not only illegal.

I have an 7yr old child and for the last 4 years pictures are more and more awful. I find it quite insulting that the person taking the picture has no love for what he or she is doing. This is worst than going to the DMV getting the picture taken for the driver license. Some people are paying too much money for a job not well done. I can understands that the students are kinds and its hard to organize the whole preparation but the technology we are now using allows you to get the best picture possible and multiple picture at the time. I took my dogs to get the picture taken and the amount of toys and sound making toys they had was amazing. The love the photographs put to what they were doing was stunting. For the last 2 years I have not sent my payment in advance because I know what I will be getting in return. Please love what you do, don't just do it for the money.

Annoyed parent here from North Carolina. This is a terrible picture company. They sent us the wrong picture and after a week of complaints and attempting to get someone's attention, a supervisor, Jennifer finally decided to speak with us. She raised her voice as well and never taking responsibility of this issue.

Terrible people, crappy company and lots of customer complaints. Our kids will NOT be participating in any picture days involving these guys.

I place an order today for my son school picture and on their end it says. that an error occurred on our end, and we are not able to process the order. use other payment card. And i checked my bank account and there is a charge for $63.

Please kindly resolve this issue. and also, there is no customer service number to call. i chatted with one person and she was no help.

I have ordered photos online through the website and the only thing I recieved a an order form for a class photo with no picture of my student, Picture day ID EVTKKCCD, Paid $36.99 ordered on August 21, 2023 Order number [protected].

I have sent photos of both of my orders, I have not checked with the school for the other order but to save some time I have also included a photo of that order too. Please email me back so this problem can be resolved.

I had a simple question. I got the runaround on your automated system for 15 minutes and FINALLY got a live person on chat. However, he read my question and then was 7 minutes before he even communicated with me musc less answer my question.

Worsts customer service ever. I am sorry the district uses you. I will be sure to tell them as will other parents that using a different company that HAS customer service would be better.

I am unable to place my simple order. I cannot get in touch w/anyone. I get disconnected on the phone when I call too. And, the chat box just keeps spinning & then disconnects.
We really want & need Jeremy’s photos.

This company took a picture of my 8 year old son at school, made several copies of the same photograph which in which he had both eyes completely closed. He was traumatized when he received the pictures at school as he became the laughing stock of his whole class. How they omitted such an error using a digital camera, is beyond me. Even adults close their eyes during photo shoots. It is totally not okay to save such an image, how much less multiply it several times and mail it to his class for ridicule!

I’m seriously way past mad and trying to keep my cool on this but I dont appreciate you pushing your woke agenda on my 4 year old grand baby. Giving him rainbows to hold in his pictures and rainbow background. Y’all keep it up you’re gonna be like target and bud light and out of business because I’m not sure if I’m gonna let this one rest. Absolutely disgusted with the pictures and y’all should ashamed of yourself. So you better think before you keep giving little boys rainbows to hold with rainbow little girl stuff in his pictures because I promise I won’t be the only mad mother or grandmother not everyone agrees with this so not okay.

#56​[protected] That is my order number. My package specifies physical photo sizes. I never reviewed any photo package, and when I contact the terrible customer service at this company, I’m told my order doesn’t exist. REFUND MY MONEY!

Furthermore- I get spam in my email account 2-4 times a day… but yet I don’t even have my order I paid for. If this company put half the effort into customer satisfaction as they do into advertising, I would probably have what I paid for…

My son attended his Prom in April 2023. My first call to LifeTouch was May 2023 and was told the order was processing. I call today, 2 months later, only to be told the order was not processed. I was told to expect the order in 2-4 weeks. Not only was the order not processed, but they do not offer an expedited shipping option. Additionally, in review of the proof sheet, it is 1,000% clear that one of the photos is much darker than the other. I brought this to the representatives attention, who responded by saying that he would include a "retouching" message in the re-order. This is poor service and there was absolutely no service recovery offered.

I have been on the phone for over 40 minutes to reorder my daughters school pictures that were delivered to her school completely destroyed. 6 of the sheets of her photos look like they have packing tape stuck to them. The person on the phone was short and made me do 99% of the work to reorder these pictures and continued to question what was wrong. This is after the school tried to contact them when they noticed the school pictures prior to giving them to me. When they called life Lifetouch, they said they could only deal with the parent who order the pictures, which is ridiculous! I am disgusted by the rudeness and inconvenience after order over $200.00 worth of photos over the last 5 years. I will NOT be ordering anymore.

Feb 3 I ordered pictures online. 50 bucks. I spent $100 on the clothes and $15 on the hair. I was told he would take pictures two weeks after I paid. Started an investigation on March 10 took two weeks and they said they found the pictures and they would take 3 weeks additional to be mailed out. Never came so me and my husband called. April 21 is when they said they would start a claim and it would take 4 to 5 weeks because my card was cancelled. May 9 we called again told us it would be an additional 4 to 5 weeks to get a check in the mail. I was told I had to wait till June 1st because they still only process the claim but haven't issued my money back. I still have nothing. I will never ever use there business again. I see them a s huge liars that refuse to give me my money back. Do not order pictures from them. I will gladly pay more money to do business with anyone else other then them. You have been warned.

Hi. I am a frustrated parent. My daughter attends North Canton Middle School in North Canton, OH 44720 she just completed 7th grade. I spend the extra money to have her yearbook personalized and it was messed up...instead of my daughters name on it. Here Book ID is 273775. Here name is Kylee Harden and Lifetouch printed Christine Harden (my name) on the front by her picture. I am pretty upset. School is out so she has a messed up yearbook, some of the pages inside are misprinted as well, she was on volleyball 7th grade team. Team Orange and Team Black labels are reversed and some children pictures are in wrong grade levels. Not overly impressed with Lifetouch and Fall pictures being too zoomed in when taken.

I would appreciate a reply of what will be done about her messed up yearbook. school is out Her friends had to sign the messed up one.

School picture day 4 years old

Spring day they make pictures day usually the do redo but the says not I don’t not the school and the company never says or clarify about that my son has the first picture as memory he’s going to be transferred to another school but the thing is the first picture it was wrong because they not pay attention they couldn’t see kid before take the picture the blouse my son has a blazer the bottoms blouse was bunched up

The customer service says they can help me the only thing I can do is make feedback just sorry Spring they not makes redo but I says why they check well the pic if is not redo this is unacceptable thanks for your help sincerely zoila Cabral.
