I ordered the keranique seasonal system special of 49.95 supposable I would be able to cancel after first order, now reading the invoice it shows that I have a balance of 107.89 for a 3 month period. this is not how a I read their ad and now I don't want to use their product as if their ad is fake I assume their hair regrowth claims are false. I will probably pay the bill, but I will tell all my facebook friends that it is a scam and don't believe their add.

I placed an order on November 10th. Their website is very deceiving and ask you to add items before you pay. I ordered shampoo, conditioner, and a spray. They charged me for the hair loss kit which is not what I wanted. I immediately cancelled the order (ORDER CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION #[protected]). They stated that they had canceled the order. Went in and ordered the product that I wanted. They sent me a duplicate package. I called to do the return of the duplicate package. They stated that I chose to have autoship which is not true and stated that I had to pay for the shipping for the return. Even if I did do choose to do autoship, why would they send two packages at the same time? Autoship is set up for every 4 weeks or whatever time you choose. I have been on the phone w the company all morning without getting satisfaction. I am attempting to fight the charges. DO NOT order from their site.

I ordered from this company and then decided that I did not want to continue with the subscription. Finding a way to cancel the subscription online is impossible (the first sign that this company is a scam). So I called and canceled over the phone and I’ve been charge 54.45 TWICE after calling to cancel. Do not order from this company. I’m hoping I can get my money back.

I purchased the promo of Keranique products on 12/27/2022 for a set of shampoo and conditioner, and 3 piece travel kit. Throughout my purchase, they said there is a promotion for hair vitamin, a bottle of 30 capsules for $4.99 which I agreed to buy. They charged my credit card for $54.32 for the above purchase. ON 1/31/23, they continued to send another 2 bottles of vitamins, which I called the company immediately to cancel the purchase due to the products made my hair falling out a lot and didn't work for me. They instructed me to return the 2 full bottles of vitamins in order to receive the refund. On 2/3/2022 , they continued to charge on my card for $54.32 and $65.20 (total of $ 119.52). I called the co. but phone didn't go through. Today (4/15/2022), I called and spoke to Kerry, was very rude saying they sent me 2 times of vitamins but received only 1 return, therefore, the charge was correct. I told her the products originally purchased were on promo and price was not correctly billed. She told me that her supervisor will contact me regarding the matter. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM KERANIQUE.

sorry for the caps. form would not let me go back & change it. I have noticed on some products online that if you want to buy something, you say yes or check it off and scroll to pay and there is another ad and there is no way to say no. Please tell Keranique I will not pay for Feb nor March. Thank you and certainly appreciate all the help you give to people who have problems.

I purchased Karanique system as a one time

Purchase for 49.99 to try product. Made my hair feel like straw so I quit using it. A month later I was billed 69.99 for another shipment of product that I did not receive. I called multiple times and never reached a person and when trying to leave a message call was dropped every time. I emailed two different emails that were given and each were undelivered. I finally called and they canceled product but sent me an email

Saying I owed them 107.99 for a shipment they just mailed. Charged 69.99 and 107 for products I don’t have. What a scam!

Bought the trial for $54. I understood that it was a subscription but since hair loss is not temporary, I was in for the long haul.
Met with my physician and dermatologist - who prescribed pharmacological grade treatments. I canceled the future deliveries. I then received an email that acknowledged to me that future shipments are cancelled; but also informed me that I had an outstanding balance of $106.
When I called, I was informed that the $106 on the bottom of my invoice for future billing wasn't for future shipments.
I suggested that they keep the original $54, and we call it a wash. This is not possible. All containers (empty is fine) must be sent back and a full refund will be provided. So that is what I am doing. Tomorrow, all the containers are being sent back to the company. A full refund is expected. Very interesting business model that they want empty containers and giving me a full refund versus keeping the $54 in hand and cutting ties.

My debit card was charged $57.72. This is not authorized nor did I receive anything. On December 12, 2022 I ordered Keranique as a gift for my granddaughter I paid $53.45 and thought that was the regular price I did not agree to a monthly subscription my granddaughter did not like the product so I know she would not have ordered this. Could you please refund the $57.72 and cancel any future shipments.

I received my first package of hair products from Keranique. The Post Office stamped on the outside of the box that the package was received unsealed. They must have taped the box up and sent it to my address. When I received the package and opened it, half of the items I should have received are not in the package. I want my money back and discontinue any future charges with this company. I have been trying to call them and it is impossible to talk to someone. I have left several messages for a call back and no one has contacted me back. Please assist me with this issue!

Yesterday evening (September 14th) I opened my 2 boxes from Keranique. Lots of "stuff" BUT NO SHAMPOO! Why bother when the most important and most used product isn't even included? I am shipping back my entire order and CANCELLING my subscription.

I ordered the Keranique trial package as advertised on TV. I purchased it and explicitly selected for no auto-refills. I was surprised to get a supply for 30 days after the trial package even though I didn't ask for any. I just saw other customer complaints with the same problem. Keranique should be shut down. This is basically stealing from customers. There should be some legal action against this company. Such a shame, it sounds like the product might actually be good. But their practices and unethical practices are definitely not American. Shame on them.

I ordered this product on the trail bases, but received more product then ordered. I tried to return it but missed the deadline. Later I received a call telling me I owed 217.79, I ask if I could return the product that I did not order but was given no clear answer, just that I needed to pay the amount above. Today I received a letter stating that this is a reminder notice.

This company is not operating in good faith, I would not recommend them to anyone I am 74 yrs. old and cannot afford this.

We received multiple quanities of the product and rec'd invoices including late fees for a total amount of $427.61 covering 2 shipments. The price indicated at time of purchase, was less than a Quarter of the total price cited above ($427.61). In my opinion the your company intentionally shipped an inflated quantity and fraudulently billed for product not requested. Therefore it is our intention to return the product at your expense and contact the proper authorities to report your criminal methods. I request that your company send a return label so your goods can be returned at your cost ASAP. Please note I will be sending a complaint to the better business bureau and all of my contacts will be advised of how deceitful your company is!

I ordered your Keranique Hair Regrowth System yesterday,2/23/2022. You are charging me for 2 packages. On 2/22\22 $43.89 and on 2/23/22 $42.94. I only want to try one. Please have one of these charges removed from my credit card immediately. I was notified today that a package had shipped. Hopefully it was only 1. Please notify me when this corrected.

Do not order this. It does not work and here is why. Minoxidil is the ingredient used to regrow hair. This product only contains 2 percent. While others contain 5, rogaine for example is 50 dollars, contains 5 percent. Keranique is a scam. I even called to make sure I was opted out of auto reorder only to be charged 200 dollars 30 days later. Big mistake. I'll stick with rogaine. It's cheaper and the bottle lasts way longer.

Hello. I ordered the hair system on July 11, 2020, and cancelled August 12. I have the paperwork that it is confirmed cancelled, and I would no longer receive the product or be charged. I was charged Sept. 13 on my credit card for $53.51 automatically deducted. My invoice # was [protected]. I would like them to refund this $54.51 to my credit card and stop the automatic transactions. Thank you for your advice. Merrie Sue Holtan

I did not order vitamins but your company took out of my account. I did not receive any vitamins your sales rep, name nicole helped me on 7/29/2020 but she was only trying to send me a replacement. I do not what. I just want my money back. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Yall have reviews that is not good, taking people money not giving refunds. I will reach out to the better business bureau. Stop taking people money

On June 1, 2020, I cancelled my subscription. On June 22nd, keranique sent me a package with an invoice of $63.54.
I tried calling them when I received this again. The operator who answered the phone abruptly hung up on me. They did not want to hear my complaint about cancellation.

I do not want this product, it doesn't work on me, and I want my cancellation honored and. A refund. $63.54. I will return the package too. There is no address on the invoice, so I do not know it.
