I bought a laptop for my daughter at christmas and the hinge broke from opening and closing it. I took it to a store to fix and they said that Hewitt Packer should fix it free since there was no damage to it. It looked like it was a bad hinge that was put in. I sent it to the company and they are telling me it was damaged but not from dropping it but opening and closing it and i need to pay $273 to get it fixed. I asked them how did they determine it was our fault when there was no damage to the outside of it just the hinge broke or came loose and i was told they could not tell me why that is just the way it is. I will never buy another HP Computer and sure as hell will not recommend on to anyone else.

Why would any company sell computers, knowingly with a virus already installed I bought my computer about six months ago and MacAfee I found is the biggest virus out there and it is installed in my computer. MacAfee causes things too happen in which I have to restart my computer, constantly. I am considering a class action law suit along with others that have the same issues
