Right now I have 3 checks mailed to you, one in your company envelope, #1598 for $104.01 on 1-2-24, #1609 for $104.01 mailed 1-12-24and #1615 for $158.88 mailed 1-25-24, none of which have cleared my bank and we have not had prior problems and need this cleared up, getting letters asking for payment. please try to find out what is going on, no problem before this

Greensky reported my loan as delinquent and I did my investigation and turns out my postal service was delivering my mail to my next door neighbors house. I only learn of this recently and by that time, Greensky had already reported my account as delinquent. They claim they contacted me and sent the notices but they didn't. They didn't not want to resolve this issue or look at the proof I have from the postal service of their error. Instead I have hired a lawyer and was advised to make my minimum payment and I will be hiring a service to remove this fraudulent report from my credit report. Greensky is the worst company I ever dealt with and the reports on the BBB reflects that

Upon looking at my credit report, Greensky falsely reported my account with them to the 3 credit bureaus as delinquent, ruining my credit. They claim they called me. And sent me notices, but upon further investigation, they called from fake numbers and did not send any notices and lied to cover their butts from the alarming number of complaints and the lawsuits they face.Instead of contacting me, they went straight to the credit bureaus immediayely and reported my account as delinquent according to Experian. Which appeared on Transunion and Equifax. Greensky has not cooperated and more so has shown a very disturbing pattern of behavior that I believe needs a criminal investigation

This company is charging extra interest on monthly statements and when asked how they are calculating the interest payments they can not explain it or even come up with the numbers they put on the statements and then ignore you and never call back. When doing a amortization schedule on the 174 months and APR of 9.99 greensky has it all incorrect and the loan wouldn't even be paid off in 174 months. They are not putting the additional payments towards principal or the minimum payment towards interest payments first. Greensky is scamming people out of more money then they are suppose to receive.

We had a new shower installed. It cost a little over 5k. Our payment was $79a month interest rate is 9.9%. They charge more interest on the account than the payment. I sent $100 a month. I was charged $90 in interest. Then one day they took over $5,000 from my account. I called them and was refunded that amount. Then a couple of days later they took out the same amount they refunded to me. They claim they paid me twice. The amount owed to them now jumped to $11,000. I have argued with them for years about this only to fall on deaf ears. This account is 5 years old and I still owe $11k. I’ve been charged roughly $5,400 in interest and barley touched the principal. I asked for them to lower it so I can get rid of them but they won’t discuss it. They are criminals hiding behind a business. They don’t care who they screw over. They’re lower than any other business I have ever had an account with. I’m beyond disgusted with them.

I had applied for a loan and was approved by green sky, for R 65.000 and they had sent me a link where I had to log in on my profile, when I logged on, the amount was there, and I was told yo transfer it to my bank account, when I did that, it asked for a OTP, and I never receive the OTP, then I phone Green sky and I was told to pay R 1000 for the OTP, after I had paid the R 1000, I was block by Green Sky, (see attachment) and they had stole s R 1000 from me, I want my money back, or I will report Green sky, all over social media, they have 24 hours to do so.

This is my forth complaint IAM logging and nothing is being resolved I took my Loan in the 21 July 2023 I still have no resolution. I took a personal Loan from Greensky the Loan was approved and I can't withdraw the loan in my wallet as a need a withdrawal code. I was told to pay R2000 which I paid and is now advised I must pay another R2000. I paid a total I R5000 already and still can't get my money in my wallet I don't know what to do anymore IAM in need of the money or I would have cancelled the Loan.

I took out a personal loan online my loan was approved I Paid R5000 to get this loan I do admit I made a mistake when capturing my bank account number and was told to paid R2000 to get this corrected I didn't make immediate paid and paid another R2000 to clear my loan now IAM told I need to pay another R2000 to get my withdrawal code I don't have any money therefore IAM taking a Loan IAM so disappointed by your service it's been a week and mt debtors is called me and I don't know what to do anymore my application number is [protected]

On the 19/07/2023 I applied for a loan of 20 000 with green sky, I was asked questions and bank statements, the next day I was informed that my loan was approved... When the money had to be sent they informed me that the account number was wrong.. At the time I thought it was my fault and saw that there was a extra digit whereby I knew I checked it 3 times... They then informed me to pay a r1000 to correct the mistake... Ive never heard of something like that so I asked them if there is no other way because it is a huge amount of money they said no and all oh converstaions was on what... I said to them that I do not trust doing so they did not come up with any other resolution... Then on the 24 I told them that I did not want to proceed with the loan they then informed me to pay r3000 to cancel... The amounts just became more and more reduculous for money that I did not receive... I asked the manager to call me I asked the bank if I could speak to them they were unprofessional and refused.. All theses rules and policies I did not know about and now they asking me to pay all this money and making threats... Greensky should make there policy clear up front and not try to colloct money... The manager gracie was so unprofessional and no help towards the end and said that she cannot call me because it would be a waist of time to call me... I would like thia matter to be resloves and all information of me to be removed free of charge

had form put under large front porch..I was told foam would come out of sides and be trimed...not all the way out aout 3 inches from edge of porch..water runs under porch and soil also...this was installed in may..I have alredy paid you 600.00 and was told by salesman who sold me it would be out the edge and the edge wuld be cut off..did not happen that way..still about 3 inches from were water and soil get under porch...not completely sealed..neighbor wants hers done but whe she saw mine and the huge void left under porch and sides..she is waiting..I watered side of porch took about 30 minutes for water to back up..I was mislead and need someone to come look at it now..the heat scares me..sincerely, wanda littleton

I have made an overpayment of amount for Account Number [protected]. The beginning balance was $6,422.00 effective December 27, 2022. I agree to pay this balance in six months or less. Therefore, I made a series of seven (7) payments. These payments were as follows: (1) January 30, 2023 for the amount of $222.00. Check Number 1628; (2) February 3, 2023 for the amount of $1,000,00. Check Number 1629; (3) March 8, 2023 for the amount of $1000.00. Check Number 1643; (4) March 16, 2023 for the $1000.00. Check Number 1645; (5) April ____ 2023. for the amount of $ 1000.00. Check Number 1658; (6) May 28, 2023 for the amount of $1000.00. Check Number 1664; and (7) June 28, 2023 for the amount of $1, 619.03. Check Number 1678. Therefore, you add up my total payments to GreenSky, it totals $6841.00 .This means that I accidentally made an overpayment of $421.00 too GreenSky. I signed up for GreenSky's AutoPay and they then informed me that the first scheduled payment did not process. They immediately wanted that payment and the next. I set up a one time payment (for both) and I cannot find out what happened with that transaction. No posting at my bank. Cannot reach a human at their customer service number. Are there any humans working at GreenSky or is it all computers, answering machines and dysfunctional AIs?

They provide a message option for an account but it seems to be a blak hle so far.

I have a debt on my credit report from GreenSky / Regions bank. I did not open an account, receive products or services for this debt. I have contacted Green Sky and disputed on my credit report, yet they are unable to provide details of products or services that were purchased, nor are they able to produce the original signed documents opening this account. This is fraud on their part, the account is now showing closed on the credit report, but remains on my credit report as unpaid debt.

I had taken out a loan with green sky in 2021 for Body Details Medical Spa. I was making my monthly payments on auto every month. On October or November I received a letter from GreenSky that my account was closed. I read they were fined and forced to close and refund loans due to fraud/scams. I spoke to a rep and she said I still have to make my monthly payments and pay off balance. According to my credit report, this loan is CLOSED. I spoke to a lawyer and he said I should not be making payments towards an account that is closed. Closed means it doesn't exist anymore. No existing balance so where is my money going to? I've reached out to GreenSky for refund and will be calling my bank to freeze any charges from this merchant.

I have been working very hard to increase my credit scores for 4 years now. When I recently checked on Experian.com I found a notation that I had tried to get new credit with Greensky. I have not applied for new credit from anyone in 4 years and have almost paid off all my debt. (from over 20k to less than 3k) I can't seem to talk to anyone to correct this and it is affecting my scores detrimentally. How can I get them to listen?

I recently had a furnace installed and the company financed it through GreenSky. All the paperwork I recieved through GreenSky said I had financed $1000 more than what my installer's receipt showed, but my profile had the right amount. I recieved the paperwork today and I have tried to call them as the link they provided on the paperwork did not work. In addition, when I try to call them, I am asked for an account number (the last 8 digits) and no where on the paperwork does it show an account number. Ironically, I have to use a link that does not work to activate an account for which I have no number!

There is no customer service here unless you know your account number, which they don't tell you in the first place!

The invoices make it seem like I owe more than I do. I sent text messages and emails and tried to call and finally discovered that you have to just hang on the phone even though it sounds like you are being told to pick one of four options without the option of speaking to a person. If you hold on long enough, it switches you to "hold" for a person without an indication that this is a possibility.

I borrowed $797.97 from this place and I made three fifty dollar payments before I received my first statement.

Instead of the balance decreasing it kept increasing ( everyday it was a different amount).

I tried to call them to get my pay off balance you can NOT talk to them only a

recording.

I paid them off and NEVER will I ever do business with them again.

USE GREENSKY FINANCING AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Despite receiving 2 notices - "You have successfully added your Payment Method to your account" in May, I received a collection letter stating that my account was in a 'delinquent' status months later, in September.

Upon inquiring about this, I was informed by GreenSky that none of my automatic payments went through. They also indicated that they could see payment attempts were made, but they couldn't see why they did not go through. Rather than contact me directly to address the issue, they applied late fee charges and may have negatively affected my credit scores.

GreenSky is not a reputable business but more of a 'grift"!

7 years ago a company filed a bogus 38,000 dollar loan app in my wife and my name. Greensky/ion bank made the loan took it's cut destroyed my house and my credit and left us holding the broken bag that was once our forever home. After numerous threats destroying our credit our home our peace of mind and 28.000 of out of pocket expenses, sleepless nights mental anguish, they have settled out of court for doing to thousands like us, the same thing. Greensky/ion bank then wrote these loans off getting credit with irs for not the 38grand 76 grand as they made my wife and I seperate victims of I d theft. Now with who knows how much settlement money they want me to forgive and forget. As they put me back on the emotional rollercoaster of angry griff hopelessness and sleepless nights they want to just forgive me for the loan we never made but they paid charged us for and pocketed fees from the I d thieves it appears they were in cohoots with the whole time! Where is justice?
