KFC Bad customer service and awful personal from manager to workers

Horrible workers even worse attitude don’t want to work and get mad cuz they are at work and the customers order food always attitude this specific lady in their can’t get her name she never gives it up but always smart mouth and attitude is disgusting I can’t believe she works for this chain of restaurants .. she is black and always has tissue in her nose she lies and says she manager their but never gives the meme or the managers name

Bad customer for over 2 years I been dealing with the same people that work their bad attitudes but what makes it worse is that no one makes an attempt to help the customer as soon as you pull up someone at the speaker yells and says go to first window no how you doing no hey welcome straight go to window and when you proceed with to the window. No one is there so you wait 5 min and no one comes you can see the employees playing walking around in store but no one comes to window so when you leave the first window depending on the attitude of the workers that day you may have to go around and even tho they are suppose to be in their spot doing their job they rudely tell you.. you have to go around again…and what makes it worse is the same employees answer the phone and then pretend to be managers and don’t give no names the pretend to be managers but won’t say their names they have this one in particularly rude unpleasant women she has toilet paper up her nose nasty attitude doesn’t need to be working in the customer service industry I advise everyone local don’t eat their because of her y’all whole buisness will go down with employees or managers if something isn’t done I will gladly complain everyday till something happens ridiculous I spent too much money their just for this kind of service

KFC Bad Attitude

This is about the Breman KFC restaurant. The 3:00 pm 01/02/2024 crew showed a parochial attitude when they saw me entering the facility. their laughter and exposure of bad dental structure put me off the place.

I hope they can be trained like Chick -fillet or QT workers.

KFC No Customer Service in Ruskin FL KFC

I went to my regular KFC in Ruskin FL to tell them about a problem the week prior when they gave me 2 thighs instead of the two breasts and sides I ordered. The manager told the assistant manager I was talking to that I needed to bring back the thighs. I had not even said I wanted a credit! A "We are sorry" would have been enough. After 11 years going to this store their customer service now sends me to Popeyes!

KFC Now I can't eat KFC anymore.

I have not been able to eat Popeyes or Hartz for a while now so I tried KFC which I always loved-until the wedge fries were discontinued. I will never be able to eat it again as I had a bad reaction to PEG or polyethylene glycol which is in the oil, flour or marinate. The most UP and coming new allergy since AMERICA puts it in EVERYTHING! Vape has brought it to the notice of allergists etc everywhere. Europe tries to keep it OUT of their country. I am sad and that leaves me with Chick fil A. Hope they stay CLEAN.

KFC Wasted my money

[protected]@6607 Prospect Avenue, Kansas City Missouri has some of the nastiest chicken and biscuits I’ve had in my life. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The biscuits were hard and I didn’t receive two of every piece. At Popeyes, when they don’t have your specific pieces they let you know. They didn’t here and I will never waste my money again. The food was downright disgusting

KFC unhappy

Went to kentucky on Robertson road kanata ontario today.

your chicken not the greatest, but buy better chickens. I used to work At K.F.C

from 1979 to 1983. in Arnprior and then in Ottawa on Baseline road.

the Chicken I cooked was awesome. Had a Crisp not too greasy and you could tell what piece of the chicken you were eating. Ther was no soft fat under the batter! The chickens were from Maple Lodge. Now all the pieces look the same, just sort of round with batter and the only distinguisable piece was the leg.

it was 12:20 pm (lunch) no customers but me and the had no chicken nuggets ready and rested and the had no white meat other than dark meat of the original chicken pieces, I bought 10 nuggets that were 13 bucks plus tax and the nuggets were half the size of Macdonald nuggets. my wife thought I bought her popcorn chicken! My 4 pieces that I ordered were ok because I was really hungry. The little paper pouch of fries you get with the 4 piece and chips is a joke! (C'mon!) I loved Kentucky and always bragged about the chicken before and ate it all the time. I doubt I will ever go there again and will tell people about this experience. My love for the K.F.C. is, sad to say, pretty well over. I have never went anywhere else for chicken but will be going to Mary Browns next week to try thier chicken. Way to ruin a long love I have had for K.F.C. ( i will still always crave it though)

KFC Very slow service

I was at the KFC at rangeline rd. In Carmel, IN. @ around 1pm. I stood in line to place an order for 10mins. and no one even came to the front line. Finally realized that there wasn’t anyone watching for walk-in business, so left to go somewhere else.

I’ve been a business owner for 40yrs. and it’s, good quality customer service that continues to keep me in business. Its hard to find quality customer service these day, no matter where you go. I can only imagine the business they must be losing and like everywhere else, they raise prices and yet they cant deliver customer service. It really has become a shame in the lack of interest people have that are in the service industry, I just want to know one thing, where is the manager or GM when service is this bad at their own store?

KFC Never EVER will I buy KFC again!

Bought KFC from KFC Sunward Park yesterday. Sub SUB standard - looked like chicken was fried 3x over in old oil - colour was dark brown - did not even taste like KFC - after I had ONE bite, I was sick of runny tummy whole night! I had to throw my food in the dustbin. Uneatable. There was only 2 cars infront of me - time was about 15:50 - between the pay point and collection point we waited 20 min! At collection I ask the lady if she is working alone, and she replied yes, the other staff is on lunch! Lunch at that time...poor management. Never do I waste good money on bad KFC again - ever!

KFC Turned away

I haven't been to KFC in over 6 months Due to angry manger who threw my 2 sandwiches away in the front of me. That was when KFC cared... through the survey. They rung up by 2 sandwiches and I gave them the survey discount that was filed out. The lady told me they already wrong it up my sale and didnt honor the survey discount. So the manager threw the 2 sandwiches away in the trash in front of me. I haven't been back. So now I go to Carls Jr which is near the kfc. Actually there used to be a long line to order. Each time I go to Carls there isn't a line at KFC at all. Apparently they upset many customers and they like me and quit going. Good luck with your business.

KFC Not satisfied in shields michigan

Wife ordered a pot pie and the top was half off. I ordered chicken could not get any white meat and that was far from fresh. It had been setting for a long time and didn't even look like the chicken I used to get and was grease from setting so long. Also the door handles coming into the eye were filthy had to make sure your hands were washed good before you ate.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at KFC Rivonia.

I visited the KFC branch on 2July on during the evening. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff appeared to be disorganized, and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness towards customers. It took an unusually long time for my order to be taken, and even longer for it to be prepared and served.

Furthermore, when I finally received my order, it was not prepared correctly, Streetwise 3 with Pap X2.

I understand that mishaps can occur, but the overall experience left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. As a frequent customer of KFC, I have always enjoyed the quality of your food and service. However, this particular visit was an exception to my previous experiences.

KFC KFC vs Popeye's: A Comparison of Chicken and Sides

KFC has been my go-to for takeout chicken for many years, but recently I was introduced to Popeye's and their mashed potatoes. KFC's potatoes are instant, while Popeye's are real, which makes a big difference in taste. Popeye's chicken is also much more flavorful and delicious. As a result, I don't go to KFC as much anymore, but it's still not a bad option.

One issue I have with KFC is that when I go through the drive-thru, I often don't receive napkins, a fork, or butter/honey for my roll. I've filled out surveys on the receipt to address this problem, but nothing has changed. It seems like they either don't care or haven't been informed of the issue. I've filled out surveys more than once, so it's disappointing that nothing has been done to improve the situation.

Overall, KFC is just okay in my book. It's not bad, but I've found a place that I feel is better. Despite this, I still occasionally visit KFC for their chicken and sides. If they could improve their drive-thru service, it would make the experience much better.

KFC Disappointing Experience at KFC Lindsay: Slow Service and Incorrect Orders

I've been a fan of KFC for a long time, like over 50 years long. I've visited many locations across the country, but the one on Kent St. in Lindsay, Ontario has left me feeling unsatisfied. I used to visit this location twice a week, but now I only go when I'm out of town. The new manager took over in the fall of 2020, and things have gone downhill since then.

Even if you're the only customer in line, it takes forever to get your food. I'm talking 20 to 30 minutes after you've ordered. And if there are other cars in line, forget about it. One or two will always give up and leave. It's frustrating to wait so long for your food, especially when you're hungry.

To make matters worse, the last three times I've visited this location, my order has been wrong. Either I received the wrong items or some of my food was missing. And if you order a meal with dark meat, be sure to specify "NO WHITE MEAT." Otherwise, you'll end up with old, dried out white meat that's too tough even for my pets to eat.

I tried reaching out to KFClistens.ca to voice my concerns, but no one listened. No one got back to me about the problems I experienced at this location. It's disappointing to see such a decline in quality and customer service at a place I used to love. I hope they can turn things around soon.

KFC Disappointing Experience at KFC's Hurghada Branch: Poor Quality Food and Customer Service

I recently visited KFC's website and I must say, my experience at their branch in Hurghada, Egypt was not up to par. I was disappointed with the quality of my meal and politely asked the supervisor, Rabee, to change it. At first, he refused but after some discussion, he agreed to prepare a new meal for me. However, when the second meal was brought to me, I was shocked to find blood in my food! This is unacceptable for an international company like KFC.

I asked to speak with the branch manager but was made to wait for over 20 minutes. When I inquired about him again, the employee had a very bad attitude and behavior towards me. Finally, I had to go to the manager myself to complain about my meal. However, he was not willing to listen and said he was not free to solve my problem.

I paid for a service and I expect to receive quality food and customer service. It is disappointing to see such a renowned company like KFC not meeting these basic expectations. I hope to hear back from them soon and receive a satisfactory resolution to my complaint.

Overall, my experience at KFC's Hurghada branch was not a pleasant one. I hope they take my feedback seriously and work towards improving their service and quality of food.

KFC KFC Review: Delicious Food and Good Service, But Customer Service Should Be a Priority

KFC is a fast food restaurant that has been around for a long time. They have a website, kfc.com, where you can order food online and find information about their menu. The website is easy to use and has a lot of information about the food they offer.

I recently visited KFC and was impressed with the food. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the sides were delicious. The service was also good, with the staff being friendly and helpful.

However, I have noticed that many large corporate-owned fast food restaurants in this country have poor customer service. It seems like they don't care about their customers and treat them like they are disposable. This is not acceptable.

I hope that businesses in America can get back to normal and start valuing their customers again. If they don't, we are all in trouble. The attitude and level of service that is tolerated by large corporations today will change this country forever.

In conclusion, KFC is a great fast food restaurant with delicious food and good service. However, it is important for all businesses to remember that their customers are valuable and deserve to be treated with respect.

KFC KFC Bixby, OK: Incomplete Order, Wrong Food, No Customer Service - Disappointing Experience

So, I went to the KFC in Bixby, OK and ordered the $20 fill up with an extra Mac and cheese. When I got home, I was disappointed to find out that there were no biscuits in my order. To make matters worse, instead of the coleslaw that I ordered, I got green beans. I absolutely despise green beans, so I was really upset. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one would answer the phone. I let it ring until the phone disconnected automatically. After trying to call three times, I finally decided to call the customer service number. I filed a complaint and responded to the survey on my receipt, stating the problem. This all happened on 06/14/20.

It's been two months since then, and I still haven't heard anything from KFC. I called the customer service number again, and they were able to find my complaint. They said they would resend it, but I'm not holding my breath. It's really disappointing that KFC doesn't seem to care about its customers. My food was incomplete and wrong, and no one seems to care enough to make it right.

I used to eat at KFC once a week with my family, but we haven't spent a dime there since this happened. It's not just the fact that the quality of their food has gone down, but their loyalty to their customers is non-existent. I would recommend spending your money with the competition instead. At least they will get your order correct. In my opinion, KFC has really dropped the ball here. Run away!

KFC Horrible Experience at KFC in Wallace, NC - Food was Straight Up Garbage

Me and my fam went to KFC in Wallace, NC for a quick dinner tonight. Big mistake. The food was straight up trash. I mean, I haven't had food this bad in a hot minute. The chicken, which is supposed to be their thing, was like eating cold, dried out jerky. And it wasn't even at the right temperature. They gave me all dark meat in my 8 piece box, which is whack because most of us don't even mess with that. And not a single piece of white meat in sight. I also got tenders and 2 sandwich boxes, but every single piece of chicken was nasty. I spent a grip of money there and the only thing that was halfway decent was the coleslaw. So basically, I paid over $60 for a container of coleslaw. That's some expensive slaw, y'all. I'm never going back to KFC again. It was absolutely horrible. The only good thing was the young man who helped us out. He was friendly and all that, but the food was straight up garbage. I'm seriously appalled at how bad it was.

KFC KFC's Chicken Pot Pie: A Delicious and Affordable Meal

This review is all about my thoughts on KFC's chicken pot pie. I didn't go to a specific KFC restaurant to try it out, but I wanted to share my personal opinion on this dish.

One summer day, I walked into a KFC restaurant with the intention of getting a meal that wouldn't break the bank. As I looked at the menu, I saw a sign that said "$5 FILL UP" in big letters. I thought to myself, "This is perfect for me, I'm always looking for a good deal." I decided to get something that I hadn't had in a while, a chicken pot pie. The $5 fill up meal came with one drink, one chocolate chip cookie, and of course, one chicken pot pie. I chose to eat inside the restaurant.

When my order arrived, I opened the bag and saw a box inside. I opened the box and was greeted by the most beautiful pot pie I had ever seen. It was a decent size and had a perfect golden crust on top. I grabbed my plastic spork and dug right into the center of the pot pie. The tender chicken, carrots, and peas, along with the flaky crust, melted in my mouth as I chewed and swallowed. It was so delicious that I couldn't get enough of it. I am now addicted to KFC's chicken pot pie. I absolutely love it!

If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend that you do. It's definitely worth the price and will satisfy your hunger. Go ahead and give it a try, you won't regret it!

KFC KFC's Biscuits Need Honey: A Disappointing Experience

The chicken at KFC was exactly what I was craving, and it did not disappoint. It was very good, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I also decided to try the coleslaw, and it was a great addition to my meal. However, I was looking forward to trying the biscuits, and I was hoping for a nice butter and honey coating. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that KFC does not include butter with their biscuits. While this is okay with me, I know that it may not be okay with everyone. But what really ruined my experience was the fact that they do not include honey either. This was a major disappointment for me, as I was really looking forward to trying the biscuits with honey.

Luckily, I had a single pack of honey at home, so it wasn't a total loss. However, I had three biscuits that I could not eat because I refuse to eat them without honey. I live far away from civilization, and I am not willing to drive all the way to a store just to buy honey. I think that KFC should at least ask their customers if they want butter or honey with their biscuits. This would have made my experience much better, and I would have been able to enjoy my biscuits with honey.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me less likely to eat at KFC in the future. I am afraid that I will forget about their policy and order biscuits again, only to be disappointed once more. If it is KFC's policy to not include honey with their biscuits and not even ask if it is desired, then I believe that they are not providing complete service. For this reason, I can only give KFC three stars instead of five, and I am much less likely to return. It's a shame that such a simple mistake on their policy can cause me to not want KFC nearly as much as I did only a few hours ago.

KFC Disappointing Experience at KFC on Schillinger's Rd. in Mobile: Cold Food, Confusing Service, and Unappetizing Pot Pie

I recently visited the KFC on Schillinger's Rd. in Mobile and had a less than satisfactory experience. I arrived at 5:31 PM on December 27th, 2021 and was greeted by Courtney, the drive-thru teller. I asked if they had any freshly made Pot Pies and was told that they did, which was great news. However, when I tried to add another order of a breast & wing, I was met with some confusion.

I looked on the board and only saw a combo for a breast & wing, so I asked Courtney how much it would be to add just the breast & wing without the combo. Her response was not very helpful and came across as quite rude. She said she didn't know until she added it to the order, which was not the answer I was looking for. I felt like she didn't want to be there or serve customers in a friendly manner.

Despite this, I decided to go ahead with the order and pulled through to the next window. The manager or person in charge asked me what the problem was and I explained the confusion I had experienced with Courtney. She said that my questions were confusing and that she had heard the conversation and found it confusing too. I simply wanted to know if I could add a wing & breast without paying for the combo, but it seemed like a difficult question to answer.

To make matters worse, there was a time limit of 70 seconds to make an order, which I found quite strange. I also didn't receive the drink I had ordered and had to wait an additional 7 minutes for it. When I finally got home, I found that the chicken was cold and looked like it had been fried for some time. The pot-pie was also unfit to eat, with a chalky texture and no chicken inside. It looked old and unappetizing.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at KFC. I live 10-15 minutes away from the store, so the food should not have been as cold as it was upon my arrival. My Grandson even threw away the breast & wing, and I had to throw away $12.08. It's a shame to see the reputation of KFC go down the drain like this. I don't think I'll be visiting again anytime soon.

KFC Service order

Uncorrected order, ordered a 6pc meal 3 or leg, 3or wing, ind swtcorn, ind mac &chs, ind coles slaw ind mash/gvy 4 biscuit inwhic we didn't get

Sale clerk said its would 30 minutes but instead its was ready at the service window went we drove up, and its wasn't hot and not what we ordered

It just wasn't a good experience and its not the first time

KFC Ontario Canada

I had went to KFC in Tillsonburg Ontario. When I had got home started to eat. My chicken burger was dry and over cooked. The 8 piece chicken I got the wife was cold inside. The only way this could of happened is it was cooked and put in to a fridge. Then put back into frier same as my burger I have being going there for over 30 years NOT NO MORE. I payed over $50 dollars for warmed up food NOT NO MORE.

The foo I got a KFC today Feb.27/2024 . It was not made fresh it was cooked and put into a fridge . And reheated . Chicken burger was over cooked and the 8 piece chicken was cold in side . Not if it was cooked by order it should not be ice cold inside. I give this 000000 stars .

KFC Product complaint

Hello sir/Madam,

I have really got a very bad incident from the kfc outlet at Mall of Qatar at 25/02/2024, around 9:00pm-9:30pm. I have ordered their dinner meal which says that which include 4pc chicken, french fries, bun,1 pepsi. But when we received the product we got 2pc chicken and 2 small piece chicken which was smaller than wings. We feel really uncomfortable because either they have to mention in the menu, it is 2 normal piece and 2 small piece, rather they have just mentioned 4pc, which normally we thought I was 4 normal piece. And we spoke to the manager for minutes and they wasn’t convinced and keep on telling it is 2small and 2big. We told that you have to mention and finally upon argument they exchange 1 small pc with 1 normal pc. and next small piece remains unchanged, which we found so unfair and no other customers should get a chance to witness it from a country like qatar. I came in your store on the 23 feb about 4.30pm with all 12 of my family they all sat down to eat. I tride to get severd I was calling out to them they just ignord me. There was about 4 of them ignoring me I not very happy. So we went to mcdonalds. They ruined are night out. Its just a joke try to eat out and cant.

KFC my whole meal

on 2/23/2024 my wife and i visited restaurant #g135341 7900 brewwerton rd we ordered the six pc meal for 20.00 half original half extra crispy mac an cheese mash and gravy and coleslaw. the original was crisper than the extra crispy and dry if i didn't know better it was left over recooked from the night before.the slaw was just plain cabbage and horrible. the biscuit's were as hard as a rock also got your new smash bowl the chicken in that was little hard pieces the only good thing was my soda for 32.27 i would expect alot better i do have pic's of the food.i would have contacted the manager but i can only assume the gentleman that boxed our food was a manger because there were only 2 employees behind the counter

Good day

I just bought lunch at your kfc Sanlam center branch in parow. I must admit I normally buy the bucket for 1 and ask for a leg/DRUMSTICK your staff already know me at the branch.

I must admit, I was very upset WHEN THE PIECE WAS NOT VERY NICE AND TOO BIG ABNORMALLY BIG.

I drove 15 minutes to pick up my KFC order that was pre-ordered. I came home and I was missing a seven dollar large coleslaw. I just want to get a refund on it. The store would not give it to me unless I drive another 30 minutes meaning 15 minutes each way that is unacceptable.
