I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent service provided by the LBC Cabanatuan Delivery Hub.

Regrettably, my parcel with tracking number [Tracking Number] experienced unexplained delays without any valid reason communicated to me. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of a clear explanation is particularly frustrating.

Moreover, the delay resulted in me having to arrange for a pick-up at the nearest branch, which defeats the purpose of the door-to-door delivery service that I initially opted for.

Furthermore, I am disappointed with the absence of communication from LBC Cabanatuan. I anticipated at least a notification or update about the delay and its causes, but unfortunately, none was provided. This lack of transparency and communication has considerably diminished my confidence in the reliability of LBC Cabanatuan's services.

As a customer who values timely and transparent services, this experience has been disheartening. I trust you will take this feedback seriously, addressing the issues causing delays and improving communication practices to enhance customer satisfaction.

My family in Philippine's suffered severe disaster's back to back. Typhhon and 2 days later an earthquake. I had to send funds and quickly prepare an emergency box. The first box showed up a month later than expected delievery. I was forced to send another box and everything was smooth until it arrived in the Phillipines. Now its stuck in a warehouse. Been there 2 weeks. I call customer service and the pass me to supervisors who just hang up. I send e mails that are never returned. Its so disrespectful how this company is in business. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Good day po Sir/Ma'am, magffollow up lang po regarding sa concern namin na halos 2 months na wala pang update, regarding sa incident ng jewelry access co. nadeliver po yung box ng walang laman, d po ba meron naman insurance yung delivery na yon? bat ang tagal po ng investigation ng LBC sa incident? 2months na po wala pang update? the said parcel is worth 17k pesos po, upon asking jewelry access co. wala pa daw po kayong update sa haba ng span na 2months?

if you want a proof ng parcel (video) meron po kami.

the complaint ticket # po na binigay is 1709885804. I will attach po yung video and pictures ng box and yung screenshot po ng jewelry access co sa LBC personnel.

Sana po kaagad kayong maka action dito, we are now filing a formal complaint/letter po sa 8888 and sa Office of the President about this concern and sa process na until now wala pang update.

BPI texted me about my credit card being delivered and also they provided me with a tracking number of [[protected]] I just checked your tracking website, only to find out that it was arrived at SCS Returns? How? No one texted me from lbc about the delivery and then you just decided to return it to your headquarters instead? What kind of service is this? Don't tell me that you cannot locate my address? please do something about this! I need my credit card asap! Contact me through my number! Please give me a call or just a message.

Full Description: I already got a text confirmation from LBC that I can claim my COPCOD from any LBC Branch so I went to and LBC branch at Elizabeth Mall. I was told by their CSR that I would need to wait or go back the next day because it really takes time to claim for the COPCOD.

I hope LBC would realize that you are doing Business and nota Free Public Service! It is very disappointing and so much of a hassle from your customer who already paid for the service, and yet what we get is a lot of hassle as we would need to wait for more than a day for a money which is already in your system!

I picked up the parcel at around 4:15pm and when I opened it, most of our things got damage. These caps/hat which we ordered flattened and made the prints damaged so we are unable to resell this. Thus making this complaint.

I send my box thru LBC last Nov 20 2023 here in dubai and my wife receive it last Jan 4 2024 ship to Zambales, Phils. I ask my wife to take picture of box and find the alloy small Trinx folding bike but she told me it was missing and the box is messy half open. That bike is the only important gift to my daughter inside of the LBC box. I file a complain but I have never receive a good news that they found my bike in a month.

I bought it 1500 AED with full stunning spec of parts.

I know LBC has good reputation for I have send for more than 15 years a lot of items like macbook, cellphone and other important things. This is the first time I have lost important gift to my daughter.

If they can't find it, at least they have to pay that value.

This is a big lie! We did not refuse any delivery and was expecting it to be delivered in fact! They did not deliver it maybe just too lazy to do their job. We have a store at our house and closes at 8 pm daily so who would refuse it? Makes sense? 'cmon guys do your job!

Good evening! I have a complaint regarding the parcel. Iba po yung naka tanggap ng parcel namin which is hindi naman po yun yung name na nakalagay sa mag rereceive ng parcel. That parcel contains important documents which is our passport. Pinadala po namin sa LBC Bulan Branch noong february 8 bound to taytay rizal. Then nung february 12 daw po is may naka receive po ng parcel namin which is unauthorized recipient.The lbc branch is taytay branch and the delivery team is “LOWER RIZAL DELIVERY TEAM”. Hindi man lang po sila tumawag sa authorized recipient. Nagtanong tanong na din po yung authorized receiver sa mga kapitbahay niya po pero wala pong nakakakilala sa naka receive ng parcel namin. So please take an action in this matter.

Tracking number [protected]. Undelivered package since January 21, 2024. No attempt of text or call to receiver or sender regarding onsite day of deliveries. Emailed and called customer care a hundred times to request transfer of package to LBC San Miguel Bulacan (Highway) branch for pick up, but still the package was stuck at LBC Pulilan Delivery Team up to date. The package was paid for door to door delivery and the address is just along the main highway. JNT, JRS, Shopee and other courriers can easily delivered parcels on the same address so why not LBC?

January 30, 2024 at exactly 12:42 in the afternoon I received a call [protected]) from the LBC messenger. He verified to me if the address written on the details is correct and I confirmed that yes it was. I also specified that the address is our office address. He's starting to questioned me if why I didn't include the company name with a frustrated voice, I explained that my address is still correct even w/o the company name. He once again questioned me why I didn't' include the company name with a frustrated voice. So i just kept quiet letting him murmur about it, suddenly he talks normally and said just wait I'll be there in a while. At exactly 1:30pm I saw him arrived outside the office I was about to go out and get the package myself, suddenly I noticed that he was giving it to the guard and it looks like he was really planning to just leave it to the guard w/o letting me know that he has arrived. So I watched him leave w/o any text from him.

I have been supporting LBC for a decade for its name & reputation and this is the worse experience that anyone can encounter. I am truly disappointed and I demand an explanation as to why my package has been mishandled very badly. I handed it properly to you and this is how it turns out to be received by my loved ones?! You can see in the images how devastating it is! How could anyone let this happen?! This is so unacceptable! Was this the reason why it hasn’t been being delivered and stayed at your warehouse for a week?! Half of the items are unable to consume and severely damaged. See attached images.

I demand compensation and action on the damages incurred under your care. If not properly addressed I’ll be forced to file legal actions.

I shipped out a package to Shein Philippines using this courier service, which I perceive to be the most reliable in the country. I booked online on Dec 27 and indicated the recipient details, as instructed by Shein. The package was picked up and paid to the rider in the afternoon of Dec 28. It contained items that I requested to return to Shein.

Come Dec 30, with neither updates nor calls from LBC, I noted on your website that the package was “returned to shipper" under a different name who is not known to me at all. Please note that I do not know this person and to date, I have not receive my “returned” package.

I have called the hotline twice, with no help provided. I was only asked to send an email. I even asked if I could be escalated to a manager, but was only asked for my contact details and didn't get a call.

To date I have already sent 4 emails, but no resolution or update received.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my package that has not moved since January 7, 2024; the screenshot shown below shows the package's last update with tracking number [protected].

I hope this can be resolved because the items being shipped need to be delivered as soon as possible. Further delay will cause damage and we can't afford for that to happen.

It is stated on your website that shipment will take 6-8 days; understandable, but as I've seen on your tracking page, my parcel is stuck being on CARGO SHIPMENT. I would like to know what this means? Has the package moved from there? And may I know if a solution can be provided after this complaint?

My package with tracking [protected] was over delay without update! I track it on lbc website and its says bellow

"Following is the latest fetch state of provided tracking number:

Tracking ID: [protected]

Status: Your package is enroute to MANILA MICP. New estimated vessel arrival 08/Jan/2024."

Today is january 12! Its already 44 days in transit! No update from your end!

I already sent an email but no reply on their end!

My sister was send a small package for my son vitamins and medicine last Dec 27 going to sinsuat cotabato from Bago City Negros Occidental. And supposed to received Jan 2 but unfortunately they did not send on time while this is for delivery and not for pick-up, and they did not even call the number of receiver. My friend supposed to bring this medicine going back to Kuwait and her flight is January 4 back to manila. But because of your negligence she is unable to bring this medicine for my son.

Parcel was sent Dec. 23, 2023 and according to the receipt, it was expected to be delivered up to Dec. 29,2023. I noticed when LBC is thru Calbayog, it takes more than a week for delivery. Unlike when it is routed to Tacloban.. I have attached the OR.

Incompetent. My box has been en route on December 07 as per tracking status from Manila to Davao Delivery Team but it wasn't until December 27 when they updated the next status that the Delivery team received my box, then on December 28 they said on tracking status that they are unable to deliver my box due to Delivery coverage issue. Like what? my address is not in mountain and it can be easily located and it is not my first time sending package to the same address, the same recipient and above all the same courier. they are just being lazy, if they really want, my box could be there before new year. Now they have the excuse to not deliver because 31 will fall on Sunday and the next day will be holiday.

My 4th time using LBC, 2nd time facing issue with them. The last time they gave me wrong tracking status for my box. I think there will be no 5th time because I'm done with them. I just hope my box will arrive in good condition and no loss.
