Good Morning

I work for Divine importers and your fellow company waterlogic have been providing us with water for the pass 2 years. However, in September i understand you merged with them . From this point on we received multiple water deliveries to which we did not order and have been charged for. We contacted you to inform of this and that we apparently held duplicate accounts. We have contacted you to raise a complaint 3 times via email and multiple calls to which we have never received any communication back.

This has taken huge amount of our time and caused significant distress. We have been trying to close the account with you and receive a refund for the water that you collected at 7am in the morning and was told we will not be receiving a refund for the 12 full bottles of water.

To put things into perceptive the service and false promises we have received is Diabolical .

I am a Culligan customer for more than 6 years now. I would like to submit a complaint and a feedback regarding the team at the Sylmar, CA location. I am sorry to say the team does not has ethiques and attitude how to talk to customers. Moreover, when I requested to talk to the manager, I was told I will get a call back. But it has been 2 weeks now, no one has called me yet. Specifically, this rep by the name of *** has been outrageously rude and hung the phone on me.

I am not sure if any action will be taken, but as a customer I can assure I am going to opt out of Culligan services soon.

- I ordered 6bottles of water in July, 2023 and it was delivered. Few days after I noticed that the colour of one of the bottles started to changed and the water turned to yellow. Please note that I store water away from direct sunlight.

Then it progressed to another bottles.

I contacted the customer care service of culligan who arranged for the pick up of the bottles.

Before the pick up date, another bottle turned yellow with particles in side. Quite disgusting to look. This bothers me as I have 3 young children who drink from this as well as my husband and I.

I am yet to get a full explanation from Culligan about what happened to the water and no one is taking responsibility for it.

Rather I am being ridiculously charged

- Culligan customer service us extremely poor. Each agent gives different advice and none is recorded making me wonder if there is a uniformity

- thirdly, I would want a look into my account.

Tried to tell me that I hadn't been paying for my softener all year when they hadn't been charging me for a filter, then after we look up the filter contract it's 75 a year and they start trying to charge me $75 a month but they are actually trying to charge me $100 a month I call corporate and they tell me it's a franchise and they can't do anything to make sure that my mathematically incorrect bill is fixed. The general manager was parked outside my house after he threatened to take myself because he couldn't figure out how to take care of the filter problem the only reason he knows where I live is because I'm a client. I'm going today to get my money back that I paid ahead of time and if it's not corrected I'll file a police report then head straight to the courthouse to file pro se against Culligan. a Representative of a franchise still represents your name it's not their responsibility for you to make sure that they act accordingly to good business on your behalf.

I am a customer from Culligan of Ventura. They are extremely unprofessional and lack quality customer service. Since being a customer 90% of the time the water is delivered late. I have to call to ask where my delivery is practically every month. My delivery was supposed to be on 4/6 however, it never came. So just like routine I have call the office. Come to find out my route schedule is as changed to 3 weeks later and no one bother to notify me. I asked the reason why my delivery is late every month or why was the schedule changed without being notified. The same excuse is we apologize there are too many customer to contact. You are in the business to service members. If you are not providing service or delivering water then what is your purposes? I cancelled my service today because enough is enough. I was told that someone will be in the area on the 13th to pick up the left over bottles. At this point, all you can do is laugh as earlier when I asked for an earlier delivery date due to not being notified of the new schedule I was advised it can’t be done. But somehow now someone will be in the area to pick up empty bottles in a few days.

To whom it may concern:

First, I would like to state, that I personally do not like to complain, but do to the lack of support from my local Culligan dealer, they have forced my hand to do so.

Second, I apologize in advance for the long email, but I feel that it is necessary to fully explain the gravity of this situation.

I purchased the Hans RO water treatment system as well as the Culligan HE Softener from the Jefferson City, Missouri branch. I travel for my work, so scheduling this install was vitally important to me, as well as the installing technicians. The original install date was set for 1-4-23. I receive a phone call from a GM named Josh, that they didn’t even have the Hans unit. As I previously stated, I travel for my work, and my salesman, named Steve told me that everything was ready for the install on 1-4-23. That was the first setback. I understand that things come up, but I could have been informed of this a lot earlier. Now the install was set for 2-7-23. That day came, and the install proceeded, even though they had to make a couple of trips to the supply house because they came unprepared. They were unsuccessful in establishing the WI-Fi connection to the Hans unit and the Water Softener connection kept dropping out. I myself, fixed the connection to the Hans unit, and after that I noticed that the Hans unit was displaying that the stage 1&2 filters are not keeping track of the gallons used. It is sating the 0 gallons have been used, and the other 2 displays are showing that the element and the stage 4 filters have used 751 gallons. Obviously there is an issue there. I contacted the Hans people directly, and he guide me to check all of the connections, which I did and found no bad connections, so then the Hans Tech stated that the installers would have to return to further evaluate the issue. Also, at this time, The HE softener is displaying an Error stating usage detected. I reported these issues to my salesman Steve on 2-11-23.

On 2-15-23, I received an email from Culligan, thanking me for my purchase, and if for any reason, I was not satisfied with my purchase, to contact a Matt Sullentrup, The GM directly. At this time, I still haven’t heard back from Steve, so I decided to contact Matt. I called the number provided in the email, and I was greeted by a lady named Amber. She stated that this Matt hasn’t worked there for over a year, so Why am I receiving an email from Culligan with his name on it? Anyway, This Amber was very polite and seemed genuinely concerned with my situation. She apologized for their negligence and offered to help in anyway that she could. She stated that she would send me her direct number and for me to contact her. She did send that info to me, but it wasn’t until 2-20-23. That’s ok, I’m glad that someone was going to help me because Steve wasn’t doing anything. In Ambers text to me on 2-20, she stated that she would give me an update as soon as she knew something. I responded thanks, back to her. By 2-28-23, I still haven’t heard from anyone, so I sent her a text stating that it has been a week, and asking for an update. That was at 12:39 pm. She responded back at 5:05 pm stating that she would look into it first thing in the morning. It is now 3-4-23, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. These Hans RO systems are not cheap. I had this install on 2-7-23 and as of today, 25 days later, I still don’t have a working system. As I stated in the beginning, I do not like to complain, but this is beyond ridiculous. How you respond to this complaint will let me know if this is an isolated incident with the Jefferson City office, or if Culligan has become to big of a company to care about their customers. I would be happy to screenshot all of the text messages and send them to you, if needed.

I ordered a water delivery on 12/5, water was supposed to be delivered on 12/15. I have called numerous times, while waiting on hold forever, or being connected with an answering service. I have been promised water on 2 different occasions since. And still there is no delivery.

I want the month of December taken off of my bill since your empty bottles have been sitting in the hallway since 12/5 waiting to be picked up.

The people who answer the phone don't even attempt to apologize for any inconvenience.

If I don't get a delivery by Monday, 1/9, I will be canceling my contract with Culligan/Aqua Falls.

I am honestly never one to complain about anyone, but hear lately I've had enough and today when Culligan showed up to service my softer evidently drove up in my yard. I take extreme pride in my curb appeal and this infuriates me. They are the only ones that have parked in front of my house today and it WAS NOT like that this morning!

Sales person comes to our house as requested. Tells us we will not need anything else at all except for the system we are putting in. It will remove bacteria, metals, smell, etc. We also did an RO system under our kitchen sink with a water spout just for water from RO. The tech comes out to install and lets us know that this system will not work for us. So, I call the sales lady and she says he doesn't know what he is talking about and that we have nothing to worry about, it will work. Well, we have bacteria and the water is rusting our stuff. She said it is because our well changed? WHAT? Our well changed? Not it didn't. It absolutely did NOT! First they blamed the droubt then all the rain. Lies, Lies and more lies or excuses. We have a special needs child and we can't use our water system for drinking because of bacteria. The Culligan person said we would now need to spend 12k more for a whole house RO and a pump to push the water throug the system faster. Come to find out from our neighbors this is Culligan's MO! I am beyond mad and they simply do not care. They just want to sell more stuff to you. Fraud! Liars! I am discussed with them. They did the same thing to both of my neighbors further down the street. Over 6k and we got nothing that is useful. Planning to hire an attorney and hopefully resolve this issue one way or another.

Charging $2000 dollars for a 17 year old water softener was a little bit extreme. Especially when its up to the dealer to determine the value.

Communication with Jason at Culligan was also horrible. He doesn't return calls to the office. I called 4 times over a month period to the office and he never returned my phone calls until i got his cell number after physically stopping into the office.

I would say the last straw with Culligan of Watertown was Jason telling my wife she doesn't listen to me when I tell her something. Then telling her if she wanted a copy of the signed contract she could come and get it herself because its not Jason's job to provide paperwork for accounts. That is a word for word quote from Jason the owner.

I stopped into the office to retrieve a copy of the contract my aunt had signed (I was managing her estate) and Jason wouldn't even talk to me. He looked at the floor and ran out of the office.

Everyone was very nice and polite, the owner however was not.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Culligan for over twenty years and have been moderately pleased with their service over the years. Recently they have missed their scheduled delivery date on two separate occasions without notice. Both times it was left up to me to call and ask for a re scheduled delivery. Just this month (September 2022) they missed the 9/2 scheduled delivery and after speaking with the branch manager they missed the 9/13 re scheduled delivery. Never a call or notice. I’ve reached out to Corporate but to no avail. One thing is for sure Culligan is extremely prompt on taking their payment from my bank account.

Early this year I contacted Culligan in Durango Colorado, [protected] asking them to send a repairman to look at our Culligan system that had become inoperable. The lady that responded many days later either wasi in Farmington, New Mexico or Durango, Colorado, she did not make it clear where she was calling from, Subsequently, and many, many days later she called tlling me that a servicman would be coming to look at our system. Again, many days later a man by the name of David visited us, look at our system and decided that there was nothing wrong with the Culligan water softner. I discussed the problem with him advising him that the system water tank would not refill, and the entire apparatus was inoperative, David, (Culligans repairman), could not find anything wrong, and decided that the system needed salt.

After discussing the problem with him, he still decided that the system was ok. and left.

To date our Culligan water softner sits idle, no water is present in the water tank, and in short it has become a worthless water softner.

Whomever this lady in this area is, she is certainly an unqualified person that should no be a representative of a fine company like Culligan.

I talked to her and informed her that I could not pay for one of her employees

taking a leisure trip to our area and deciding that an inoperable system is ok.

On June 29 2022 Culligan had installed the wrong water filtration system in my home. The installer said he can’t turn it on or hook it up since I don’t have a drain and he just left it that way. Same day I called Culligan to fix this situation and they apologized for mistake and agreed to bring a different filter that would work the next day. The next day the installer starts working on the systems and realizes he is missing a part, and leaves it semi connected while driving 45 minutes to get the part. I ask him is okay for son to shower and he said it’s fine. An hour later I still hear water pump running which isn’t a good sign so I unplug it since I’m worried about damage. Finally installers comes back and I hear him saying something about the pump, keep in mi d while he was gone I called the company and told them something seemed off and they said someone would call me back but no one ever did. So the installers gets the new filter connected water runs for a minute he leaves I work outside few hours come back in no water. I call the company 3 times waiting for someone to address the issues they never do call back and I have no running water the guy who install it says maybe your pump is bad, which is a new pump and worked fine before he came! Customer Service is horrible and they messed up the install 3 times

I get Culligan water delivery both at home and at work. Why is it so inconsistent?

At work they're supposed to come once a week, but miss weeks on a regular basis. We often run out of water for our customers because they just don't show up.

Same at home...Supposed to receive delivery on the 10th of every month (which they promptly charge for). This month they won't be delivering until the 27th. What is going on? And why are we paying for service that we don't receive?

may 15 2022 woke up to flooded kitchen/hallway after this unit cracked open during the night and allowed water to freely flow everywhere! I must now rip up damaged sub flooring and vinyl planks and eradicate any and all mold

I was scheduled for salt delivery on 4/8/2022. I called and was told that they had to reschedule for the next day (4/9, saturday). I called back twice to confirm

That the delivery would come. They assured me that it would, and that I was number 12 on the list. Saturday comes and it's a no-show, and I can't get hold of anyone. This has happened several times. If this is the kind of service that I am going to receive, then I want a price cut. I cannot plan anything as I need to be here when they come.
