I answered a job ad for a Secret/Mystery Shopper. I was contacted by email that my first assignment would be to evaluate Western Union. I could pick the location nearest me. I was to cash the money orders at my bank and keep $200 for my pay. iSecretShop scammed me.
This company is horrible. After completing a shop I was harassed three different times to complete information that was not available. After two and a half weeks I gave up and they cancelled the shop AFTER I had already done all the work and answered numerous follow up emails and phone calls. I deleted my app and would never work for them again. RIP OFF and ZERO commitment to paying you for your time. Don't bother!
ISecretshop is just not worth the hassle and their is no guarantee that if you do a shop you will be amble to file a repost because the website suddenly does not recognize your name and password. By the time they get around to resetting it, it is past the deadline. They make it very complicated to do a shop, their are many glitches in the system so you spend way more time than warrants the low pay they give. You have to follow the expectation to a "t" to get paid, yet the communication is so inconsistent so you never know what the real expectations are.
