HDFC - Fraud and Hiding Facts of HDFC

I applied for finance of 32 Lacs on Which HDFC has given me approval and charged 11400. Mr Hiren 9909912927, agent of HDFC in Navrangpura branch Ahemdabad was behind me to take finance . They never informed of finance disbursement amount break up which i was told later. I have given my Hard earn money to Safal goyel in AHemdabad and now i am been asked to pay another 4 Lac first post which HDFC will give, me after 10 days. This is the most Unethical Practise been done in Market by HDFC. Pathetic.
I am going to take this matter to Ministry of Finance now.

I want to change update my details online but when I upload the details there a it is not accepted.
As discussed on Customer Care this is possible through updating in account title first (only alphabets)

I have purchased second new bike Emi basis from hdfc bank. Also got the offer credit card & submitted credit card form .all the process done from my side after some time got the verification call from verification department verification also done they told will be received credit Card in 10 days also received SMS application number before 1 month.still I am waiting for credit card also called customer care but did not response properly. But note that also issue unforunitly application number is deleted my phone below the peesonal details are mentioned .

My home loan A/C NO: 601812771. I was sanctioned RS. 8, 55, 017/- and flat construction was carried out by HERITAGE LTD but delayed due to their financial problems beyond the agreement period.
Rs 674637 has been disbursed already .
We ( GOVT EMPLOYEES IN IGCAR, DAE) went with Pelican ltd as builder and the work is resumed now and going on smoothly .
Due to delay by previous builder, the interest paid to you along with rental loss causes huge financial burden on me and I’m unable to avail TAX rebate without completion of flat and your delay in part payment might further...

Hi,

I am having a home loan Account with HDFC bilaspur, chattishgard(611578834). I signed for this loan on Apr 2014.

While signing this loan, I made it clear that as i stay in hyderabad, Its not feasible to travel to and fro for documents & so they told me we will get all signature done and when starting the loan will intimate you for acknowledgment. I gave them pre-emi cheque and one more cheque of 20K which as per them will be used for next month as pre-emi.

my sister has deposited a HDFC check at SBI bank pulivendula 0n 13-07-2014 & SBI bank have forwareded that check to HDFC for clearing and still it is not cleared & she has not received her money . as per RBI provisions a check has to be cleared in 14 days (which is max time) 25 days passed and still she has not received her money .

I have applied for HL in HDFC, I have given all the documents to HDFC team. Before giving the documents, I asked the team, I want 27 lakhs and I have one HL in DHFL, I am paying 5500 PM. If I have eligibility to get 27 lakhs then I will pay the advance amount to the builder. If not I will not go further. Then after checking the documents they said, you will be eligible for 27 lakhs. I Suresh Chand holder of your bank's credit card is complaining about the double charging of interest on my previous amount and current amount . So, please kindly check my credit card statement and charged interest on the amount and I am not in a condition to pay the double interest . I was using citibank for last 5years and never faced any issues. Recently my ATM card magnetic strip was damaged because of the hard swipes on purchases and I reported the same to HDFC banker. Taking the request for the same, it is been 3weeks now and there is no response from HDFC side. I went again to the nearest branch and they asked me to go to the mother branch or call netbanking. This bank has the smart way of providing false information on its NRO/NRE Account operation to the customers and lure into its trap of horrible business processes. The don't have any experience in handling NRI Accounts and they are not registered with American banking network. They cannot even call any of the banks located in USA for even a small customer verification.

BEWARE OF HDFC . Don't get trapped into them on initial false infromation.

IT IS A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH HDFC. THEY PROVIDE FALS INFORMATION BEFORE OPENING THE ACCOUNT AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY LEGAL AUTHORIZATION IN USA TO CHANNEL WITH ANY OF THE BANKER IN USA.
THE NRI TEAM, THE BRANCH PEOPLE DONT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ON NRI ACCOUNT. ALWAYS PUSH THE BALL TO ANOTHER TEAM. NEVER TRIES TO PROVIDE THE SOLUTION AFTER THE ACCOUNT IS OPENED. CUSTOMER IS LEFT TO OPTION OF EITHER CLOSING THE ACCOUNT OR INITIATING LEGAL ACTION. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

i am a titanium card holder. my card no is 5389455001867685. I have not paid my credit card bills from the last 2 months due to some very severe personal health problems. I will pay the bill by 1st of next month (1st June 2011) positively.

Inspite of my repeated request your employee has been disturbing and abusing me(using very vulgar words) from the Delhi numbers 66219091, 66137601 and 45315300. I booked 2 different FD's with phone banking on 5th Feb2011 with two different amount and tenure. I was shocked when i received my documents on 26th Feb 2011, as the amounts for both the FD's were interchanged and even the rate of interest committed was wrong. I have been calling phone banking now and they keep on transferring calls to one another. I have already paid the settlement payment on 31st Oct 2008 by cheque. After 2 years of this settelement, the HDFC bank executive Mr Anoop, has called me for the payment. He calls at my work place, use abusive language for me, my collegues and other staff members at my work place.
