LoseTheBackPain Mixed Experiences with LoseTheBackPain

As someone who has been dealing with back pain for a while, I decided to give LoseTheBackPain a try based on the positive testimonials I came across. However, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. The product did not provide the relief I was looking for, and I encountered issues with the subscription model. It felt like there was a lack of clarity regarding the terms and conditions, leading to unexpected charges and difficulties in canceling the subscription. While some customers have found success with the products, my personal journey with LoseTheBackPain has been a mix of highs and lows. It's essential to approach this with caution and ensure you fully understand the terms before committing.

LoseTheBackPain Healed My Arthritis and My Trigger Finger

I took Heal'N'Soothe for two weeks--6 capsules at night and 3 before I ate in the morning, and within two weeks noticed a huge difference in my thumb and forefinger, both of which had trigger finger. And my pinky, which has an arthritis bump or nodule on it, no longer hurts me. I am noticing that not using the product for a few months has brought slight symptoms back in the trigger fingers once in a while, but I am very satisfied. They did a good job of stopping and starting my account and have been totally aboveboard about pricing, auto-shipping, etc.

LoseTheBackPain Amazing results

I tried this product with substantial skepticism, but the first bottle was free so gave it a shot. In one week after starting "six at night and three in the morning" recommended dosage, I was able to quit using 1200 mg of ibuprofen daily for arthritis pain. Three weeks into the program I am more pain free than under the ibuprofen regime. So far no observable side effects. I will continue the program on the recommended dosage for another month or two, and then try reducing the intake from nine pills daily to something less. I will review again in a couple months.

LoseTheBackPain Real Pain Relief; Got me up from bed!

HealNSoothe is the real deal! After a lifetime of pain from fractured spine, spinal X Stop' surgery helped only somewhat. I was stuck in bed, even opioids couldn't help. Then I tried HNS and RubOnRelief cream, & I'm now walking again! Able to travel, living a full life at long last! Be sure to drink full glass of water, or yes, you choke. Has too much fiber, for just a sip! Sorry for those who had trouble, but it's like any biz. Read carefully! Follow ALL directions! Yes the books are free, with small postage- I have 3 so far. The cookbook is great. I recommend this to all because it truly works for most people. Please try it! And give HealNSoothe time: it isn't instant. It took 3 weeks for me. Great stuff & good luck to all to find pain relief!

LoseTheBackPain I have nothing but good news to pass on to anyone that

I have nothing but good news to pass on to anyone that is interested in actually seeing their back pain subside and start to heal. The guys at losethebackpain have been nothing but great! I have talked to them personally, downloaded their exercise charts and information book and then I also have been using and still do faithfully take and always will and swear by the product Heal-n-Soothe. It has done more to finally stop and subside the sciatic pain that once affected by entire hip down thru my leg to my toes. Thanks to the knowledge and products of losethebackpain I am virtually pain free and can tell the difference in my healing process. Thank you guys for all that you do and in trying to educate people that suffer from back pain. Sincerely in Florida BevW

LoseTheBackPain If it weren't for losethebackpain.com, I would still

If it weren't for losethebackpain.com, I would still be going to chiropractors and to a neurologist to get injections in my lower back (which are horrible for the ligaments) for severe sciatica. I received the book and ordered the Lose the Back Pain system, which is a carefully documented system of stretches and strengthening exercises that must be done on a daily basis. Over the course of about one month, my back pain/sciatica all but disappeared! NOTHING else worked. I had one doctor actually suggested that I pursue back surgery! Surgery on the back is notoriously unpredictable, as a great deal of literature states.
Oh, and I also use Heal and Soothe and the BackJoy seats. I also spoke directly to one of the partners (sorry, I don't remember his name) to answer numerous questions about the Lose the Back Pain system. The ordering personnel have always been nothing but helpful and actually reversed a charge immediately that was mistakenly placed on my account.
The foregoing folks' insulting and misinformed comments are sad to read. I hope my comments will help someone who wants the help.

LoseTheBackPain In Nov 2009 my mother died in the UK

In Nov 2009 my mother died in the UK. After arriving in the UK I had excruciating sciatica pain. It was only when I stood up but it took my breath away, but went away within a few strides. As I was in the UK I didn't have access to my Dr & so took NSAIDs, did internet research, checking out NIH guidelines, & NICE guidelines, the UKs version. Essentially I found that research only seems to prove short bed rest, NSAIDs & physio. In the UK I made sure I went for a walk everyday as that seemed to help. But sitting, driving, & even lying was very painful. The pain on standing was unbelievable. On the 1st day I returned to the USA ( 4 weeks later) I saw my Dr who gave me some stronger meds, & agreed to try steroids. A week later I was back in his office as the pain all down my right leg was now getting worse. Sitting for more than 10mins at all was agony - a real problem as Im a transport nurse & would often be in an ambulance 10 hours a day!

I thought my career was over. My back never hurt, just my leg & hip. At its worst I would also have burning aching pain in my right calf & half the foot. Through my research I knew it was sciatica & suspected I had piriformis muscle syndrome. I had now had this 7 weeks & it was still getting worse, no better. I was taking round the clock ibuprofen & Tylenol just to survive. At 41 I felt like an old man. My Dr reluctantly agreed to do an MRI which showed I had 2 bulging discs, but I wasn't convinced that's what was causing the pain. By now I had read everything on the LTBP website but was very skeptical. But I also knew that per NIH if the pain isn't gone after 6 weeks (which it has 92% of the time) it won't go away. There was overwhelming amount of information & advice. My Dr essentially told me I would have to learn to live with it & it would probably never totally go away! I told him I would shoot myself if I had to live with this the rest of my life & I sincerely meant it. He agreed to send me to physio. I was now in so much pain that standing up sometimes I couldn't walk for 30 secs & then it was very difficult & would take a couple of minutes to subside. I was also walking with a limp. Physio only made it WORSE! In fact, some aspects were better. The nature of the pain changed - it was no longer agony to stand, & so it appeared to others that I was better. But any prolonged sitting or standing would cause the pain, especially in the calf to get very intense. I would often wake up in agony that wouldn't subside until I was up & about & had taken pain meds. I started a pain log via Excel to see what helped & what didn't.

After the physio wasn't helping everyone was getting frustrated & me very angry. I eventually saw a pain specialist & got 2 epidural shots. They helped a little, but after the 2nd one I told the Dr that I wanted to try my own physio based on the LTBP system that I had just bought out of sheer desperation. Every time I had a shot I had to not exercise for 2 weeks. By now I had taken the self assessment, & listened to all the recordings. I was initially very skeptical, but the LTBP stuff MADE SENSE. The 1st time I tried some of the exercises I noticed an apparent relief of pain. I thought it was just psychosomatic & that I was imagining it. But by 3 days there was no doubt that 1 particular stretch really seemed to help a little. After discussing it with the pain Dr, the only thing she could offer was surgery! NIH studies clearly show that people are usually no better off & often worse. I was becoming convinced by the LTBP information. My self assessment pics were amazing. When my wife took the pics she kept telling me to stand up straight! One of the things that prevented me from buying LTBP, was reading a rival site about how ridiculous it was to self assess & self diagnose. But eventually, in desperation I bought it & thought no one else will assess me or know me like me. The self assessment information was straightforward & so very quickly I came up with a plan of exercises. In fact, no one else really did do a thorough physical assessment!

By now it was March & I had suffered for 4 long months. During that time the pain altered, but was intense throughout. I couldn't get through a day without ibuprofen & often combined with Tylenol which I knew was bad. During the 1st 3 weeks of March as I started the exercises my pain score which was a total for the day was an average of 20. I took it 4 times a day out of 10. My highest score for a day was 40! 30-35 was not unusual. I started the exercises, very carefully & cautiously. But using the pain score I could tell for sure they were helping. In fact, within 3 weeks my pain score was down to an average of 7. At this point I also went back to physio after a 3 week break due to a shot & not be able to get scheduled. My physio was amazed at the progress I had made & I shared with her what I learned. Indeed some of the exercises we were doing were the exact OPPOSITE of what I needed - no wonder physio made things worse. I had learned from LTBP that some of the standard sciatica exercises were the wrong ones & worsens imbalances. She agreed & couldn't argue that after 4 months with her I now had far more progress in the 3 weeks without her! She took the details of LTBP! Another month & my pain was considerably declined. I forgot to mention, I did also combine this with the Healt & Soothe pills - I was very skeptical of that also. By May my pain was all but gone & I stopped doing the pain score!

Dealing with this sciatica pain was the most life changing, & painful thing I have been through. I was heartbroken believing I would never be able to play with my young children. Through all the teaching from Steve & Jesse through the LTBP system, I am fully restored, & eternally grateful!

At 1st I was put off my all the selling, but I came to realize after getting personal responses from Steve & Jesse, that these guys are offering multiple solutions, as the are genuinely trying to help. I initially thought the product was expensive, but compared to medical copays, it was cheap!

LoseTheBackPain I went to their website and one of the inversion tables

I went to their website and one of the inversion tables (the Teeter Hangups EP950) was listed for $299, and when I got to checkout I was being charged $399. I double, and even triple checked the price listed on the site and found that I was being overcharged by $100 (there was a less expensive Teeter hangups EP550 that was supposed to be listed at this price I later found out, but it was error on their website). So I called customer service and they told me to send an e-mail with a screen shot picture and I do that, and they say that they didn't get the e-mail. So now they tell me to go fax them a copy of the page, and so I go to my local library and print off the webpage and pay $3.80 to fax them a copy of the webpage (that has now been pulled up on two different computers) AND THEN THEY SAY THEY DIDN"T GET THE FAX! Well mysteriously the fax didn't go to the office I sent it to, it magically was rec'd at the bigger office they indicated... Weird... So the next day I get a call and the rep, Diany, asked me for the URL- which was so long the last 6 characters were left off of the page along the bottom- and at the time I was away from home so the next morning I called back, as they requested of me, to read them off the URL and just as I pulled up the screen on my computer the Customer Service Rep I was speaking with, think her name was Gabby, tells me that the site does not exsist... and I guess now since my e-mail, my fax, and the website does not exsist they would not honor my bunch of lies about the "phony website"! I talked to three girls there at the ***908 # by the names of Diany, Heather and lastly Gabby and I am very bothered by the way they handled me, I am an honest person and I was made out to be a liar. BEWARE OF THIS SITE, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT WORK ON BEHALF OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY HANDLE BUSINESS IN A WAY THAT ONLY BENEFITS THE COMPANY! Well if they don't change it here's the site- http://www.losethebackpain.com/back-pain-relief-products/inversion-tables/teeter-hangups-ep950

LoseTheBackPain Deceptive Return Policy

Lose the Back Pain promotes a 90-day return policy but read the fine print. If you are on a monthly order program you effectively cannot return product after the
First 60 days. This is because their 90-day clock starts the day you order the product. By the time you get your first bottle, usually 3-4 weeks later, you have already lost 30 days. By the time you get your 3rd monthly order you cannot return product according to their policy because its outside the 90 days from the original order, not from the date that product was paid for and sent to you - very deceptive. I've been ordering product from Lose the Back Pain for years but I won't order from this company again. A credible company would either make their return policy clear in its advertising, or offer a straightforward uncomplicated return policy. Forewarned is forearmed. BTW, my orthopedist says that most joint supplements that promote glucosamine chondroitin are ineffective, so you're wasting your money on products like Super Joint Support.

My response to Director Steve:
I am replying to your response to me on Site Jabber. First of all, I ordered Heal N Soothe in mid-August. I paid for a bottle of Super Joint Support in mid-October and received it sometime after that. If you are holding me to a mid-August order date which starts your 90-day return policy clock, I have less than 30 days to try the product and return it to you in order to qualify for a refund. Your policy is deceptive because you advertise 90 days, and I assume I have 90 days from the date I pay for the product, until l attempt to return the product and then you hold be to a bogus order date as the start of your 90 day policy; then cite the small print in your complex and deceptive return policy. If you really wanted to give me a legitimate 90 days, you would allow me 90 days from the time I started using the product, or minimally from the time I paid for it, or from the time it left your facility. My point is - you don't have a realistic 90-day return policy. To answer your question: why did I wait so long? Well, I didn't wait 8 months because I didn't receive my first bottle until late October to early November. If it took 30 days for me to determine any real results, that puts me into late November to early December, which is now outside your policy refund window. So then I asked for a refund for the bottles that were shipped in mid-January, mid- February, and mid-March, and then was told by your customer service people that even those bottles did not qualify for a refund because they were outside the refund window, which you base on the initial order date, not the actual date that it was shipped. Can't you understand how unreasonable and deceptive your refund policy is? To qualify for any refund, I would have had to return the first bottle the day I received it. And there was no refund available for any product ordered after that initial order date. Any reasonable policy would give me 90 days from the date the product was shipped, or more fairly, the date I received the product. If you feel confident about your products, then give the customer a legitimate 90-day return policy. That's how you keep customers, because right now I feel cheated by you.

My second response to Director Steve:
I'm not going to spend any more time on this. It's obvious you are trying to defend your policy in the press and not concerned with getting me a refund for product that was purchased in January, February, and March - within the past 90 days. I don't understand why you won't refund product purchased within the last 90 days. You don't seem to understand or acknowledge that there is no return policy after the initial purchase. I'm done with Lose the Back Pain and will turn my business elsewhere, purchasing supplements from honest and responsible businesses.

DID NOTHING FOR ME! RIPOFF

8/28/17

I am with a few other people. I never authorized a subsequent shipment. I originally tried it. They never say in large writing that they will continue to charge you $49 on subsequent shipments even prior to the completion of the first of two bottles originally received. The reorder provision is tucked away in mini print and they say if you don't call, you will get another order charged to your account. By the way the product had no results for me. I did notify them by e-mail the product didn't work and would not take it anymore and they still sent me another order. Do not deal with these people as they are ripping you off. Now in get a refund on the unsolicited order, I must ship it back at my expense and time. Now I have to package the bottle, return it - stand in a long Post Office line and pay for the return. I already have a very bad back - STAND IN LINE? These people sure know how to stick it to you. I hope you read this before making a similar mistake. 1 review

LoseTheBackPain non delivery of tablets

I have told the company about my 3 lots of paid for tablets {heal n soothe} that have not arrived at my address of 597 blockhouse bay rd Auckland NZ, numerous times because YOUR ASLEEP PEOPLE won't fix the incorrect address. Tried so many times to tell you this but NO ONE SEES IT. My first lot was sent back to you by NZ post who could not figure out the dumb address, and the last 2 lots suffered the same fate. Your order form is hopeless for elderly folk who can't fill in the details before it disappears from the screen. In desperation I have sent the details to the AMERICAN Consulate in Auckland to try & wake someone up over your way to get my much needed tablets. Desired outcome: Please sort out your website address form to give us more time to fill in.

LoseTheBackPain Heal-n-soothe

Dear Dr Paris,

This is not a complaint, but I couldn't find another way to contact you.

It is however a request.

I use Rub On Relief every day in the morning and in the evening, and on most days a third time in the middle of the day, and I love it! I am sure it has helped to take the pain away from my knee, which was very painful until I started taking it plus Heal-n-Soothe and Super Joint Support. I use these three items every day and am sure they are all working brilliantly for me. Since I still have 8 tubes of Rub On Relief (despite giving several tubes to my daughters and friends), I will wait until I only have a couple of tubes left before ordering some more.

Along the same lines, I have enough jars of Heal-n-Soothe for at least two years. I have shared this around as well. So please cancel the monthly order which is sent to my old address in Victoria (1770 Gisborne Rd, Coimadai, Victoria 3340). Again I will reorder when I am running short.

I am no longer living at 1770 Gisborne Rd, Coimadai, Victoria 3340, and have moved to Tasmania, (now living at 7606 Channel Highway, Cygnet, Tasmania 7112) - my last Super Joint Support bottles were sent there. But I do have a friend in Coimadai who has been collecting the Heal-n-Soothe from the local post office, and he will be sending them on to me - and using some himself! But please don't send any more Heal-n-Soothe until I request them. (I am short of cash at the moment).

One more point, recently my credit card was hacked and I am waiting a new one to arrive, so any deductions will no longer work!

Thank you for the wonderful work you do!

Cheers,

Margaret Brockman

Desired outcome: Please wait for my requests before sending any more items.

LoseTheBackPain Heal-n soothe

I bought 1 bottle is Heal-n Soothe was advertised free bottle and I have to pay for delivery only $29.09 Australian dollars.

I received the bottle early September.

Yesterday 6 of October I was charged again for $101.17 Australian dollars even that I didn't order anything. I tried first to pay for the free bottle with PayPal but they didn't let me pay with that, only with visa card so they can charge you and send you anytime they want more bottles. Very disappointed with the way they doing their business. I read a lot bad comments about this company!

I want my money back, I can not afford to pay for something which I don't need.

Desired outcome: My money refunded to my visa card please.

LoseTheBackPain Order not received

I placed an order for the Health and Soothe supplement in March 2022. My order hasn't arrived yet and I have tried to contact the company via 2 email addresses I found.

The first, [protected]@losethebackpain.com, just suggested I ask for a refund and offered me a free bottle of Super joint Support supplement.

The second one, [protected]@losethebackpain.com, felt more promising, but when I tried to send an email to that address, my server wouldn't send it, saying the email address didn't exist or it wasn't receiving messages.

Desired outcome: I'd just like to get my order, please.

I just received an email stating that my order of Heal and Sooth (I did NOT order it) has been shipped. I had a similar thing on 15 December 2021 stating that my order has been shipped of Heal and Soothe (I did NOT order it). The only thing I did was to order their FREE sample of Heal and Soothe, which I duly received. I have had Covid and was very ill...

LoseTheBackPain Healnsoothe

I ordered the HealnSoothe for an injured shoulder a few months ago. I didn't expect you to keep sending the product every month.
I have returned the last order, one bottle of the pills, by airmail today(11 January 2022), insured post, and I trust that you will definitely NOT send me any more. I can't afford to pay the $50 plus every month!
This is not my first attempt to stop the unwanted orders. I have previously emailed and written to you. If you send any more, you will not be paid, and I won't bother returning the pills.
Yours truly,
Catherine Jones.

LoseTheBackPain Heal-n-soothe

I have had a problem with your customer service. First, have you tried calling your customer support line? You get a repeated message that gets you nowhere! Finally, when I did get to a salesperson she said to wait a moment while she reloaded the page. I waited for 10 minutes when I realized she disconnected me! I have a tracking number for this product of which I was told had been delivered. It has not been delivered, and this isn't the first time I have had a problem getting an order. The second time I was supposed to get my reorder, they forgot to send it, so I had to wait several more days to get it. my tracking number for the one I have yet to get is: 9274890223353733321938

I went online to track it and one site said it was delivered on Dec 24th the second site said there was a delay and would get it on Dec 30th, today is the 31st it has not been delivered! PLease replace it asap!

Desired outcome: A replacement.

LoseTheBackPain Free trial offer turned into a purchase order without my consent

My order details as per 'The Healthy Back Institute' Order Form, is as follows:

Order ID: 3322728
Shipping ID: P17829326
Requested On: 8/3/2021

COMPLAINT:
On 17/12/21, $72.81 was charged to my visa card account without my authority.

The marketing method was deceptive in that I only accessed 'The Healthy Back' website based on its free offer to trial Heal N Soothe.

Categorically, the free offer is what I signed up for only, and nothing else.

Therefore, please refund $72.81 back into my visa card account.

Thank you.

Suzette Osborne

Desired outcome: Refund of $72.81 back into my visa card account.

LoseTheBackPain Faulty internet sight, unauthorized debited my account of 94.11.

This has been a horrible experience, the internet sight jumps from one add to the nexus adding charges to your card with out authorization. My purchase was only to be 11.00 estimate. It grew to $ 94.11, in seconds! How this company can justify stealing from hurt sick people is the lowest kind of animal. I immediately called to cancelled, I spoke with Miss Sharon Gibson and reported to her what happened, she agreed that the order had to be cancelled. She stay on the phone with me for over a hour, because the internet sight would not release it so she could what she needed to do on her end. She said I would have the refund in 3-5 business days. Today is day three and the accounting department drills me with the order was void.
Well that is what their email reads, and cancelled. However my account reflects a debit of $94.11. With no signs of refund. I report this to their Representative, emailed them (they claim they can't read email) I contacted the owner Jesse Cannons via Linkinden. How is 1 to move forward without my money $94.11.
This is thieft period.
Thankyou for your time and kindness Respectfully LaVieta Martins My

Desired outcome: Full refund of 94.11

LoseTheBackPain Heal-n-soothe

Other pills I've been taking: Cognilift AND Super Joint Support/ / I do not know which pill is causing this: I have been taking these pills since 2/24/21 and for the past 5 days I am experiencing such unsteadiness and staggering that today I have to hold onto to the walls to walk. I also just feel bad - no pain - just can't function or talk coherently. I want a confirmation number or written authorization to return the remainder of the pills and get a refund of my $189.90 initial payment. I am having great difficulty typing this complaint.

Desired outcome: Cognilift

LoseTheBackPain Refund

I have called and canceled my free trial in January 2021, prior to the renewal time limit, and was still charged on March 5, 2021, to my account $53.95. I have attempted to call [protected] again today for a full refund, I was transferred on several occasions and was placed on hold for very long time periods and then the phone just disconnected. I want my money returned and this product canceled.
