Lovely customer service, very easy to deal with, professional and does not keep you waiting online with phone calls. I am a regular customer, purchase and always cancel and RETURN, no problems. I just am careful about the brands that I buy, quality wise and how the brand fits me personally. Good place, great product and educational and excellent website.

HSN I enjoy this site, and its corresponding shop-at-home

I enjoy this site, and its corresponding shop-at-home tv channel. I like the conversation tone of it while I'm cleaning house or to watch an upcoming program I especially like when I decide I deserve a special treat. I consider its price in between, higher than QVC.com but lower than Shopnbc.com. I've ordered several things and never had a problem with them. They cheerfully accept returns and also occasionally send me a $10 or $20 off coupon or some other customer appreciation bonus. Very nice.

HSN HSN. A sinking ship?

HSN is a poor company to work for and is in serious trouble due to a culture of bad judgement, poor employee relations, and lack of vision. The corporate leadership is quick to make snap judgements and criticize its employees without first assessing the situation. They are currently in a panic mode, with most of the corporate big wigs in the TN facility, due to another multi million dollar infrastructure disaster decision. Employees and customers are leaving in droves. Employees due to long hours, low to average wages, and bad treatment by leadership. Customers are leaving due to poor service, late and very late orders, and realizing that HSN cares more about image than substance. They propogandize on every box that "it's fun here". Believe me-IT IS NOT!

HSN AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST

At first i really was skeptical of this site as most reviews out there seem to be bad so i want to make sure they get a positive review. I ordered a HP laptop from them (item 600803). I had questions so I called and within 5 minutes we were talking to a customer service rep and off the phone with our answers. I was still skeptical as many said they didn't get their items but still this computer was just worth it. I was also afraid it would be one of those too good to be true prices. So I ordered and it was shipped the next day. The computer was double boxed and packed really well. Signature was required while other companies don't have that and with laptops or any other expensive item that honestly needs it. I ordered Sunday February 18 and it arrived by Wednesday February 21. Awesome service and amazingly fast shipping.

HSN Satisfied Customer 20+ Years

I have been a satisfied customer for over 2 decades. Most of my purchases have been in the following categories: 1) Home products such as towels, bedding, pots and pans, 2) Clothing, 3) Watches, jewelry, and handbags, 4) Skin care and cosmetics.
I have had very few disappointments and they have been addressed professionally and quickly. In most cases I received the replacement before I even got the return shipped back to them. In the few cases where my size or color choice was not available I was offered Spendable Cash credited to my account.
My favorite features are the Flex Pay which divides your payment into several monthly installments, and the friendly and helpful customer service. Because I had a 60 hour work week with long commute, they became my shopping life line! I find their quality as good as department stores with many name brands. No complaints whatsoever.

HSN Hi!

Hi! I have purchased ACER Aspire laptop 17". After unpacking the laptop and VIPRE security sticks I did not find any reasonable detail instructions how to remove some unnecessary program as well as download properly the new ones (VIPRE, ADOBE Reader, etc. Fortunately a service support by Vtec.com was available and after two attempts and waiting time of 2 x 30 minutes I was connected to Mr. Ryan Johnson. He was extremely helpful and skillfully guided me on the screen to accomplish many not easy tasks which either were not mentioned in TV infomercial (e.g. McAfee was already downloaded and interwoven with some other programs) or was getting complicated because of business ties some IT companies built among themselves. Ryan spend over one hour with me and thanks to his great effort I'll be able to use my computer as soon as possible. I wish most of HSN and Vtec technicians would be as helpful and innovative as Mr. Johnson. Thank you for his helping hands!

Especially with IPads and portable tv's, where do you get the service to operate them, they fail to mention this. I'm sure that you have to use the internet or buy the internet to operate both. They fail to mention how they operate. Bought a few things over the years not pleased, if you see any man operate any kitchen gadget don't buy, they are stronger than us woman and I had sent back a chopper demonstrated by a man, who made it look so easy, well, it was not. My onion got stuck in the blades, I tried to pull out the onion from the blades and cut my finger tips. I went to work with band aids all over my fingers and sent the horrible chopper back, the man is still demonstrating the chopper today.

HSN Most of these Reviews aren't Accurate

People don't want to be informed on what's going on, they don't want to hear about the background processing of orders and they obviously don't understand retail. The truth is, when you buy something from Walmart, you don't call them 50 times asking them to fix it. You either take it back or you call the manufacturer. Customer service is not your IT guy.

A lot of people complain about quality of products. Okay. Sure. Understandable. But to expect to get a refund back after you've had the product for 6 months to a year is pretty dumb. I've never had problem with HSN, the customer service is more than satisfactory and with all of these bad reviews, it seems like you were either too dumb to listen to whats going on or trying to play the system.

Guess what! Even when you order things from QVC, AMAZON, EBAY, who ever - they also sometimes come from the manufacturer. They ALSO charge a return fee or expect you to return on your own. I don't understand why so many people are so irate with this company and the truth is (just from reading comments on THIS site and others) that people are just plain ignorant and don't want to be educated about whats going on.

If you just ask, Customer service will explain it to you. They don't mind taking the time to educate a customer. I didn't even understand the Credit Card VS. Flex pay and the sweet woman took her time to break everything down for me. Some of you seriously need to get over yourselves. This company may have a few hiccup products, but the service and the company have always gone above and beyond for me.

If you're reading other people's problems with HSN, I hope you can see through them. One person wrote on there that they were getting legal action for a charge that wasn't even on their bank statement anymore. That's because the charge was REMOVED. So dumb.

HSN Online Order

I placed an order that was cancelled without reason, after my card was charged. I was later told by customer service that the order was marked for fraud. I contacted the fraud department, verified my information and confirmed that the order was placed by me. Still, HSN refused to release the order or process my refund. I was told to contact my financial institution, which I had already done. My bank informed me that HSN still had the funds on hold and that they would need to release them. To date, I am out $227 for an order that was cancelled for no reason at all.

Claimed loss: $227.00

HSN bearpaw boots

so my wife ordered bearpaw boots and now she is told they might not have them to send in a timely manner how can you not say there are so many left and then tell her you might not get them in time.Maybe you should do what qvc does and say how many are left during the programing

. i feel this is not the way you do buisness. Wow i almost feel as though you should go to qvc training this NEVER happened with them.

HSN TV order by phone

Ordered a 32 in TV from TV show. Stated free or easy returns within 30 days. TV did not fit the space, no easy return label included in the box, with 2 days called to return and was told to cut out PO order label and call UPS or vendor of choice to pick it up. This cannot be done at all. Took the package to UPS to drop off - with the cut out label cost to me $44 to return. Brought the package home and called HSN again. Was told sorry, this item was shipped from the vendor - shop it back anyway I want to, pay for it, track and insure it. No easy returns. Misleading advertising. Will NEVER order again. I was ripped off, my fault. I usually order from QVC trustworthy advertising - no games. I am shipping this back to the HSN warehouse. Are they the vendor? If so why the tricky wording - came from vendor - too bad I didn’t read the compliant board.

Claimed loss: $44 plus time running around and calling to find out the truth so that I can return the merchandise. BE CLEAR ANOUT ITEMS YOU PAY TO RETURN SO WE CAN BUT LOCALLY.

Desired outcome: Refund shipping and correct ads.

HSN AIR Fryer

Ordered a Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer it arrived 9-15

On 09-24 I followed instructions to return the item using the packing receipt on the side. It arrived at my house 9-26 again.

I called and told them I am trying to return this to you. They state that this item is not returnable and if I want to return it I have to pay 65.00 or whatever UPS charges. This is crazy I told them your return policy does not state this. They said this item is not returnable. Well why was this not disclosed to me from the onset. They did not work with me in any fashion and now I am stuck with a product I cannot use in my kitchen. Very bad customer service I will never use HSN

HSN Charging twice for orders

I have about 30 transactions that HSN allowed me to change my payment method. I chose my Visa. Long story short HSN does not let Sychrony bank know you have made payments by a different method. So I have been charged twice for these orders. At least 30. I let HSN know on May 23, 2023 & so far I have not been refunded. I would recommend never using a flex pay & watch your statements. I no longer trust them.

HSN HSN Card

I have been a long time Customer of HSN. When I first applied, I was issued an HSN Card & have had it for many years. I always shopped at the HSN Outlet since it was close by and paid with my HSN Card, but the last time I had shopped & presented it, they said it was no longer valid? I was so embarrassed & humiliated. Why, then, do I have an HSN Card if I can't use it at the HSN Outlet Stores. Are you not affiliated with the HSN Outlet Stores?

HSN Mattress

My new expensive mattress was delivered in which I paid to have the old mattress removed and hauled away by the delivery company delivering the new mattress purchased from HSN. HSN offered this service as part of my purchase. The delivery company HSN contracted would not haul the old mattress due to urine stains on the mattress which is why I purchased a new mattress. I called HSN while the delivery company was at my home and HSN offered a $25 credit to my account to be used for future HSN purchases. This is not enough for hauling the mattress to the dump. HSN did not have any information on their website or purchase/delivery information stating that a soiled mattress would not be hauled away. Also, their white glove delivery service personnel left dirt marks from their dirty gloves on my new white mattress. See photos.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for hauling and disposing of my old mattress and my new mattress cleaned.

HSN Wait List

Within this same week I ordered two dresses which I love one from Colleen Lopez and the other from Anthony and both have been placed on Wait List. This is very frustrating especially if one cannot get through for some reason. Why don't the designers order more in the sizes? In both cases I have drawn a blank and was hoping to take the dresses for an out of town event in mid-July.

Desired outcome: Hope that I will clear otherwise do not want them.

HSN Paradise by Bliss Hammock

I brought two hammocks on easy pay (a retirement gift for me in FL & one for my sister in TX). Well, we're both seniors and didn't fell safe sitting in the hammocks, so we returned them. I called HSN and they stated that a prepaid return form will be sent to our home addresses.Instead, I received two letters that said "HSN was unable to fullfill my request for the pre-paid return for order." It also stated "HSN normal 30-day return period & the issuance of a prepaid return is limited to the continental US." I called HSN and the rep said "that a prepaid return couldn't be issued because the seller was not a partner of HSN and that I had to pay for the UPS cost for the return." ($52 for mine & $25 for my sister. which I wouldn't be reimbursed for." They did offered a $26 credit for my next purchase — but I said no thanks. If HSN stated to me that this purchase was from a seller not an HSN partner and that I would be responsible for paying the cost if I returned it, I wouldn't have purchased it and saved myself a lot of money, frustation and aggravation.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a full reimbursement of the $75 UPS shipping cost to return both hammocks. We didn't have UPS pickup packages, we went to the UPS stores in FL & TX and returned the packages ourselves as stated in your letter.

HSN Ring doorbell, extra camera & solar panel

I saw a great deal for the Ring Doorbell, an extra Camera & a Solar panel for $199.99.

When I called & talked to a woman operator I said "Let me get this right.. I'll be getting the Ring Doorbell and itcwill be like getting the extra Camera & the Solar Panel for free!".. she agreed and said "Yes it's a great deal!"...

But when the boxes arrived I only received the Xtra Camera & the Solar Panel and there was no Doorbell... I called and at first they said it was sent separate and would arrive later.. Then they tried telling me I already received it.. I argued then they told me I wouldn't be receiving it...

The next call I was asked if I knew the prices of the 2 items and I said "yes"...

And She then said well the prices paid were the cost if the 2 items..

And I explained "Why would I pay full price for these 2 items when I was told what a wonderful deal I was getting for all 3!?

I watched the sale closely it was for "The Ring Doorbell, an Extra Camera & a Solr Panel... I paid the full price for a Ring Doorbell and was told it was like getting the other 2 items for free... I made sure if this before I agreed to pay for them and was assured that's what I was buying...

My only regret was not recording the television sale!...

Desired outcome: I want the Doorbell sent to me..I paid for it.

HSN Hand held battery operated can openers

Ordered a hand held can opener in January a piece of junk! Returned it was replaced by another one a second piece of junk! Now am being charged for both even the one returned supposedly never received. So paid off both which is fine as you just lost a customer hole it's worth about thirty dollars .no wonder hs n and qv c are having difficulties.!good luck!

HSN HSN has Gone Ghetto started in 2021 getting worse now it is 2023

Wow HSN has gone ghetto all the way. I can't watch it any longer.
Black this and black that why don't you call yourself the BLACK HSN.
QVC has much better designers that make quality clothes in Petite Tops and bottoms. Especially, Susan Graver but Isaac and a few other are exceptional in making quality and doing petites in a lot of the tops, jackets and sweaters. The quality is much better than anything HSN offers.

HSN has really gone downhill. They never were 1/2 as good as QVC not they just added more ghetto to all their shows which is actually appropriated for them selling poorly made very cheap merchandise.
Stopped purchasing a lot from them I don't even like watching the show any longer it is one big black out fest selling garbage.

Desired outcome: Start mimicking QVC
