Jack In The Box Food and service

Ate at the Jack in the Box on Trimmier in Killeen Tx. First, it took over 1/2 hour to get our food.. OK no problem. But... I ordered the Breakfast sandwich on Sour dough, eggs bacon cheese sausage.. the only thing on mine was bread, sausage, and some very limp bacon. When I went up to the counter I was told that they where short staffed and very busy. Told them forget it and just give me my money back.. Well, that wasn't happening. So I sat another 10 minutes while they went ahead and added the missing ingrediencies. The problem was that even though I use 10 napkins it was still to greasy to eat. I three it away and left. Jack In The Box Modification pricing

Very disappointed in the choice to charge for adding "onions" onto a product.

I had this same issue with Del Taco a couple years back and have not been back as the issue was never addressed.

There was a small charge of $ 0.15 for adding onions. Very small but annoying amount. Why? An onion has a cost of $ 0.50. At least 50 servings per onion of that same add on so, a cost of $ 0.01. About the same as a catsup packet.

It's a psychological turn off to charge for an item that has a 2% foodcost. Is the advantage of such a small amount of money worth losing the customers you spent millions on in advertising to bring in? Well, like Del Taco (which you also now own), you've lost me. A customer of over 50 years. Again, it has nothing to do with the money - it's the simple principal. Really, 2% foodcost and you need to profit off of it? You should be more worried about the excess catsup, taco sauce and dipping sauces which are far more expensive to you.

Desired outcome: Get your act together and make decisions based on the much bigger picture.Is it worth it? For me, no. If this is the choice of a franchisee that just doesn't get it - Oh well.

Jack In The Box Order wrong two times in a row

I went to the Jack in the box on Eagle Rd in Meridian idaho. Both times I ordered tacos. Ive been ordering tacos for many years and know they come in pairs. Both times I ordered 6 pairs of tacos which would be twelve. I was charged for 6 pairs. Both times i get home and got I have 6 tacos or 3 pairs. This isnt rocket science. the second time I also ordered large seasoned curly fries, get home and the container had curley fries on top and below regular fries.

Jack In The Box Dog gone the food

The eggrolls were soft and they are usually crispy it was soft and deflated and cold undercooked and the chicken sandwich bun was hard like a rock its not just the location Jacks food everywhere took a dip and it sucks I never complain but I had to get a knife to cut this and my dog wouldnt even eat the rest he left that part for yall to see and that dog eats poop so what does that say i woke up on sunday and I thought I was going to puke I had to run to the bathroom and I tasted that horrible egg roll and some sweet and sour mostly sour and this was the worst fast food experience and i have eaten at whitecastle so take that into your thought process this experience will live in my nightmares for the rest of my life

Jack In The Box The management team and scanning employees pay

I was working at the Victoria TX location on Rio grande st. I work and bust my butt all the hours they have me scheduled for but when payday comes along. We get screwed. I get paid for 16-20 hours and get paid a weeks worth instead of my bi weekly pay. I'm not the only who complains about their checks missing hours.

One day I clock in and see 26 hours and then next day hours are taken off. It's not fair everyone else gets paid the right amount. "management ' but the employees who are actually in the store working and taking care of customers get screwed.

Claimed loss: I am missing over 400 dollars in wages and that not even close to he amount others have loss I have chosen not to stay working there just to get screwed .cameras show when I was there but my time card doesn't reflect it.

Desired outcome: I want me and others to get paid what was esrned

Jack In The Box Jack in the Box at 2101 Palos Verdes Dr. N in Lomita, CA 90717

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you with a matter of urgent concern involving your store at 2101 Palos Verdes Dr. N in Lomita, CA 90717, and its alleged association with a local towing company, Budget Towing. On January 3rd a troubling incident occurred wherein eight vehicles, including my own, were towed under questionable circumstances.

It is unethical to have a solitary and inconspicuous "Parking only while dining" sign for the 27 spaces at your establishment, an issue I've already raised on Yelp and Twitter. These distressing events have led me to consider escalating this matter to the news media and possibly organizing a protest at the restaurant, though I am hesitant to take such actions.

My attempts to resolve this through your district manager have been ineffective, as my concerns seem to be ignored and not escalated to the corporate level claims department, which indicates a lack of attention or transparency from your management.

The incident in question involved a cashier at Jack in the Box reportedly calling and directing the towing company to remove specific vehicles, including mine, which was legally parked in a handicap space. When confronted with the valid placard, the tow truck driver hesitantly released my car, not before causing visible damage estimated to be $3664.71. Adding to the distress, another tow truck driver arrived and subjected my wife to a barrage of racial slurs, exacerbating the already volatile situation.

When I arrived there were four patrol cars present, I had a chance to speak with Dino, the manager of the tow company. Dino recognized the severity of the driver's conduct and considered termination. However, the involvement of the cashier, who sparked this incident, seems to be overlooked.

JACK IN THE BOX SHOULD NOT BE TOWING CAR OF POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION!

This incident poses serious questions about a potential collusion between Jack in the Box and the towing company, preying on customers through barely noticeable parking policies. The refusal of Budget Towing to provide insurance information for the damages caused only adds to the financial and emotional burden of this ordeal.

Given the gravity of these events and the lack of satisfactory responses from your management, I am now contemplating further action, including reaching out to media outlets and exploring legal options. It is vital to bring attention to this unethical practice and demand accountability.

Please look into the matter. Any response is appreciated.

Jack In The Box Delivery

On 01-22-24 I put in a delivery order through the app for breakfast, shortly after I received a text that my order was canceled and I should contact the store for further details. The person who picked at my nearest location off 105 west in montgomery tx was very rude to me, refused to give me a phone number to ask about a refund for my food. He told me all can do is give me a gift card that I can use for further purchases. I asked for corporate number and he hung up on me. All I want is my refund. I'm no longer interested in getting food from them. Everytime I order from this location I either do not get all of my order, it's cold or it's gets canceled with no refund.

Claimed loss: I'm out 21 dollars. I just want my refund for the food not delivered.

Jack In The Box Customer service, length of time for drive thru order

Date of incident: 1/19/2024 Store #816 Drive thru order #172

I went to the drive thru, ordered my food and was told to go park around the front of the building and wait for my order, after waiting 14 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long, the staff member Trezura was very rude and stated that there were only 2 employees working. I do not understand what was taking so long. Jack in the box is a fast food chain and that really makes no sense that it was taking this long, she had a very bad attitude and shifted her shoulders.

I ask if I could please get my drinks while I waited, after 20 minutes of waiting we finally received our food, The Homestyle chicken sandwich, the chicken was over cooked and the food was not even hot. The other 2 burgers were cold as well, I do not live but 3 minutes from the Jack in the box, so after waiting 21 minutes to receive my food and receiving attitude from the employee, my food was not even worth eating. Therefore there is no reason that my food should have been cold. Ticket time 9:17pm - waited 21 minutes, 9:38pm

In addition to this each one of the meals were priced for $1.00 more than the listed price.

This is not the first time that I have had issues with Jack in the box, but the other times I let it go, but all the money that I have spent there, this is just out of control.

If this issue is because of poor management as far as scheduling, I feel this needs to be handled and the employees should speak up for themselves.

Jack In The Box Missing food and service

I've gone to a location here multiple times and have been missing food every time it's a college location so I end up not really being able to check my food. I've had multiple items mustn't every time with 0 contact from Jack in the Box despite multiple contact attempts over 2 months. Today I went to the Kenmore location with a online pick up for the drive through. The woman at the drive through blatantly refused to give it to me and told me to go in the lobby. I let her know I ordered it for the drive through specifically, she told me she "had too many orders". Girl, WHAT? There were 3 cars in front of me and absolutely no one in the restaurant or parking lot. It's a drive through, to get out I have to wait behind 3 cars and drive by the window! Just grab it from the lobby? I go on to get it, obviously pissed dogs freaking out because I'm leaving them in the car., IT'S THE ONLY ORDER ON THE SHELF. ONLY ONE. Not a single customer inside (not shocking with this person employed here) Insanely lazy. Just beyond me with that experience. The fact Jack just won't respond either is crazy and is literally theft. GET IT TOGETHER JACK IN THE BOX! Should have looked at the wild amount of low reviews at this location

Jack In The Box Food

So I placed an order at Jack in the box for delivery by DoorDash. They said it would take approximately 30 minutes to get here and then the time kept going up and up and up to where it was an hour before it got here. Pretty sure Jack in the box already made the food before DoorDash ever picked it up. Because by the time it got to me everything was cold couldn't need the fries they were cold soggy and nasty the burger was nasty stuff was falling off of it and I swear you put catch up on it when it was a jumbo Jack cuz it sure did not look like the sauces supposed to be on there. If I'd have been in the store I would have thrown that stuff back at you and told you to make it again. Unfortunately I couldn't do that. You have this thing about we don't make it till you order it but yet every time I buy food from you guys it's like it's been sitting there forever. But it doesn't matter I get to sit here all night with nothing to eat because my food was bad and I don't eat bad food or cold food cuz I don't want to get sick. Also did you teach them not to put napkins and you cancel those in the bag. I ordered a cheesecake and there's no fork to eat it with we're also known napkins in the bag that's just something you guys do on purpose to cut corners with cost because I never ever get a fork or napkins when I order from you.

Desired outcome: Fix your issues if Door Dash is more then 10-15 minutes arriving don't want a customer's food just sit there waiting for them because it gets cold soggy nasty and disgusting and no one's going to eat it.

Jack In The Box Milkshake machine

I just left the jack in the box on 82nd and king rd in Portland Oregon I go to jack in the box everyday for a strawberry milkshake there machine has been broken for at least 2weeks or more I have to go way out of my way to find another store this is very inconvenient it shouldn’t take this long to fix a milkshake machine this is bad customer service in my book on top of that the menu board has a jr jumbo jack listed for $2.09 and I was charged $2.69 at the window I’m very disappointed.

Jack In The Box Condiments

For some reason my Jack in the box wants to charge me for sauces that have already been ordered online. They will literally argue you down over ranch while you're paying $30 for your food. I'm really tired of it and at this point if you're not able to give me the condiments that I already on my receipt then I have to have a refund and I have had to do this several times. I refuse to eat stuffed jalapenos without ranch. Why can I not have what I ordered? If it's on my receipt from an online order why do you want me to pay for it and I've already selected it online? Why do I have to argue in the drive through over condiments for my meal?

Desired outcome: Make them stop doing this. If the condiments have been ordered online and are included on the receipt they have to stop demanding additional payment for condiments that are already included on my online receipt.

Jack In The Box No food

I went with a friend to the Jack on Olney Ave in Port Orchard, WA. We went to the drive up. Once at the speaker we were told the following. "Letting you know we have no buns only bread, no regular or curly friends. We are out of chicken, thin mints, eggs roles and mini tacos.

What? Not sure who does the ordering for this place but they should be fired. They should have used funds and gone to the store to buy some items or just closed for the day. We had to sit in the line until we could get through and wasted 20 minutes of our lunch hour.

This happened today 12/4/23 at 108pm. Why this Jack is still open is mind blowing. Several months ago they closed due to no staff. I think it should just close for good.

Jack In The Box Jack in the Box Store #5007

I am attempting to take your customer survey but my 14 digit code doesn't work. I have tried online and on the phone.

My husband and I were at your newest store in Louisville. It wasn't crowded and had heard so much about Jack in the Box that we decided to try it. First, we were advised not to order tacos because they had just gotten a large order of 40 tacos. We ordered a wrap and a child's cheeseburger meal.

My question is why your system is not accepting receipt.

Jack In The Box Customer service

As one who trained multiple employees including management when I worked and managed at Jack in the Box i explained how I wanted my sandwiches made when I received the receipt I noticed it was not rung up correctly so I reminded them how I wanted it and the manager on duty got an attitude saying it could not be rung up that way and how she’s been with Jack in the Box for over 20 years since she was a teenager I remember when Jack in the Box had higher standards and would correct the employees instead of lashing out at the customers

Jack In The Box Customer service and food order refund

On Wed Nov. 29 2023 I place on order on the Jack In The Box Mobile app for the location at 2727 W Wheatland Rd Dallas, Tx 75237. I made it to the location to pick up my order. I made back home and realized I didn’t get my Oreo Milkshake so I checked the rest of my order to find out that all my fries were ice cold my jumbo jack was not made correctly and my egg-rolls were cold as well. I went back to the location to get my money back only for my jumbo jack meal and the manager on duty called only what I could assume was the store manager. She then came back to tell me there was nothing I she could do and that I had to request a refund in the app. Stood in the restaurant trying to figure out how I could request the refund in the app and there was no way to do it. I informed her that I couldn’t do it the app and that I needed my money returned to me. She told me that it wasn’t her problem and I needed to figure it out. She told me to come back in the morning to talk to the store manager and I Refused to do so and she called the manger back and proceeded to speak in Spanish so I said to her “speak in English so I could understand “ she then said “she doesn’t speak English”. I told her “well how am I suppose to speak with her in the morning if she doesn’t speak English”. At the point I am extremely upset because my order was not made correctly, it was cold and I couldn’t even get my money back and my order was over $30. I need to speak with someone IMMEDIATELY about this situation with a resolution ASAP

Jack In The Box Manager on duty

Her name is yassice. And for some reason she has a issue with me and at first I didn't think nothing of it with my food always getting messed up. But the last few times it's gotten bad yesterday I asked and got charged for extra cheese and nothing at all as see in the picture below and this only happens when she is there. the store # is 3704. Date. 11/27/23 time 4:35pm
