I bought a Sony digital Camerain Lucky Plaza, Ishida Marketing Pte Ltd.The shop sold me at the price of almost 125 $ more.I had gone again to the shop for replacement of the camera they behaved so badly. Since I had to travel the same day to India, I didnt have time to fight. I feel cheated coming to SIngapore.Kindly do not purchase any item in the Lucky Plaza. All the shops in there are waiting to cheat people.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I worked there before and I knew how they cheated people. not only Ishida did that but all of the camera shop in lucky plaza does. need to be more careful and smart to buy any gadget not only in lucky plaza but all shop have the same look with lucky plaza... I suggest if you're going to do shopping in Singapore especially gadgets is to buy in a high end mall Ex. CK Tangs, ION Orchad and Vivo City, ask the salesman/lady if Tax and accessories included on the price offer and also ask for warranty and dont forget to get a reciept.
I also feel the same thing... Cause last Saturday i am asking them the price of canon 550d but they told me that I have to buy 1100d to save money... they also told me that they are the cheapest store in Singapore... On the same day, as Im on my way home I saw the ads in IMM..., one shop is only selling the camera for 835 with freebies... I ask them but they told me that the item in non returnable... until now i feel so bad...
Dont go to Ishida Camera shop in Lucky Plaza, they are cheating me at HIGHEST PRICES for Tamron Lens 18 - 200 mm at SGD420 and the Vitacon 0.5X wide angle lens at SGD330. Mr. CHEOW - the seller in there was cheated me!

I have the same experience. Bought a DSLR, canon, use for one month, got some problem. I went back and make an enquiry and the sales attendance show me bad attitude saying they can't help, i have to go to Canon. They were so rude and i have an argument with them. In the end, the boy just blow off, and shouted at me and asked me to leave. I was so shocked. How can this kind of people become a sale person?
Never never go to Ishida, i think they might have sell me a unit from somewhere becasue the serial number on the box and camera are different.
