I got the "free" CD and so far I am $197 into the negative because of the $49.50 they pulled from my account. I tried for 2 days to get a hold of a real person there - I finally did - they can only refund $20 of it. I'm going to follow the advice here though and file a fraud alert....

No code to get the information on the CD

The Grant CD does not open and no email was sent with the codes as stated each time I try and open it. Confirmation code is incorrect or too old...
