This is Kathiravan Pugazhenthi. Last year, I opened an NRI account with ICICI. But till date, I never received any of account related information (Cards, Cheque book / Any Kit). Last One year, I am complaining this to ICICI NRI Services. No action has been taken. (The response from them is " already account opened, please visit our bank"). This is completely [censored]. I am an NRI, how can i come and visit bank to clear this.. This is bank's problem.. They didnt even try to send the account kit.

but today, i got email from ICICI, that i have 4 accounts and every account i need to pay 826 Rs for not maintaining sufficient amount. Paagal

Even without any account information how can I maintain money.. Dont have basic common sense even.

your kurla kamani branch has the most inefficient staff. They take weeks and months to complete a task. I submitted my son's closure form on 15/9/23. It is still not done. I was assured of reversal of mab charges wrongly deeducted and it is one month since my request. Over and above they have again deducted mab charges wrongly.

My self Sunitha K had a Fidelity salary account in ICICI bank and applied for a credit card. However, due to the address and credit score, my Credit card was not delivered to me. Long back from customer care, they said I am not eligible for a credit card. So I did not apply for it.

But now when I looking for a Personal loan, my credit score is less due to ICICI back credit card due payment. However, I have not got a card and I have not used a credit card. Kindly check and Close the Credit card account

I took my credit in 2016 with 25000/- credit limit after 2 years in 2018, I decided to close the card I took my PEF Loan and paid 35000/- to my account…

After 3 years ICICI collection people are calling for balance payment of 17289/-

You people have to inform me you paid the but you need to close the card with properly

I told them earlier what happened suddenly they told we will waiver after waiver u need to pay 9500/- so I paid that too

After that I decided to take loan from other bank then my application got rejected due to your credit card settlement…

At the branch guided to pay full amount for normal closer

So I paid that too on 30th June 2023, 1st July 2023 I called to the via care told them close my card and they are given one SR number too([protected])…

Now I called to the customer care to know the status of this Mr.Hamanth speaking very rude behaviour with the customer…

This is not correct way to speak customers

Following queries of funds transferred and not receiving these into my UK account. ref Multiple SRs raised, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and multiple emails, i appear to be getting the same generic emails, promises of investigation yet no definite answers and resolutions.

I have requested CEO contact details many times yet not received these.

This was a simple transfer of funds via internet, from one ICICI branch in India to another ICICI branch in UK.

I have carried out numerous internet transactions yet this one transaction seems to be of an issue with your organisation

I have an NRO account with ICICI. But no internet access. I am not able to create login password using the USER ID that the bank gave me. It says my mobile ph no is not connected to my account though it is. The phone number is there on my checks as well.

I went the Bengaluru to resolve it. Even with 3 weeks of working on it they could not get it working.

One employee at a branch said that the solution might be to cancel all my NRO and NRE accounts. This will involve breaking all my CDs leaving me with a loss of several lakhs. But the employee just shrugged and said ICICI cant help it.

To top it all, the bank employees said that I should talk to their customer service myself since they couldnt reach either their IT services or customer services. !

I am looking to alternate banks to move all my accounts to,

Worst customer service, they don't show intention to provide some solution to your problems with NRI Banking, they ask you to travel from USA to India just to deposit the check that is in USD. does this make sense?

there are many different issues for almost every question I get similar answer, if I need to travel to India for my banking services than what is the use of having NRI account, this is the level of solution they provide. useless service, they don't know anything.. ICICI NRI SERVICE IS PATHETIC don't get trapped.

Recently some of your staff has hack account and got to about my transaction history including how much is my salary and where I am transferring my money as saving, as it was without my permission how anyone can track my account history. if this is the case the staff can give my all info to any one or can take out my money as well, since I am not able to track the branch from where this detail has been hacked so I might raise a FIR against the ICICI bank.

I want this matter should be resolved or I will sure raise FIR as this is my personal info how you can share this may your staff do this for all account holder who have big amount in the account.

My ICICI bank account is freeze, i visited bank 3 times, i called 25times to customer care , i emailed number if times to these emails [protected]@rbi.org.in,

but not getting support from anyone to retrieve my account.

I , my husband and 2 years old son are not fraud, then why we have been dragged into it. Its purely a defamation case. i am so disappointed that my private account is not even secure and anyone can take anything and freeze it anytime. We work hard to earn money, we don't do any fraud .You are troubling honest people.

All I am expecting is to get a new Debit Cards for my NRO / NRE accounts and I am unable to operate my account for the last 4 months due to so many blockages.

Their staff when I went to in person cuds't help even in person due to some KYC updates to be done.

I had to come back to abroad and tried to call the customer service. I ask the system to send the OTP which its not sending.

ICICI should keep it very friendly and cannot afford hours and hours in automated machines. I am so upset about its service and as a next step, will go ahead and close this account asap.

I am a long term customer at ICICI bank and maintaining a balance of 50 Lakhs + in my NRE account for several years now. This is related to my NRO account. I checked the statement recently and found that there have been 10 debits on my account on 28th April regarding debit card fee. - I dont even have the debit card for this account for many years and only recently ordered it. -I have been doubly charged for 2 years 2020 and 2021

I reached to my assigned relationship manager who was completely useless and didnt reply back. I reached out to customer care and also escalated the complaint but to no avail.

This bank is only there to loot customers and they dont understand the meaning of customer service.

I am unable to log into my account --[protected]--I do not have my debit card which is returned undelivered as I am not residing at the address

Please tell your branch at Jayanagar, Bangalore to reply to my letter. I also do not have an aadhar card and in its absence the bank is not registering my change of address. I also have a demat account IN 302679--CLIENT ID [protected]. Since the joint holder my wife passed away, I want to close the accounts,

I am one of NRI customer for ICICI Bank Ltd, It is one of worst Bank and Bad Customer service.

1. Even when the account have balance and they deposit interest regularly they marked account as Dormant.

2. They accepted the Transfer/deposit into Dormant account and they are not lettings me to withdraw/transfer the money from the account until account is activated.

3. Their only service request option to activate account is not functioning due to data issues on their side. Tried to contact them to fix online issue from my active email (which is not same as they have), mentioned what email i have on record and the issue I am facing. They are not helping and replying saying I have to send email from my registered email.

4. I called customer support from my registered phone, but they can't help to open request over the phone. Only email or send physical hard copies to Mumbai Office

5. Called and emailed few times to see if anyone can help. but exhausted all options and send them the courier to Mumbai which costs fee and also need to finance/loan money to take care of urgent expenses when the money sitting in my account.

6. It's almost 4 weeks and still account is not active, hoping this will be done soon and get out of this banking relationship with ICICI.

7. Whenever we call customer service they are worst they are not customer friendly, No user friendly interface of their online banking, it is one of worst interface in the name of transaction id not able to update any customer profile. There is no one to complaint or talk to over the phone or email at ICICI

8. I recommend all fellow NRI friends don't open any accounts service with ICICI bank they loot money in the name of fee, no user friendly service also. Please look other good NRI services.

On Dec 1, 2022 i requested for a new NRI account. They called me immediately and had me fill up the form and send them a bunch of very confidential documents needed for the process including my green card information. Then they called me back multiple times to tell me i was supposed to attest the documents and then that my signature didn't match from 20 years ago. They wanted an online set of copies and also wanted to schedule a DHL pickup like olden times.

I responded with some available times and now ICICI bank NRI banking services has gone completely silent. No responses or even autoesponses. Not sure why this feels more like a scam now!

Sir we are authorized Debt Recovery Agency of Tata Capital Finance Limited. As our company Tata Capital Finance Limited cash collection deposit is Empanelled with ICICI Bank so our authorised employee visited ICICI Bank of Jorhat 785001 Near Baruah Charali. Today 22/11/2022 was his third day of deposit, but the cashier initially refused to take the deposit but after request he took the amount and suddenly he threw the deposit book in very misbehaved way and asked to wait outside and also warned our employee to deposit only once in a week. Sir is this the Behaviour we expect from a reputed Bank like ICICI. Sir you can check the whole activity in your CCTV. It was between 2:24 to 3 PM. Sir we have to deposit our collection amount on daily basis. So please arrange for a proper deposit process or else we will have to forward the complain to RBI process team.

I have Saving Account No. [protected] and for the last six months I am unable to use internet banking services. Several requests have been made and time and again visit has been made to the nearest branch, but the issue has not been resolved. My contact no. [protected].

Please resolve the issue immeditely.

One of the worst customer service they have. They have not enable alerts on my registered mobile number so far. I have tried calling them several times. Tried emailing them several times too! They send a template response on email while over the phone they have been inconsistent with their response!

The phone response is very subjective and entirely depends upon the agent answering it. Given my trip is in a few days, I can't access my account because I don't remember my password and I can't reset it either because of the OTP issue.

I'm definitely going to close the account after reaching India. Meanwhile others stay away! Their phone banking officers are the worst in terms of chasing you out with excuses. They do it even after consistently verifying all my calls and I can prove it with their recordings. Btw, I tried to reach out to my branch and they don't have a landline it seems!

My issue is that cibil score shows credit card no;- [protected] with outstanding rs 83000/-which is not pretains to me ,not owned and ever used by me.Wrongly displayed in cibil score .Need immidiate removal from my cibil .The above mentioned credit card was never issued to me .How come it shows in cibil.

Pls take immidiate action .

I am one of frustrated NRI customers. In April, my mother passed away. I, along with the rest of the account holders visited the nearby branch and filled up forms that they advised us along with recent photos of our along with our signatures. They, in turn sent to the head offices. After about a month, when I enquired the status, they said that I should directly send by courier. On returning to the US, I spent a hefty sum to courier all the necessary forms and documents of proof along with the death certificate of my mother and a copy of her aadhar card too. Till date, this has not be resolved! I reached out to my branch manager and he said that they are working on this on a top priority bases which is already 2 weeks now.

Now they are sending me emails daily asking me to provided a revised form along with documents of proof. Not only that, they has misspelt the last name of my mother. It's impossible to get a death certificate of a wrongly spelt last name!

One more SR was created SR860192995 but no action has been taken!
